President Trump announced via Truth Social, he has been indicted by the Joe Biden DOJ for documents held in Mar-a-Lago, formerly raided by the FBI.
According to initial media reports, the DOJ has filed an indictment consisting of seven counts. There are no specifics on the charges. President Trump has been told to report to Federal Court in Miami on Tuesday at 3:00pm.

Stop and think about that for a moment. NO ONE knows what the documents are, and the DOJ has stated they will never say what the documents are. The DOJ is filing a case about the mishandling of documents, in whatever legal construct they put forth, while simultaneously saying they are under no obligation to tell anyone what the documents are.

Here is my view:
the likelihood of a conviction is highly probable…especially if the DOJ successfully get a DC venue.
However, there are serious defects in this case and even a DC judge has to acknowledge that once this is allowed there will never be a time or a place when a democrat squatter in the white house is protected against criminal indictments…this is a very real concern..and judges ARE ZEROED IN on those reprocussions…even if the DOJ and it’s manifest demons are too stupid to understand the implications.
I am confident that President Trump will win and get acquitted of all charges..it will be humiliating to go through the process, but I believe his innocence will stand.

This is my birth country, and I would choose no other, but it appears that the time is approaching where we must mourn its passing.
The home I grew up in, once a modest single family home in a beautiful and tranquil setting , has been torn down to make way for plus sized McMansions. The vacation wonderlands that took my breath away in my youth are now covered with boardwalks, safety rails and ramps, with concession stands, and gift stores where before there was unspoiled nature. The museums where I learned to respect the might and integrity of America have been reimagined as playgrounds for inner city kids. There is…of course….much more.
All of these things cause me pain, but the abandonment of the rule of law and shattering of the fragile but indispensable balance of the Constitution are an insurmountable blow. I owe the United States of America so much, but I can do nothing to heal her. These actions against the clear front runner in the next Presidential election mark the beginning of her last vigil.
First, we are responsible for no good that has occurred. God wants our attention, is this not obvious? Humility is what we all should be speaking and allow those full of pride to take the fall.
Keep your eyes on God not Donald trump, God. See the hand of God in all this and give him credit.
Trump, cannot achieve anything without Gods permission, and consequently neither can the enemy.
When you consider that, your path is clear. Pray for those in power.

I too, listen to CK regularly. He is 100 percent Trump, but on some issues he does have different angles and points of view. However, the guy is for Trump all the way.
It’s a grift. Candidates raise money. Get to keep what they don’t spend. It’s all about the money.

I listen to Charlie. He has always supported Trump.
He arranged the campaign tours for RDS directly following Trump rallies where he supported people in the last election.

He also arranged that disgusting rally where DeSantis basically made what was supposed to be Kari Lake and Blake Masters’ night all about himself.

Charlie took off the gloves today on the Charlie Kirk Show.
Charlie read part of a speech that discussed the “Sunshine Patriot” and told all sunshine patriots to more or less stand back and get out of the way. He told them that he would not hold it against them but he and the bold patriots of the movement were going to hold strong and they are going to win. Legally of course.
For Charlie and others it is all about the Constitution and saving the American dream. Turning Point has some beautiful and brave young Americans in its movement.
If you can find a replay I suggest the opening statement says it all.
