The House Judiciary Committee will hold a public hearing today at 9:00 a.m. ET. The hearing will focus on the report of Special Counsel John Durham that examined the origins and justifications of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Crossfire Hurricane investigation against then-presidential candidate Donald Trump.
Following a 316 page report that outlined how the Trump-Russia collusion fraud was created, promoted and then weaponized by government agencies, there are many people very interested in both the questions the Judiciary Committee might ask and the answers from John Durham. Livestream links below:

If the goal was to “get to tje truth, firstly they would not put time limits on the quesioners;
Can you imagine a Court case, where prosecutiin of defence, or claiment (in the case of civil Court) were given 10 minutes to question a witness?
Actually, in ELECTION challenge cases, and so far as I know ONLY electiin challenge cases, the Judge doed set strict time limits for questioning witnesses.
With such time limits, a witness can just “run out the clock, deftly evading actual perjury.
Secondly, as we only saw in one of the Impeachment trials in the Senate, instead of Senators/Congressmen grandstanding by azking questions, IF THE GOAL WAS THE TRUTH, they would have professional, experienced LITIGATORS asking the questions.
NOT every lawyer is a litigator; its a very specialised skillset, and includes a certain “inherent” nature that can’t be taught.
Professional politicians rarely have such skill or nature.
And, it is CONGRESS that sets these hearings up, imposing these time limits, etc.
SO, its obvious their goal is NOT to “get to the truth, it is political kabuki theater, designed to dazzle and distract, and protect the power structure, not dismantle it.
5 minutes is ample time to establish a line of questioning based on established facts.
Basic intellectual curiosity, which doesn’t require law degrees, so far is in short supply.

Julie Kelley, reporting on the retrial (after a hung jury verdict) of a Whitmer kidnapping defendant, said that the judge set absurdly short time limits on the retrial itself, as well as on the time allowed to question prosecution witnesses, and defense witnesses.
Importantly, the first trial, with many witnesses, had taken weeks to be fully heard, yet the second trial was deliberately rushed by the judge and, not surprisingly, ended in a conviction.
Sounds like the Kari Lake appeal trial.

First 10 minute break and my thoughts are that Durham is trying to do his best in being honest with his answers while scooting about with those questions put to him with the goal of burying Donald Trump by almost every democrat on this committee. I think he is suggesting there are “serious problems with leadership integrity” which he suggests (not directly) that can only be resolved with new leadership meaning the voters have the final choice.
Durham is not burying himself in his testimony, he is trying his best to rise about the politics and being as honest and forthright as he can within the “scope” of what he was charged to investigate. Right now I would give him a B plus.

Durham mentioned and appeared to highlight DOJ criteria pursuing charges/indictments was largely focused on “Will a jury convict?”. I believe Comey said the exact same thing. The purpose OF the Durham report, and these hearings is to cement permanently into HISTORY, a two-part FALSE NARRATIVE, which they are well on their way to accomplishing.
