An inflection point is coming. In preparation for what we are about to witness, it is critical to understand that both the DNC and RNC are private corporations with no affiliation to government.
It is a difficult shift in thinking to appropriately understand, but the party system in U.S. politics revolves around two clubs that feed from the same corporate trough and position for influence and affluence within a political dynamic they control.
The priority for both clubs, Republican and Democrat, is NOT primarily ideological. In the modern era, the corporate priority first begins with a battle over who controls each corporation.
As long as there is no challenge, the clubs operate without issue. However, when there is a battle for control of the corporation, a battle that will ultimately determine the financial outcome, the internal battle becomes the priority.
2024 is going to be the election season when we see this corporate battle explode inside in the Republican group. Decades of entrenched power are at stake, and there has been four years of counter positioning and backroom discussion leading up to this moment.
As a consequence, and I know this might sound odd to many people – but winning and/or losing elections becomes a secondary issue. The RNC is not focused on winning elections. The RNC corporation is focused on retaining control.
The RNC want to give the illusion of support for MAGA conservatism because they need the base voter, and they need to maintain the illusion of choice. However, every move they make on an operational level is exactly in line with their previous outlook toward cocktail class republicanism. The MAGA base of support cannot trust this corporate group and we must not be blind or unguarded about the Machiavellian schemes they construct.
When you hear the influence group saying the two priorities for control of the Republican Club involve, (1) eliminating populism in the ranks; and (2) realigning with multinational corporate objectives (vis a vis Wall Street), what they are publicly expressing is their RNC corporate need to get rid of the America First economic agenda; to get rid of the MAGA influence.
How has this historically surfaced?
Well, at a national level there is a unique policy priority that almost every politician, on both sides, will avoid discussing. At a national level a single policy priority determines all other national policy outlooks. That policy is the national economic policy.
The national economic policy of a presidential candidate determines all other national policies that flow from the presidential candidate. The national economic policy impacts the obvious policies like energy and trade, and also determines the lesser obvious policies like regulation and even foreign policy.
It is specifically because a candidate’s national economic outlook impacts all other issues, that most national politicians never talk about it.
It would be impossible to support Main Street USA, a popular talking point, and still support the Paris Climate Treaty, the Transpacific Trade Partnership (TPP) or the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).
To avoid the contradictions, most Democrat and Republican politicians avoid discussing their national economic policy. It is an unspoken rule within the billionaire club and donor game, an economic code of omerta amid most political candidates.
President Trump broke the rule and even went so far as to campaign on an America First economic policy agenda. That core outlook forms the Make America Great Again foundation. MAGA is based on a national economic policy outlook that determines every other national policy as carried by President Trump.
While most Americans may not be able to articulate how the national economic policy impacts them, almost every American feels the consequences through gasoline prices, energy prices, employment, wage rates and the expenses within their everyday lives. To try and hide this reality, often media and economic analysts will say the U.S. President has no control over gasoline prices; however, this is unequivocally false.
Yes, it is true that oil prices are determined by the global market for the product, the supply and the demand. However, the energy policy of the president determines the domestic investment in natural resource development and extraction by oil companies. The energy policy determines domestic supply. The regulatory policy determines the expansion, or lack therein, of oil and gasoline refinery capacity. So yes, it is ultimately the U.S President who determines gasoline prices indirectly through energy and regulatory policy.
If this were not the case, then gasoline would cost nearly the same in almost every nation. It doesn’t. Right now, gasoline in Mexico is almost $1 less than gasoline in the United States, specifically because Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez-Obrador is not trying to reduce oil resource investment, development and/or gasoline refinery capacity.
President Trump was the first presidential candidate who campaigned on a domestic national economic policy. He even went one step further and stated the T-word, tariffs. Yes, the commerce department holds tools to support a national economic policy.
The tariff tool is another aspect to national economics that most politicians avoid discussing because the toolbox is counter to the interests of Wall Street, multinational corporations and hedge fund managers.
For a reference point you might remember the apoplectic fits from financial and economic punditry to President Trump’s 2017 and 2018 steel and aluminum tariffs.
Economic security is determined by national economic policy. National security is also an outcome of national economic policy. Again, President Trump was also the first modern president to put that outlook to work when he said, “economic security is national security,” and then began constructing a foreign policy agenda using the cornerstone of national economic policy. The result was quite remarkable and led to what eventually became the Trump Doctrine.
It was inherently the US national economic policy that underpinned President Trump challenging NATO to meet their financial obligations. It was national economic policy that drove trade policy and created the north American USMCA trade agreement. It was national economic policy that led to countervailing duties on Chinese and European imports. Which had the remarkable effect of actually lowering prices inside the United States.
