No modern American person has ever been under such a brutal assault as President Donald J. Trump has endured over the past several years. The mechanisms of the worst elements of a corrupt and corroded global government, and every rotten and weaponized institution within it, has exclusively targeted Donald Trump.
Yet, he remains standing – empowered by something larger and more unexplainable than any force we comprehend.
Those words are not arbitrarily chosen. They are the reality of our situation and not an intellectually honest friend or foe would dispute them.
No one has withstood more unilaterally focused assault as we have seen upon President Trump. Yet, he remains standing – impervious and still swinging for the fences in every effort. It is one of the most remarkable things to see and experience in history.
I am not foolish enough, nor do I hold an opinion of self large enough, to try and clarify these words of consequence. These words stand as a representation of this moment in history. The speaker of these words has our full and undivided national attention. My part, our part, is to remain steadfast in bearing witness to them, and commit to leave the field when called upon to put down the plow.
We bear witness to one person absorbing the totality of leftist hatred and still standing, steadfast and determined – even – dare I say – more determined.
From where is it possible such strength is received?
You may try to tell me what we are witnessing is a human determination built upon ego and hubris; however, this is not possible. Not at this scale, not even close.
Somehow, whether by the design of the universe and/or the providence provided by a loving and purposeful God, you cannot convince me the strength we witness is not an outcome of the force of prayer, even if silently conveyed and not fully understood as prayer, flowing from hundreds of millions of individual people and traveling directly into the heart of this man named “Trump.”
How this transfer of purposeful energy takes place defies my human capacity to understand it, but it does… it simply does. We are wise enough, eyes open enough, to accept we are witnessing something far larger than our capacity to understand it.
♦ Steadfast doesn’t mean when it’s easy; the term has no meaning when things are working according to our own convenient interests. Steadfast means standing strong when it’s challenging, difficult and unnerving. Just as courage is not the absence of fear, rather it is taking action despite being fearful; so too is steadfast a decision.
Often when things are disconcerting, we retreat to a place where we are comfortable. However, steadfast is unwavering despite the obstacles and difficulties.
When we don’t hold the words to comfort the grieved, yet we show up and sit quietly just to eliminate the loneliness, that is a steadfast commitment.
When we see adversity on the face of another, and we choose to engage with our time and comfort, that is a steadfast decision.
When we see one person under assault from every corrupt enterprise under the control of man and government, and we stand firm in our support and prayer for that target, we are making a steadfast decision.
Right now, those who wish to “fundamentally change” our nation are waging a full-frontal assault against our constitutional republic. The bombardment seems overwhelming.
Leftist city and state leaders have abandoned rule of law in favor of supporting a mob effort to destroy our sense of national unity. Political activists, left-wing ideologues under the guise of democrats, and a host of media allies are conducting an information war on behalf of their objective.
We now understand how Big Tech social media companies are attempting to remove the voices of those who are fighting back. Our eyes are wide open.
There is a great deal of purposefully driven anxiety and fear amid our nation as this multi-faceted internal war between truth and darkness takes place. However, there is a primary element to this effort that each person can act to counter. Do not let your sense of self succumb to this assault. Do not let them win the battle for your peace of mind.
It might, heck, -check that- it does seem overwhelming at times. But that is the nature of this corrupt collectivist strategy. That is the purpose of this bombardment. We must hold strong, steadfast and push back against their lies and manipulations.
If you look closely at this latest attack against President Donald Trump, it is weak and much of it is psychological bait. We The People are ultimately the target, he’s just in the way. Do not fall into the trap of despair they intend to create.
In July of 2020, it was our CTH mission to ensure that people within the institutions of our government were aware of: (a) evidence of specific corruption, and (b) our knowledge about it. It was during one of those briefing trips to DC when I recognized a serious disconnect between what the people within those institutions of government viewed as their role, and what We The People expected of them.
This was also the first time when I realized that internal corrective action was unlikely to succeed because the scale of corrupt activity was not simply based on intent, but also present because the absence of morality was metastatic throughout the system.
I’m certain there are good people in DC, but the systems surrounding them have lost their originating purpose. The central function of our U.S. government is now so corrupt the institutions regard ‘We The People‘ as the problem the people within the system must protect themselves from.
I quickly recognized the solutions to our national issues were never going to come from our requests to those who operate within the institutions. However, even worse was the impact we were having on each other due to our national frustration. It was evident within our frustration – as a nation – we were losing a sense of identity, unity and fellowship.
The only people who can change that dynamic is us.
We are ‘The People’ we have been waiting for; yet, the professional political class, purposefully walled off within this corrupt system, are also purposefully blind to our assembly. In order for the DC politicians to continue operating corrupt levers within a corrupt machine, they must ignore the will of the same people they are supposed to represent.
President Trump represents ‘We The People‘, and as a consequence, those within this corrupt system view his appearances with the same dismissive outlook they carry toward those who voted for him.
They want to destroy us, so they need to destroy him.
They want to destroy our faith, so they need to destroy hope.
They will fail so long as we remain steadfast.
CTH (The Last Refuge) was founded upon this acceptance long before Donald Trump became president in 2016; and the actions by both wings of the UniParty congress over the past decade have been clear evidence of what we always knew was present.
Our current national challenge is to figure out a way to confront this dynamic and then deal with it. However, we must deal with it in a way that does not destroy the founding principles of our constitutional republic. There are many disappointments around us, but we must remain strong and purposeful with any chosen direction. Misplaced corrective action regardless of intent is neither prudent nor wise.
Above all, those who understand the larger issues must remain united and hold a sense of fellowship toward each other if we are to overcome the challenges. The purpose of using fear as a strategic weapon to achieve division is evident (J6). Weaponized law enforcement can be an effective strategy deployed by those who benefit from division; we must counter this effort.
This moment in history is where each person of deliberate strength holds a higher level of influence. We should engage in the lives of others to show that strength.
Right now, as President Trump confronts the corruption, people around you are looking for courage, optimism and hope. If you do not provide that to your family, friends and community, you allow the alternative, despair, to take root.
Despair is the foreboding outcome of the same evil systems that create it. Recognize despair when you see it; intercept it and eliminate it when you can… AND you always can. Tend to the flickering flame of liberty & teach others, especially our youth, the skills to defend it.
Do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. We are a majority nation of liberty loving independent and free-thinking people; born under a compact to allow each to live their lives according to their own purpose. Do not abdicate the duty to protect individual liberty to anyone except yourself. Your dreams are unique to you.
Stay strong for your family…
Stay strong for your community….
Stay strong for our nation… We need each other.

