They lost any credibility with me, MANY years ago, when I seriously looked at the whole medical communities explanation of so called “auto-immune diseases” like Lupus, Rhuematoid artheritis, etc.

I completely lost faith about 13 years ago. When I buddy of mine got hooked on pain meds. And he broke down one day and told me how he kept the habit going. And it was through doctor shopping. And he found several that were literal, legal drug dealers. They’d meet him in a parking lot with bags full of pills. All with scripts that were legal. They just didn’t want to do it in front of their staff because they knew staff would take issue and report them.
It was then I knew there weren’t many good humans or honorable “professionals”. That translates to all professions too btw. Cops, accountants, doctors, athletes, lawyers, zoologists, veterinarians, etc etc.

I am glad you said this. I’m just a mom with a son who has complex partial epilepsy, not a doctor, but I know a seizure when I see one. Plus, a few years back, my mom had a TIA and I caught it immediately.