We began importing deflation through lower priced goods as the value of the dollar increased and China/EU central banks devalued their currency to avoid the impact of tariffs. Asia and the EU also subsidized their export manufacturing with incentives in order to lower costs as an offset to the tariffs, while simultaneously Asian and European companies began investing in production facilities inside the U.S. as a long-term approach to retaining access to the U.S. market. To put it succinctly, this was MAGAnomics at work.
U.S. wages increased, U.S. job growth increased, U.S. energy prices dropped with increased energy development and a massive cut in regulations, and that in turn lowered the cost of domestic goods. Suddenly we were importing goods at lower prices and generating goods internally at lower prices. More MAGAnomic outcomes, which, not coincidentally, was the exact opposite of all Wall Street claims and predictions.
Making America Great Again, was an outcome of national economic policy. At its core, MAGA is a national economic dynamic within a political movement that is represented by President Donald J Trump.
It is critical to understand, the MAGA economic policy is essentially a national policy completely, and uniquely, under the control of the office of the President. The impact to the lives of Americans is a direct outcome from national economic policy. If a president wants to lead an independently wealthy country, he/she applies a very specific economic outlook to all other policy areas including energy, regulation and foreign policy.
It is also true that opposition to President Donald Trump is uniquely connected to the America-First economic agenda.
Multimillion-dollar lobbyist firms like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Business Roundtable, along with dozens of economically established SuperPAC’s funded by Wall Street and multinational corporations, are vehemently opposed to the America-First economic agenda.
All of the national politicians and political candidates taking money from these aforementioned groups necessarily bind themselves to a position that stands against the America-First economic agenda.
In essence, if you take money from the multinationals you cannot deliver on MAGA economic outcomes for banking, trade, finance etc. And that’s exactly where we run into the problem.
Because MAGA national economic priorities conflict with the multinational corporations, hedge funds and the Wall Street donor class, all of the politicians who accept the influence checks from these self-interested groups cannot run on, or deliver, a MAGA national economic agenda.
At a local, county and state level you have direct impact on the political policy agenda in your community. Who you elect to the city council, school board, state house and senate as well as governor’s office has an impact on those local and state priorities. However, national economic policy, national energy and trade policy and national foreign policy are not under your control.
As a result, the same skillset, or policy outlook, that makes a governor a successful state politician doesn’t carry into a federal office, [see the example of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker]. Yes, there are some executive and administration skills that carry over; however, on the bigger issue of steering the national policy agenda, almost every candidate for office comes with the baggage of having accepted donor contributions from a class of people who are paying for economic policy influence.
MAGA cannot be purchased. It is a political outlook that seeks only to enhance the best interests of the American people, regardless of consequence for the multinationals or foreign beneficiaries of globalist U.S. economic policy. Unfortunately, as a result, all of the beneficiaries are aligned to make sure the MAGA economic policy outlook is extinguished. There are literally trillions at stake. This reality underpins the opposition to Donald Trump.
When you understand why the national economic outlook of the President is so important, you can also understand why every political candidate is told not to discuss it by the handlers and campaign managers who are essentially selling their candidate to a millionaire and billionaire donor class who do not want an America-First economic policy agenda.
There is no easy solution for this problem, and ironically this core economic issue is where you find supporters of both Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump in alignment.
Where the Sanders and Trump camps split is on the solution. Team Sanders wants the government to play the role of economic referee (regulation), while Team Trump wants the government to change the rules of the economic game (countervailing duties, tariffs etc).
Before Donald Trump entered politics there was no home for people voting on the issue of a national economic agenda. Both Democrat and Republican candidates had essentially the same worldview on national economic policy because they are all getting money from the same multinational corporate trough. However, President Trump changed that dynamic by presenting an alternative national economic policy called America-First.
For decades middle America was begging the McConnell’s, Ryans, Boehners, Romney’s, McCain’s, Bushes, et al, to make America First economic policies their priority. All of our shouts for help fell upon deaf political ears plugged by corporate donations and influence. Our communities were literally collapsing around us (see rust belt), and yet no national politician would do anything of consequence.
By the time Donald Trump arrived decades of frustration exploded in an eruption of massive applause because he was articulating the central economic issue that was being ignored by the professional political class. The America First agenda is the restoration agenda. From Trump’s national economic policy, the middle-class erosion stopped. Economic security, specifically U.S. employment stability and wage rates, goes hand in glove with border security and immigration controls.
