President Trump announced via Truth Social, he has been indicted by the Joe Biden DOJ for documents held in Mar-a-Lago, formerly raided by the FBI.
According to initial media reports, the DOJ has filed an indictment consisting of seven counts. There are no specifics on the charges. President Trump has been told to report to Federal Court in Miami on Tuesday at 3:00pm.

Miami is where the federal court house is for the Southern District of Florida. Palm Beach, falls under the jurisdiction of the Southern District of Florida.
That is why DJT is to appear there. The supposed crimes took place in Palm Beach County Florida, hence why he is being charged there. The jury pool will be from throughout the Southern District.

A Secretary of State, a Senator, or a VICE-President can “mishandle classified material,” but a President or Former President by definition cannot.
Former Presidents retain the highest security clearance forever. They can take documents with them. While in office they can declassify anything by their words or actions. The legal term is “plenary power.”

I would take a deep breath at this time and consider most of the media has probably got their story wrong…and intentionally so.
sealed indictments can mean many different things.
the most likely is that the DOJ retains the privilege of not filing these indictments until the very last moment. The communication apparently between doj and trump attorneys is a well known gimic to allow the media to RUN WILD and speculate and narrate over and over and over the claims of his alleged crimes.
A judge once the indictment is filed will unlikely allow the charges to be sealed. This case, if there ever was one, has the highest public interest stakes.
Here is what is likely to happen…my best guess.
motions: president Trump will likely file to maintain the court venue in Florida…The DOJ will file motion and argue for a DC venue. This will likely take up to two to three weeks to sort through.
once the venue is determined, the first court trial date is set.
We are probably looking at a late June to Mid July first trial date.
I will post more details and what I believe to expect moving forward at a different time. I will be praying tonight for President Trump and his family. They do not deserve this humiliation and manipulation by the corruptors.

28 U.S.C. former §114 (now §§1393, 1441) provides:
All prosecutions for crimes or offenses shall be had within the division of such districts where the same were committed, unless the court, or the judge thereof, upon the application of the defendant, shall order the cause to be transferred for prosecution to another division of the district.
If the prosecutor chose to file in Miami, he is probably stuck with his choice of venue.
I certainly hope that you are right. Sounds reasonable. But I’ve also heard that DOJ makes the argument that the alleged violations stemmed from the “unlawful” transfer of classmat from the white house to MAL. So I would not be surprised if DOJ files a motion to move the venue to DC.. I believe the DOJ will at least attempt it.

it really depends …wrt to speedy. If TEAM TRUMP believes there is value in slowing this down and pushing it right past the election in 2024, then this might be a consideration. If TEAM CORRUPTORS have nothing, then they will attempt to drag this out for the public spectacle purpose. it’s very early before the election. I tend to believe both parties have a desire for a slow drawn out process. but for obviously very different reasons….but then again, who knows what will actually happen. I do know this. there is zero coincidence this reveal happened on the same day day the 5 million dollar evidence of pay to play happened with joe malarkey.
