If you were. noisily, to try to turn the tables on them, you would jeopardize whatever standing and influence you have. You might even lose your job.
But you can always find good, objective reasons to recommend places and businesses that are not hostile to your interests. You can do this without preaching about your political stance or even mentioning it.
