Oh, there will be voices who will proclaim this is the beginning of the end for Joe and Hunter, but that’s nonsense. We don’t do pretending on these pages. What happened today was an agreement between USAO David Weiss and US Attorney General Merrick Garland to fortify a silo of protection around the Biden family.
The shift in David Weiss from an investigative US Attorney to an officially appointed Special Counsel [SEE pdf HERE], is nothing more than loading the new color spray paint into the cannister. Pesky House Oversight Committee inquiry now hits the block of an “ongoing investigation,” a purposeful deployment of a DC replay we have seen repeatedly in the last several years. The cancer of corruption is institutionally metastatic.
We know the specific motives of USAO David Weiss as a result of the conflict between his public statements, letters to congress and the private statements he gave in meetings with IRS investigators. Toward the public, Weiss said he had full autonomy and power to investigate Hunter Biden; however, in private he told four investigators the decision-making was not his. The public statements were refuted and affirmed by two investigators who were witness to his private statements and gave testimony under oath.
As a result, the intent and institutional alignment of David Weiss is clear. This is the cold hard truth of the matter, and it will not change regardless of how much disingenuous concrete they pour around the walls of the silo Main Justice has built. Ignore any voice who would demand us to pretend the reality is not self-evident.

Dept of Justice – “Attorney General Merrick B. Garland announced today the appointment of U.S. Attorney David Weiss to serve as Special Counsel for the ongoing investigation and prosecutions referenced and described in United States v. Robert Hunter Biden, as well as for any other matters that arose or may arise from that investigation. Mr. Weiss was nominated by the former president in 2017 and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in 2018. In 2021, he was asked to remain as U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware, where he led this ongoing investigation. On Tuesday, Aug. 8, Mr. Weiss requested to be appointed as Special Counsel, and today the Attorney General made that appointment.
“On Tuesday of this week, Mr. Weiss advised me that in his judgment, his investigation has reached a stage at which he should continue his work as a Special Counsel, and he asked to be so appointed,” said Attorney General Garland. “Upon considering his request, as well as the extraordinary circumstances relating to this matter, I have concluded it is in the public interest to appoint him as Special Counsel. This appointment confirms my commitment to provide Mr. Weiss all the resources he requests. It also reaffirms that Mr. Weiss has the authority he needs to conduct a thorough investigation and to continue to take the steps he deems appropriate independently, based only on the facts and the law.”
The Attorney General also said, “As Special Counsel, he will continue to have the authority and responsibility that he has exercised previously to oversee the investigation and decide where, when, and whether to file charges. The Special Counsel will not be subject to the day-to-day supervision of any official of the Department, but he must comply with the regulations, procedures, and policies of the Department … Today’s announcement affords the prosecutors, agents, and analysts working on this matter the ability to proceed with their work expeditiously, and to make decisions indisputably guided only by the facts and the law … I am confident that Mr. Weiss will carry out his responsibility in an even-handed and urgent matter, and in accordance with the highest traditions of this Department.” (more)

The Special Counsel law dictates that such special counsel be appointed from outside the federal government. The next question is, who is going to challenge Garland’s administrative action?

Weise’s only limitation is that he must follow DOJ rules re special counsel. What a laugh. DOJ rules require special counsels to be selected from outside the DOJ. So, they already broke the rules. Weise will delay, delay, delay and block until Hunter or FJB are dead, whichever comes first.

This way they can make sure you are complying with the lethal injection program. While this latter sentence has not yet happened, all the pieces are in place for it to happen. There is a Palantir data base program for the US government called “Tiberias” that will allow the government to know each person’s medical history.

There are no clear answers as to how to fight this takeover: elections may not make a difference, certainly political parties don’t make a difference, and anyone as President is going to be bribed just as Biden is being bribed and just like Obama was bribed. You know Obama was bribed because when the Wall Street banks caused the Global financial crisis in 2008 due to fraud, not a single bank or banker was brought to justice by Obama’s DOJ, but the taxpayers bailed out the banks. The instructions to our DOJ to not pursue any investigations actually came from the Bank of International Settlements.
We are in a totalitarian state, we don’t have a representative republic. We don’t know the names of those who have taken over our government, but we do know that those who own the money printing have ultimate power and control. We know they have a determination to cut down the global population, and they want to do it quietly. They don’t want to go shooting people down in the streets, at least not yet. They want plausible deniability. Their best method is convincing people to comply with the injections, which damage people’s immune system and cause damage to the lining of our blood vessels and damage to heart muscle, as well as cause sterility and neurologic problems.

Weiss told the public that he had full discretion to investigate and prosecute as he wished. He told his team his efforts to file charges against Hunter Biden had been rebuffed by DOJ. Both can’t be true, but which is the lie? I don’t believe anyone gets appointed to conduct a politically sensitive investigation in Washington unless they are 100% politically reliable. A D or an R after their name means nothing. Garland allowed Durham to continue as special counsel because Durham was 100% reliable. And Durham delivered. The Inspector Generals are 100% politically reliable. Same with Weiss. He was given “free rein” by Garland because Garland was 100% sure that Weiss would do the right thing and produce the watered down, slap on the wrist plea agreement that he did, in fact, come up with. Weiss had no problem doing that, but he had to have an excuse to keep his team quiet. So he told them that hey, I tried tried to file charges, but they tied my hands and we’ll just have to accept that. What he didn’t expect was that he’d get whistleblowers. So now he’s Special Counsel, the pesky whistleblowers are off the team, and he can disappear for 2 years like Durham did. Maybe let a few more statutes of limitations run out. Hunter Biden was NEVER going to be prosecuted for his crimes. And Weiss will NOT expand the investigation to look into Joe Biden’s finances, even though it was already determined that there is probable cause to do so.
Seriously, anyone who doesn’t see, comprehend and admit the intent of this blatantly obvious move, is really too far gone. I know never say never but this is raw, open , pustulating corruption. People are arguing about whether Garland appointed someone not outside of the US government as DOJ regs say, instead of this festering corruption which affects all of us.

Then, in June 23, Marsha, along with JD Vance-OH & Mike Braun-IN wrote a letter to Garland demanding a Special Counsel be appointed to investigate Biden family corruption…this time they don’t specify Weiss.

The Constitution vests all federal law enforcement power and all federal executive power in the President and only the President. Neither the AG nor the DOJ have any authority independent of the President. All of their authority comes to them through the office of the President. The DOJ didn’t even exist until the Grant administration. The AG office was created by the Judiciary Act of 1789. The legitimate role of the AG is to advise the President on legal matters and try cases involving the US before the Supreme Court. So, in reality, Joe Biden appointed David Weiss as special counsel since Joe Biden has veto power over every action the AG takes.
