If we don’t accept this fact, we will be unable to reconcile our otherwise favorable and loving view of so many wonderful people in our lives.
Again, just as we have confronted ourselves re our past stupidities in life, they too will have that same rendezvous with their own consciences.
The better ones will admit it openly, the ones of lesser character will make excuses for why they believed what they believed, and, yes, just as before, they will blame others for their own faults.

why does it matter?
this question has many answers…
some say it’s unlawful for a vice president to receive money from foreign states in exchange for policy decisions..or simply to NOT make policy decisions. Proving this requires evidence.
some say the tax evasion is a crime. the DOJ has already determined the prosecution for that…none of the prosecution involves Joe Malarkey (yet!)
some say the perception of pay to play even if unproven is a breach of public trust. again, a “crime” that is not easy to prosecute even IF the DOJ was not corrupt.
some say the racketeering and money laundering is a crime. Hunter was not charges with this crime…and even if the DOJ was not corrupt, it would be very difficult to prove racketeering and money laundering.. some tax AVOIDANCE schemes are perfectly legal and operate through a variety of different jurisdictions…not necessarily to conceal the money transfer but to place different laws on it to avoid us and foreign tax.
so these things…set expectations accordingly. fact is, these are schemes used by almost all big “investors” and contractors who operate international business…these are not unusual in that sense. You and I operate with one bank account and one jurisdiction…this is not how money is transferred internationally and it is certainly not how big deals are settled.
the ONE thing that can be proven, without the high thresholds of evidence or prove a criminal intent, is that the white house squatter can not operate foreign policy decisions in these countries without the perception and the real threat that he is compromised either through a conflict of interest (ethics), but also one that involves the threat of blackmail and extortion…EVEN IF THESE MONEY DEALS ARE LEGITIMATE. This is the most important aspect of these problems that Joe Malarkey has created. In an age where the mere threat of exposure, even from a manufactured threat …a false claim…injures and influences the commander in chief.
If you or I have a classified clearance and was a principle for classification authority, and these allegations, EVEN IF THEY WERE NOT TRUE OR NOT…That they could not be proven one way or NOT. Would be a reason to remove that access and clearance. And any decision making for foreign policy related those those businesses, nation states, would be forcibly recused and transferred to someone else. This is how I SHOULD WORK. Even IF the person has committed no “crime”.

I don’t believe that Hunter Biden would bring that laptop to a repair shop. That’s asking for prison time. This was a planned op. There is something much bigger happening.

It’s easy to be suspicious of evidence that appears to have been found too easily. But of course Hunter left that laptop there for repairs. He did it while under some level of intoxication from one or more of the various narcotics to which he was addicted. Crack cocaine, heroin, fentanyl all destroy one’s ability to reason or discriminate. No one has ever independently come forward and attested to Hunter Biden’s intelligence and critical thinking skills.

Actually if you’re too far in debt, (legal legitimate debt) a military member can have their security clearance revoked or rejected. If you gamble, frequent prostitutes or do drugs then you are considered a security risk. We even drug test military members who only hold the ubiquitous “secret” clearance or no clearance at all and if someone comes up positive their associates are scrutinized. Any military member who tested positive for drugs was an automatic discharge during my time in service.
yes sir…this is correct. I have had the misfortune of being involved in two O6’s having clearance removed, because spouses cashed bad checks at the PX. It not taken lightly…and proof of subversion or blackmail is not the disqualifier. Simply put, the clearance is removed because you cannot expect a person to behave normally and stay 100 percent focused on the task. It’s a risk that is considered intolerable, even if the person is otherwise stand up. At first I never really understood this hard core policy…but then I had a warrant office at Coronado explain with examples several classmat escapes and also obviously the reality that there are real agents that hover around key people who have access and when they see weakness, they target these people. It was insight into the very real world of how espionage actually operates…and usually from people that you know…that person who has access…who has financial struggles…..yup…you fail to meet your financial obligations and the clearance is stripped. It’s not common…but it does happen. Had this CPO who had a financial hardship…not due to his own fault. Ran a small boat station that was conducting drug interdiction along the gulf coast. He went to the command and requested a mutual assistance loan. CO looked it over and elevated it..because the CPO had clearance and need to know to some of the most sensitive patrol schedules. In very little time, it was determined that he could not long be the OIC at the small boat station and his clearance to this sensitive material was removed. Two years later, in a wild twist…I ended up doing an investigation to find out how he and 3 other people were driving super cars and owned beach front multi million dollar condos. Even without access …he had contact and managed to compromise others who did..through prostitution…was selling patrol schedule data to cartels! Spent 15 years in federal prison.