JMHO–Getting to seem like good American patriots are caught between a rock and a hard place by the Globalist.
What ever we do the Globalist will turn it around to fit the scenario they want. If any type of demonstration and/or possibly rally gathering held I fear the Globalist will set some type of trap similar to J6.

Trump has bounced back as well. That poll from Rasmussen the other night was encouraging. Musk was asked about this arrest fiasco and he said it would result in DT being re-elected in a land slide. That’s good because the cheating spread has gone from 3% to probably over 10%…..advantage Democrats.
I did see another headline that said DT may be denied bail because of these statements (post above). If they do that we will have to take action even if it means withdrawing our money out of all (large ONLY) financial institutions. They seem to be targeting the smaller banks to force people over to the BoA types. Let’s not help them accomplish their goals.
The only reason I can see this happen now is widespread panic. The Russian sanctions have not worked and China (our manufacturer) and Russia are getting tight. In the death throes of the GAE we must expect some very desperate moves to be made. “ITS TIME!!”…….yes indeed.

And this is the protest we need to do, to enforce that those people who took oaths to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution keep their word, or resign.
Figuring that part out, how to get them to keep their word, that’s the tricky part.
It would be nice. But when they can’t even agree on what ‘shall not be infringed’ means after 50 years of legal warfare, it seems it is time to get things clarified once and for all.
An Article V Convention of States will not see the entire Constitution rewritten. An Article V CoS would create Amendments, just more easily and jointly than the way the previous Amendments were added. The first 10 Amendments (the Bill of Rights) were ratified in 1791, 2 years after the Constitution itself was ratified, and were written as a result of the First Constitutional Convention (1787). The next 17 Amendments were added over the following centuries, usually individually, but in a few cases two at a time. The CoS is a quicker method to get all the clarity people have been clamoring for these past many decades, with maybe all changes finalized in 4-5 years from the date the CoS is held. Any proposed Amendment that grossly deviates from the current Constitution, or that seeks to take rights from the People, or grant great control to the government, would almost certainly not make it through the first round of deliberations. 3/4ths of all states would have to approve of the changes at the end, and so fringe proposals wouldn’t have a chance of passing. 3/4ths also means that the coastal progressive elites wouldn’t have an outsized voice the way they do today in most topics of the national discourse. That’s the point of the CoS – to level the field and approach any change with only the support of the centrist majority, not the radical fringe on the right or the left.

