The scale of the problems identified does raise the question about how could the county certify the results?

I agree with your argument. Holding up this Arizona election until it’s done right is a much easier task than holding up the 2020 Presidential election results would have been. That fraud was so widespread and massive it was too big for citizens to comprehend. It was a “death by a thousand cuts” strategy.
With Arizona, it’s just one state and therefore much easier to do a deep dive to see where the fraud took place. Once that fraud is revealed and Lake is properly placed as governor, then a similar review can take place in other states.
Maybe the problems found in AZ can be used as a template to head off potential fraud in say, the upcoming Georgia runoff.
It can also be used as a template to head off fraud in other future elections.
Big picture, AZ may be the place where the whole “vote vs ballot” cheat can be exposed and blown out of the water.

Forget the courts. They don’t want it. Pressure other counties not to certify. State can’t certify if one or two counties don’t certify. Those counties have to press Maricopa and the ag to Revote.

Abe Hamadeh has just filed lawsuit, which means they must believe they have the “standing” issue resolved.
i.e. they have enough sworn affidavits to show enough voters were disenfranchised, to change the results of the election.
In addition, the Az. A.G.’s office has a 4 lawyer “election integrity unit”, recently created, that is headed by a TTV associate.
They have started the process with a demand letter to Maracopa election officials, for logs of everyone that adjusted the machines, before, and during the election.
If they refuse, next step is subpoena, then contempt.
Logs are required by law, so stalling, or saying they don’t have is BIG problem.
I believe they are also looking at the whole “Box 3” ;WHO, specifically told poll workers to have people put ballots in box to be counted later, or go to another location (which is violation of Az law).

Naomi Wolf was pretty frustrated with Lee Zeldin for conceding to Hockul so quickly in New York as well…it’s easier to just say that you are waiting until ALL votes are counted than to concede and then try to restart your challenges when it becomes clear there are significant issues with the ballots, IMHO!

Throwing out illegal ballots IS one remedy available, but it can’t address ballots destroyed or comingled, as obviously happened with the “Box 3” ballots.
A re-do is the only option, at least for Maracopa County, and obviously those in charge there, Richer and Gates, must be removed.
And I’m sure they can also point to the fact that the election is supposed to be over seen by the SOS. The SOS is Katie Hobbs, the D candidate for Governor.
If I were in charge of the legal team, I would have at least one team member focusing on framing the conflict of interest problem and how it correlates with all of the election integrity issues (particularly if you can show D county Pima did not have these same issues). The perception of impropriety on behalf of the individual in charge should be enough.

Before you go comparing US to Canadian standard of living it’s best to check with a few of our northern friends first. I had the pleasure of working with some small business owners from southern Ontario last summer. They’re totally fed up with their government tax structure, cost of living, and lack of freedom and liberty. Both said if it weren’t for family ties that can’t easily be severed they both would have moved to America years ago. They then started reciting the thousands of dollars they pay in taxes each month to just break even and I had to quickly change the subject before they got too emotional about it. And don’t ever get them started about their health care system and its related costs.

It’s also true that British Columbia where we are is totally different from Southern Ontario.
We Canadians too are rapidly losing our middle class..and are becoming a wealth based society.
The wife and I attended several Canadian Trucker Convoy protests, despise our government, and are to speed on our oppressive government ( I was threatened with arrest at a rally while simply walking my Bichon to the U.S. border at Blaine Washington.)
Health care is an interesting one..we rented a house here in Canada to an MRI technician that married an American and got to know some of his wife’s associates.
It was quite common pre Scamdemic for Americans to cross over into Canada to have prescriptions filled.

True, in my home state of Arizona we have many Canadians who live there as much as possible.
They can live in the US for several months then must go home for a few months before they can come back here.
They dread going home, they tell us they really miss the higher standard of living in Arizona.
This has always puzzled us because most of them live in small 300 sf trailers in a mobile home park.
Perhaps some parts of the US have a higher standard of living than what you see when you visit near the Canadian border Dekester
These Canadians dread going back up home and scoot back down here as fast as they can, really do not know why.
I will admit I have not been to Canada, it looks beautiful.
I also know it is difficult to compare cost without comparing what that cost buys.
For example we see a home go for $6 million in Aspen Colorado that would go for $350,000 here in my area.
A high salary in one place would not be considered starting pay in another.
Everything is relevant so to speak.
Our wonderful Canadian friends in southern Arizona are so more than happy to live in tiny little trailers for some reason and try to stay away from from Canada as much as possible which I really do not understand.

Technically, its not “a County” that certifies, it is County officials; in Az. the County Recorder, working under the County Board of Supervisors, “Certifies” that the election results for that county are “true and correct”.
They would be legally obligated to NOT certify, if the results OF THEIR COUNTY were not ‘true and correct’.
However, they have no legal basis to refuse to certify THEIR results, if they believe them to be correct, because the question the accuracy of results in Maracopa County.
Much like Texas etc. sueing in 2020 and having SCOTUS deny them standing. I am in the minority here, but I actually agree with SCOTUS. Start down that road, and it ends in chaos, and ditto with these counties refusing to certify.

