At one point, mostly before WWII, and somewhat until the 1950’s, Americans could mostly trust their govt was on their side. But Americans got lazy and comfortable because of their material success, and abandoned their civic duty to be ever vigilant to guard their freedom.

Instead of being the citizen army James Madison said would keep tyranny at bay, Americans leapt at the chance to let the American military take over their rightful duties as first line citizen responders.
Absent a militia in all or most of the 50 states, and absent national coordination of defense among those militias, the junta has succeeded and WILL CONTINUE TO SUCCEED as long as Dominion, ERIC, Scytl, and the rest of the electronically networked selection machines will be counting the votes in 2024.
We are at the exact inflection point for which the Second Amendment was codified and envisioned as the antidote to enslavement by a tyrannical government. However, the Founders never in a million years imagined the citizens would voluntarily absolve and abandon their right and duty to bear arms to prevent or throw off a dictatorial, totalitarian government.

Kemp lies. Trump’s Georgia election contest was, by law, required to be heard within 10 days. Fulton County courts refused. Hence, Trump’s election contest was never heard. Georgia also promised to produce signature matches & publish ballots, but reneged & did neither.

Former President Donald Trump cannot be found guilty of the charges against him because he was not first impeached.
45th President Donald Trump cannot be convicted of many of the charges against him, particularly those related to his claims about the 2020 election, because he was not first impeached by Congress and convicted in the Senate in his position as President of the United States.
Recent court decisions to assert that the Supreme Court’s recent Dobbs and Bruen decisions allow for Trump and his lawyers to argue that all actions a president takes while in office must be considered legal unless the chief executive is successfully impeached.
According to NCLU, the legal theory essentially posits, “Could George Washington have been prosecuted if he took similar actions and if the relevant statutes existed while he was President?” The non-profit social welfare organization answers, “If the answer is ‘no,’ then it is equally improper to prosecute Mr. Trump under these indictments, given that Bruen and Dobbs mandate that all constitutional provisions be applied in accordance with their fixed meaning in 1787-1789.”
NCLU Executive Director Gavin Wax told Valiant News the failed attempt to impeach Trump after he left office in 2021 would strengthen the legal theory. “His acquittals only strengthen this case,” said Wax, adding that the legal theory was “articulated in a vacuum.”
Wax posted the legal theory to X, formerly Twitter, including a link to the 17-page legal memorandum. Wax also called it “the best legal strategy” for Trump, and suggested it will “set precedent to prevent this nonsense from happening again in the future.”
In addition to the new federal charges recently introduced by special counsel Jack Smith, the former president was also charged by a Democratic prosecutor in Georgia with claims that he engaged in racketeering and other crimes when contesting the results of the 2020 election.
Trump continues to poll first for the Republican nomination, and more than half of Republicans in the key primary state of New Hampshire said they would vote for the former president even if he were convicted on some or all of the charges against him. Many also said they would support Trump’s presidential bid if he were in prison.

Engelbrecht’s “mules” analysis, while sufficientlty damning to reasonable, rational human beings, was undercut by the poor presentation in the movie “2000 Mules” and was subsequently rebutted by numerous lefties because they claimed the GPS data was not accurate enough (set aside the fact that it’s precisely the same method used by the FBI to locate all the J6ers.)
I read interviews prior to the movie were she claimed they had a whistleblower, and they identified many of the mules by name and the location of the Dem Offices they stopped at for payment afterwards. I didn’t see the movie but heard that they did not disclose the identities of any in it.
Lawyers must have gotten to D’Souza prior to release concerning all the lawfare lawsuits that would bring.
And the phony “water main break” they used to chase out all the observers before they pulled all those boxes from under the table was supposedly explained to the satisfaction of the leftist media. What was not explained at all was why they then had to put all the ballots through the counting machines when no counting at all was supposed to be done without observers, and why some appeared to be fed through more than once.
