They had a mask mandate in restaurants. When you were seated you could remove your mask. People would finish their dinner and then put on their mask to leave. Smart ass me went with a mask I had cut holes in so I could eat and breath easier. The waiter found it so funny he went and got the owner. He sent us a couple of free drinks. They recognized the madness of the rules they had to follow in order to stay open.
It’s tragic that the large majority of people complied with the idiocy. I think most will not comply again.

I’d laugh my butt off if President Trump drove up in an American made, lifted and made badass pickup truck. A truck with a gas generator in the back of it. A truck that’s towing an EV on a flatbed trailer. Trump pulls up, gets out, fires up the generator and plugs in the EV for a charge.
All the while as he speaks and visits with the workers you can hear the generator running in the background. After about an hour he goes up to the EV and checks it’s charge status and goes back to the workers, “Hell, I’ll be with you guys for a while, that POS isn’t charged yet”.
He can then say that FJB, the dims and the globalist want you to give up your American truck, your American generator and your American jobs. He can then go into the weeds explaining it all, as only Trump can.

Sammy, yes I do admit my naivety allowed me to believe the UAW operated differently from the teacher’s unions; therefore with an objective of representing the autoworkers. However, I have started to question my preconceived notions bc I would tend to think that it would be more financially beneficial, (although unethical) for Ford, GM, or Chrysler to purchase / payoff the union boss(Fain) in efforts to get whatever outcome the big 3 want. Like for instance, keeping the status quo for workers and max profits for The Big 3. I guess I was mistaken in that assumption too, but thank you for educating me. I appreciate it.
