President Trump announced via Truth Social, he has been indicted by the Joe Biden DOJ for documents held in Mar-a-Lago, formerly raided by the FBI.
According to initial media reports, the DOJ has filed an indictment consisting of seven counts. There are no specifics on the charges. President Trump has been told to report to Federal Court in Miami on Tuesday at 3:00pm.

The DOJ is filing a case about the mishandling of documents, in whatever legal construct they put forth, while simultaneously saying they are under no obligation to tell anyone what the documents are.

And I was overwhelmed by what I encountered … my brother … who I had just sat with the night before … wasn’t there. His dead body wasn’t HIM. I became more convinced than ever that we humans are SPIRIT … our LIFE is our spiritual side … our personality … our very BEING. Your brother has just left his earthly vessel … and he is in the arms of God.

I predicted, WRONGLY that the Ga. indictments would drop next, and Smith would be last, also after seeing Bragg come in with 34, I really thought they were shooting for 100 total, so got that wrong, too.
Unless the “come in by the loading dock” secret confab, led to a change of plans, as I thought they would wait until closer to primary season.
Never the less, the basic outline holds, they got nothing, and 7 x’s nothing, is still nothing.
I am not angry, either hot or cold,..in fact I share Sundances responce, of being amused.
Smiths legal case only ‘works’ or ‘has merit’ if you ignore the Constitution, AND the Presidential records act, which was written in order to address this issue in a way that is Constitutional.

Even if the cases have no merit, or no ultimate merit, I suspect the plan is to file them all over the place, issue gag orders, waste time and money, and completely tie up campaigning ability.
We might have to organize some “Trump rallies” without Trump in the coming year. Everything the same, but either zoom video speeches or recorded previous speeches along with other speakers — and still come out in massive numbers. Show the tyrants that they cannot stop MAGA people.