I’m not sure how it is in the States, but when I went to clean out my bank account here in Canada last spring, they had a $5000 limit. Luckily my city isn’t very big, so I just drove to a few branches and took out what they would let me…5 grand here, 2 grand here, until I had it emptied out to a couple hundred bucks to pay for automatic payments like property tax and condo fees and monthly car insurance.
Now my cash sits in my cupboard, and I don’t give a f*** about ‘you’re losing money to inflation!’ I am 100% debt free and probably have enough in my cupboard to last my remaining lifetime. Unless I keep going out and buying $150 worth of .223 every day like I did today.
Everyone is looking for a pain free way to “protest”. There are none that will save us. Our founding fathers risked everything including their lives to save this nation. It’s immeasurably sad that no one is going to do that. We’re dying as a free nation.

As others have stated, the IRS doesn’t need your payroll tax or any back taxes you owe. In 2022, the government collected a record total of $4.9 trillion in taxes, made up of payroll (income) tax, social security tax, customs duties and excise taxes, estate and gift taxes, and miscellaneous receipts. The payroll (income) tax was itself $2.6 trillion of that record total. This beat the previous record set in 2021 by about 11%.
How much did our government spend in 2022? $6.3 trillion.
So 41% of that federal spending came from income tax – workers’ employers taking Uncle Sam’s cut. But note that the government spent 29% more than it took in from all sources. How did they do that? By printing money at the Federal Reserve and Bureau of Engraving and Printing. It is made of nothing, created on a balance sheet out of thin air.
So long as they have the power to make money from nothing, what they do or don’t collect from us matters not. If the government had not spent the additional $1.4 trillion above what they took in, they could have reduced the payroll tax by more than half, while still creating the nothing money from out of thin air that they did.
Our government doesn’t have a tax problem. It has a spending problem.
Sure they can print more money, but even if a couple million taxpayers did this, I think it would rattle them hard.

May I suggest an effectual and appropriate way to protest this when the time comes.
When the call is made, everyone should go to their nearest federal building and set up a picket line.
Especially picket federal court houses. If no federal building is close by, picket your local courthouse or justice center.
Organize food, water port-a-pottys and other needs so the line can be maintained until such time as President Trump and the J6 prisoners are released and all charges dismissed.
Go Galt. Spend as little as possible and only at local businesses if doable. Starve the government beast: vote against all school bonds, improvement bonds, don’t send your kids to public schools, etc.
Cut off all charitable donations as the recipients and organization may be Democrats or may spend the money at a corrupt or progressive company.
Cut off all Democrat friends, family, neighbors. No cup of sugar, borrowing the weed whacker, wedding or birthday gifts, and certainly no tuition money for college age kids who are left-leaning.
Remove all your money from the corrupt banks and only keep enough in there to pay bills.

Perhaps the challenges facing PDJT will galvanize a large group into action like the actions of the Canadian government against the truck convoy protestors galvanized their citizens and spurred large numbers into action against the banks. Such ad hoc action can spread like wildfire if given the right conditions. We saw how quickly Trudeau reversed course. I’ll bet his handlers in the international banking world had a talk with him.
We’ll never destroy the enemy’s will to fight without suffering, pain, and anguish. For some of us it will mean death. History has recorded it. There is no painless and pleasant way to win these kinds of battles. It’s ugly, nasty, abhorrent to peace-loving people. Our job is to accept that and move forward, or become enslaved. Covid did a pretty good job of the latter.

If the Manhattan DA indicts President Trump, he will ultimately win even bigger than he is already going to win.

We need to get like that.