MAGAnomics is the core of the great MAGA republican coalition, a working-class coalition that cuts through all other distinctions and divisions. It is not republican because of political affiliation, it is “MAGA republican” only because the republican party was the political vehicle selected by Donald Trump to install the policy.
This reality creates a problem for the DC professional political class and the corporate media. Because MAGAnomics is the fundamentally binding principle there is no way to fracture the Trump supporter coalition.
I am a “MAGA Republican” by default of my wanting a national economic agenda that looks out for the economic interests of American’s first.
Donald Trump is the irreplaceable Great MAGA King because Donald Trump is the only one who holds that same outlook. Unfortunately, the Republican corporation does not carry that priority. Thus, the Big Ugly battle for control of the Republican Party is being previewed right now, and will grow in scale and consequence very soon.
Let me emphasize the key point. The Republican Party is not positioning to win the 2024 election.
The people in control of Republican Club do not care who is in the White House, that is a secondary objective. What they care about right now is controlling the Republican corporation and stopping the hostile takeover.
Every single Republican presidential candidate for 2024, sans Trump, will be inserted into the race to help the Republican corporation in this battle. When you see them enter, instead of asking, ‘how can they win‘, ask yourself what is their mission on behalf of the Club priority?
Folks, this is pretty simple…
TRUMP/LAKE 2024
IF Donald is NOT the Republican candidate ALL THE BETTER!
We write him in!
This will split the party and mostly DEM’s will win.
Sorry, we burn it all down…
IF the Republicans want to get back in power we start over with MAGA candidates, NO MORE rinos’s!
FJB
As the article states” The Republican Party does not care who is in the WH in 2024″ as long as it is not TRUMP. A DEM is fine. Most will not believe that but as Sundance stated it is true. Think it might be time for a new opposition party?
Great all we have to do is split the party and the trolls and the democRats win forever without even having to cheat.
In my book splitters and quitters will destroy the Republican MAGA movement. The plan is to take over the party from the bottom up. MAGA has already started doing this. The Elite that gained control of the Republican party did not do it overnight and WE THE PEOPLE will not be able to take it back overnight.
If my choice is between Dem and a RINO, I don’t care enough to even vote. I’m not supporting the GOP ever again.
Yes, the “If we just get rid of the Rinos” strategy. Sundance has highlighted well that there are deeper systemic issues like the 17th Amendment that prevent this from sufficiently happening, let alone lasting. Many Rinos don’t start out that way–they are gradually made into that after going to DC. Prostituting themselves to the Big Donor class that runs DC and directs policy, and thereby enslaved and controlled. They are “symptoms” of a disease, not the disease itself. We can talk all we want about “draining the swamp”. The deeper issue is that DC as currently constructed is a swamp by nature, and as such, it will continue filling up again. Obama talked of a “fundamental transformation”. Trump is about a “fundamental reformation” in a PaleoConservative direction.
“Many Rinos don’t start out that way–they are gradually made into that after going to DC. Prostituting themselves to the Big Donor class that runs DC and directs policy, and thereby enslaved and controlled.”
True, but don’t overlook that many conservatives also become RINOs due to blackmail and outright threats. Over the years, I’ve watched very conservative people … like Larry Elder for instance … suddenly drop certain topics … like the illegalities committed by the Clintons. He was obviously told to shut up or lose his job. I think Judge Roberts was blackmailed because he did something illegal. And what do you think CIA funded Epstein was doing other than gathering material to blackmail people?
Let me just say in their defense, it’s not easy to stand up against an opponent that has spent over one hundred years understanding human psychology, infiltrating society, and perfecting blackmail and threat tactics. I speak of the Fabian Society. Consider that Havelock Ellis, one of the founders of the Fabian Society, compiled a massive work entitled, Studies In The Psychology Of Sex. Fabian Socialists used the writings of Ellis to get sex education in the schools. They started in the colleges and gradually eased into the K-12 school level. As we’ve now all witnessed, what better way to corrupt a society than by corrupting its youth?
Consider Graham Wallas, who is credited with the introduction of human psychology into the field of political science (http://www.enotes.com/topics/graham-wallas )? He was also a noted Fabian Socialist … co-founder of the Fabian controlled London School of Economics, in fact. He wrote a book in 1914 titled “Great Society: A Psychological Analysis”. If you read between the lines of the book, it’s a text on understanding society well enough to manipulate people … something Fabians needed to do if they were to continue to spread their ideology.