Kelly Ward is on WarRoom on a less regular basis but she is working diligently. In fact, the November 8th, she was on and gave voting directions for those who could not vote…she said do not leave your ballot in “Box 3” and gave more detailed explanations. She does her job well. This is actually not news to many of us. It has been known for close to a week and the number is much, much higher. Closer to 90%.
And this was done all over the country, but only on election day.

Their machines were also recalled and no one did anything about it and they are not certified. There are many, many issues.

The “Standing” threashold; while their IS a recent court case that gave voters standing, at the 9th circuit, more broadly BECAUSE Courts don’t WANT to “go there” they require the Candidates sueing to show that IF their allegations of improprieties are true, that it would be enough to change the outcome.
This is why, in Az from election day on (and still) they are collecting sworn affidavits of those disenfranchised.
Once they get past standing, the burden of proof shifts to those argueing the election was bono fide.
In other words, KL &Co. are NOT required to prove the election was bogus, cause “how do you prove a negative?”
County officials will be required to prove the election WAS conducted properly, and all State laws were followed, and all ballots are legal ballots, with an unbroken chain of evidence.
Get past the “Standing” roadblock, and its a whole different ball game, and KL’s team knew this, going in. Hence the roving attorneys, at polling locations on election day, taking contact info for deposing later.
That Abe has filed suit, makes me think they are confident they have enough depositions to overcome “standing”.

It’s a publically available document. It was made public that way….they can redact them but you can go to the court docket and get it too.

One dimension I have not heard much reporting about is this issue of “ballot spoiling,” which appears to be another portal into the dark world of Democrat deceit.
My daughter is an Arizonan. Pima County (Tucson). She requested an early ballot, which she received. The process there, as I understand it, is that you can mail your ballot in, take it to an early voting drop box, or drop it off at an election day voting center. She chose the third option, but due to lingering distrust, she decided to vote in person election day. She brought her mail-in ballot to the voting center, and asked to spoil it and vote in person.
The election clerk collected her mail-in ballot and gave her an in-person ballot. The old ballot got put in a stack. She was told the ballots in the stack would all be spoiled (ripped up? I don’t know what the process is ) together at some later point in time. She knew the rules, and said, “No, I want to see it spoiled now.” They gave her the runaround, and tried to shame her about holding up the line, but she stood her ground and eventually they did whatever they were supposed to do.
Which brings us to the issue of all the other ballots in that stack, and those that joined it throughout the day. And those at all the other voting centers throughout the state. What did happen to them? It seems to me this may be an underreported/unrecognized source of magically appearing Democrat votes.
They spoiled them alright- they spoiled a perfectly clean ballot by filling in the circles for Democrats.
They can’t certify the election of Hobbs. Also, four other counties are watching Maricopa before acting. A fifth county is just as messy as Maricopa and does not expect to be able to certify their results either.
They just tried too clumsy a tactic to rig the vote this time. Tabulating equipment should be perfectly reliable, laser printers should produce bar codes “dark enough to scan,” and so on. If “nothing is working,” this was done on purpose.
Arizona has only one reasonable option: the election needs to be very quickly done over – somehow. Hire large teams of people to count those ballots by hand. “Get ‘er done.” Under the circumstances which have been amply witnessed by hundreds of people, these “results” are visibly worthless.
“How could the county certify the results”, you ask. No new precedent here. Maricopa County has done nothing that Mike Pence has not already done.

How can it be that only 16k votes are not counted in the Gov race, but 66K remain uncounted in the Attorney Gen race? Could it be that the Gov race really has 66k votes not counted also, most of them going to Kari?
Reading the pdf of the Report is worthwhile. It is extremely detailed and matter-of-fact. Everything in the report points to either massive incompetence or deliberate screwups to suppress the vote. The observations at only ONE polling place indicated no problems. It would be interesting to research why that one was different.
So who set up the election equipment? Name their names. They need to answer a lot of questions.
Who “tested” the various machines and hookups? (Surely test runs are required until everything is working soothly and reliably.)
Are there certified reports stating that each system was good to go before Election Day?
Who arranged for the size of the voting areas? (Repeatedly the report finds that the venues were too small to allow all the systems to be deployed, thus creating long lines and frustration?)
Light printing of the Bar Codes seems to have been the root cause of tabulators rejecting ballots.
What were the Bar Codes supposed to be for?
How do we know if the VOTES were being tabulated accurately on ballots that eventually went through, if parts of the same document couldn’t be read?
All these things indicate a ballot collection exercise that was too flawed to pass muster. Where are the lefties who cry that every vote must be counted, when the government is bungling half the votes?
If the above isn’t enough, note that nothing has been released about percentages of “adjudication”, or whether all the “voters” were legally entitled to vote, or whether votes were illegally deposited prior to or on Election Day by mules, etc.
