Do not let it escape your notice that not a single professional Republican entity has stood up to show their support for Texas AG Ken Paxton or congratulate him on the clear and decisive impeachment victory against the corrupt UniParty system in the Lone Star state. Not a word from The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA), or any other professional Republican group.
Instead, only President Donald Trump and the overwhelming majority of the MAGA base have stood strong with Paxton – before, during and after the smear campaign to remove him. Keep this BIG UGLY data point in mind. On the federal side, with Obama-Biden flooding the border with illegal aliens, Ken Paxton was considered a threat from both the White House and the Texas Governor, Greg Abbott.
This weekend, Ken Paxton’s awesome attorney, Tony Buzbee, appeared for a Fox News interview, after the impeachment trial, to discuss the background motives and issues that led to the ridiculous effort. WATCH:
.
Bring on the reckoning!
It was a lonely effort to ask why Abbott didn’t stop the invasion day one.
One only has to look at Abbott’s (premeditated) dithering to know he’s an enemy of Texas and America.
Please list the parliamentary procedure detailed in the state constitution by which he could accomplish that?
See the subsequent post regarding Mark Robinson.
We do our own homework.
Illegals flooding the state under Biden. Its by the grace of God TX managed to keep the lights on this summer. This winter will go dark and people will die in their homes. But the governors keep scratching their heads wondering why there is record demand on the power grid.
Trump team gather Buzbee name and sign him up for the ranks. We need soldiers with spine.
So, this is the society and legal system we live in. One where an innocent person has to spend millions of dollars to prove his or her innocence and the accusers get off?
I believe you just defined “Lawfare” perfectly.
The process is the punishment, is what they (our .. ahem … ) opponents say.
Those who employ “lawfare” must be made to pay for abusing the law. Bring false charges is just as bad as bearing false witness, in my mind there is no difference.
If a government official does so, it is twice as bad as a private individual for he brings thew weight of government to bear. As such if he is shown to be malice or bring false charges he should pay with ten times the charges he sought. He solely shall bear responsibility for all fines, time to be served, and damages. The taxpayer shall not shoulder the damages he alone caused. Those that obeyed his orders shall also be liable.
Perfectly stated, sir! The people we elect to protect us from EXACTLY that predation are complete cowards or corrupt.
Every process designed to reflect the will of the people has been perverted. All is done to disempower us.
The “frivolous lawsuit” laws should apply to gov’t of all kinds, with the “qualified indemnity” protections for prosecutors canceled. That would go a long way toward eliminating this lawfare crap.
The complete destruction of the Presumption of Innocence.
Glad Paxton won and glad he has an excellent lawyer in Buzbee.
The mass murdering ( of our solders in the useless 2nd Iraq war because of Ws lies) Bush family is behind this.
We need to completely kick the RINOs out of the Republican party and elect America First people with a backbone to stand strong for American workers against WOKE corps etc.
The Republican Party of Texas did publicly support AG Paxton numerous times to their credit.
Really, why was her impeached?
Someone posted a video of what was is going on in the Texas house. We have the same propblem at the state level as the federal level, State reps working for power or money. the Dirty Dozen have been identified, to include the Texas speaker of the house the drunk Phalen.

At the very least be the one argues before the courts.
Its time to end the big tent concept. Those GOPe types aren’t conservatives, they’re scum, like McCain and Romney.
Despise the Bush a$$h0lez. May they rot in hell!!
The Democrats going after Paxton is a disgrace.
The Bush people pushing for a yes vote is what gives lie to their claims of pursuing justice. After the case fell completely apart, they still demanded a conviction. Fcuk the Bushes and the UniParty Republicans.
This process made a complete mockery of Due Process. Completely.
