According to the MI State Police report, Mr. Fabus asked for Michigan State Police assistance with a joint investigation of alleged voter fraud being conducted by the Muskegon Police Department and the AG. I submit this story is YUGE, on multiple levels.
I am focused on two; one is how it clearly displays what has been obvious for some time; the game is “fixed” in that WE can NOT rely on LE, to address Ballot fraud.
Hence, unless we are PROACTIVE, i.e. working to interdict/stop the ballot fraud, before/during the election, instead of RE-ACTIVE, only crying “foul” AFTER the steal has taken place, WE will not prevail.
Two, it gives us valuable infirmation on details of HOW the ballot operation takes place.
We already knew, the thieves don’t print out the ballot mail in envelopes, with the phantom votes info that is the,”key that unlocks the door” for injecting the enclosed ballot; they “let” the County elections dept. do that.
They register the phantom voters, and this story tells us HOW. Or at least, how they did it in 2020.
We know as a result of the “2000 mules” movie, that they ADAPTED, as in 2022 they didn’t use ‘ballot mules’ and drop boxes to inject the phantom voter ballot envelopes, and we know in Maracopa County, instead they injected them all in one batch, on election day; 33,000, IIRC.
The ballot mules, for injecting the ballots, once known, was too great a risk for exposing the “Mother ship” where the ballot envelopes are stuffed.
Again, this story details the earlier part of the operation, the registration mules, paid to create phantom ballot registrations. And as I pointed out earlier, the mother ship will likely contain EMPLOYMENT contracts, methods of payment, etc.
Assuming they have access to the voter rolls, they can confirm the contractors work, by confirming the “new” (phantom) voters ARE registered. Do the mules take selfies with the registration forms, or provide lists?
Do these same mules that create the REGISTRATION forms, ALSO scoop up the ballot envelopes, AFTER the County sends them out? That would be the most practical, as less people “in the knoe”, however having different “teams” for each aspect if the operation would provide “silo’ing” for security.
Are they ‘processed’ at the same location for both registrations, and ballot envelope stuffing? Or again two seperate operations.
As one would expect, they rent commercial space, that is a “stand alone” bldg. so no close neighbors like they would have in a “strip mall” or office complex.
Probably the trash, for the ballot stuffing operation would be full of opened and discarded mail out envelopes, within days of the county mailing them out.
If their plan is to build up a cache of stuffed ballot envelopes, they will periodically have people carrying in the mailed out ballot envelopes, in gargage bags, suitcases, boxes, ..they may have bent postal workers, delivering as well.
The pelican cases abd silenced firearms indicate they have given some thought to security, so one thing to note during DISCTRETE survellance, is to count how many enter and leave, over 24 hrs.
i.e. is their someone guarding the M.S. 24 hrs/day, or is their a time when the ballots aren’t being guarded?
Is the bldg. alarmed? If so, what I used to do was find a bldg. in the area, with the same alarm co., and late at nite set off that alarm, and then sit way back to see the responce time of thexalarm co. and whether they respond WITH LE, or first by themselves.
I recall a job I did, where I used a pea shooter, wedged in the space between aluminum front doors of a store, to set off a motion detector alarm, and then hid across the street. Alarm and LE responded, entered and found nothing and left.
I waited 1/2 hour, and did it again. The 3rd time, just the alarm guys came, and concluding their was a mouse setting off the alarm, they turned it off.
Then, I went in and cleaned the place out. Not proud, just saying.
Once you know the responce time, you know how long an entry tean woukd have, to scoop up stuffed ballot envelopes (1 team) and business records (second team) and leave.
Actual on site security is a different matter, but CAN be similarly, creatively addressed.
As this story shows, up until now they have been able to operate this system with a high degree if impunity, and while ‘fearing’ exposure, having some confidence that any LE action could/would be nullified as happened in Michigan.

Almost certainly this scam was repeated in Flint, Detroit and other communities. Thus, one can reasonably question the integrity of MI’s 2020 election results for pres. and all other offices.
Offensive attack and hiding the ball are the best defense for those who ran the scam. Thus, Gov. Witless, Attorney General Nessel and Sec. of State Benson are prosecuting those cast doubt on the election process. The trio are also hiding evidence of election fraud–evidence needed by those being prosecuted.
