It’s not a rule.
It’s a recently broken code about how CTH’s spam filter chokes on those apostrophes.
Only fix is to stop using them, which makes comments go right through and reduces admins’ workload.
It has to do with computer programming. The apostrophe acts as a “delimiter”…it serves as a data and code boundary when being read by a program. Our software is reading it as a “stop sign”and won’t continue to process the poster’s comment.

Well, I have just recently become aware that we are rapidly coming to the end of the current age here on Earth. That realization made so much stuff suddenly make sense. Since the early days of George W. the Seconds reign (round about 2002) it began to occur to me that the US government was not running the place as though it were a going concern. This of course, accelerated into the 2008/9 crash and then, bathhouse Barry took over accelerating the decline, transferring billions more dollars into the hands of the Billionaire class. This group proceeded to build bunkers and pursuing schemes making doomsday preparations while the rest of us went about our lives none-the-less the wiser that the end was indeed approaching.
Time has passed and we are so much closer to that end and thus, the need to eliminate any competition for resources as the pathocrats finish their preparations and head underground or into low earth orbit to escape the coming cataclysm. Joe Biden and the crackheads in this government have done their best to deliver on the end-times crash to leave regular people poor, cold, hungry, and most importantly, immobile ~ sitting ducks for the disaster coming our way.