Because of that understanding, Fabian Socialists, unlike America’s Founding Fathers, chose to mostly remain in the shadows. How else to explain how a movement that has clearly been so influential on American politics is hardly even known to the average American? It’s no accident that the description of the Fabian Society in the Encylopedia Britanica (http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/199691/Fabian-Society ) is just 392 words long and it doesn’t mention the society’s communist roots or its infiltration of American politics. That’s deliberate … to keep the movement below the radar. Did your school education ever include mention of Fabian socialism. Probably not. And who controls the curriculum of the schools? Has the mainstream media ever done an expose on Fabian Socialism? No. And who controls the media? Have there ever been any Hollywood movies on noted Fabians? No. That’s deliberate.
But I’m sure more than a few Fabians studied Wallas book in detail. In fact, LBJ’s hallmark social engineering program, ”The Great Society”, probably came from the title of that book … just like FDR’s “New Deal” program came from the title of a.book written by Fabian Socialist Stuart Chase … just like Obama’s 2012 “The Road We’ve Travelled” campaign video came from the title of another book by Stuart Chase. Indeed, the LATimes would admit in 1989 that “some chroniclers” claim LBJ’s naming his programs the Great Society can be traced to Wallas’ book. Certainly, Fabian Socialist (communist) Stuart Chase lent considerable support to “Great Society” policies. But even more interesting is that the Preface of Wallas’ book contains a letter Wallas wrote to Walter Lippmann (another very important Fabian Socialist). In it, he introduced the book as possibly useful in Lippmann’s future writings. Maybe that’s why in 1937, Lippmann wrote a book titled “The Good Society”. And later Lippmann became an advisor to LBJ and wrote a book titled “The Principle of the Great Society”.
H.G. Wells was another important a figure the Fabian movement … so important that he’s one of the figures portrayed in the Fabian Window where a group of supplicants worship a stack of books, one of them being Wells “New Words For Old: A Plain Account of Modern Socialism”. In 1928 ye wrote another book showing how collectivism could be embedded into a society without arousing alarm or serious opposition. The book was titled “The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a World Revolution”. It doesn’t mention the word Fabian. How Fabian of Wells to not do that.
And have you ever heard of Herbert Croly? His “The Promise of American Life” provided the intellectual base for the Progressive Movement. He became the first editor of The New Republic. And he was a Fabian Socialist. Indeed, his book “Progressive Democracy” was recommended by another Fabian Socialist … Teddy Roosevelt. You never heard of him, yet Croly attended Harvard when the local Fabian Society chapter was most active influencing the people FDR would later call his Brain Trust. He was close friends Frankfurter and Lippmann. He co-founded the New School for Social Research (NSSR), and wrote a letter in 1919 to Graham Wallas in which he said “this school of ours is an attempt” … in essence … to create another London School of Economics in the US. He remained in the shadows because Fabians understand human nature and psychology perhaps better than any other group in the modern era.
Past experience demonstrates this is incorrect.
Unfortunately, we’ve run out of time. A criminal cabal has installed itself as overseer of our national executive and our Republic is circling the drain. If we fail to “take it back overnight,” we’ll watch it be flushed away forever.
Past time. But getting a new party recognized in all states is a long, time-consuming process…years. Instead, maybe we need to negotiate with an existing small party, like the Libertarian party that is already established, to run Trump as their candidate. If MAGA followers were to leave the GOP and join the Libertarian party, it would knock their power out from under them. The GOP cannot exist if we dismember it. Will that cause both MAGA and RINOs to lose? Maybe. But the GOP will force out MAGA candidates anyway by cheating through the machines….much harder to do when their membership has collapsed. Besides, if our choice is between RiNOs and Dems, what’s the difference?
100% agree.
The organized RINO assault – within hours of the midterm polls closing – is so obvious.
WeThePeople support trump … the never-Trump failures support RINOS.
About now – you know the RNC, GOP, bushCARTEL & RINOS are wondering if they should not have allowed the election to be stolen from Trump in 2020 … as they would almost be done with him … instead … SIX MORE YEARS OF MAGA 24/7/365 … and … they’ve lost WeThePeople FOREVER !!!
Writing him in will be prevented by the secretary of states in blue /corrupt states like Arizona and Pennsylvania. We need to fight right now for fairer elections or for the ability to play the steal game as well as the democrats. This means supporting organizations like True the vote through donations and through volunteer work. Precinctstrategy.com is another such organization. Joining your local GOP party and working for MAGA candidates to represent the county you live in is another step. Work is the answer, not hating on Biden.
“Work is the answer, not hating on Biden”
Do both, it’s easy.
I don’t trust writing in on the ballot. It’ll get sent to adjudication where all the not so funny stuff happens.
Now that PA and AZ are permanently rigged blue, I don’t see enough electoral college votes for Trump to get elected, let alone a GOPe candidate. Not all is lost. If we can hold on to the House in 2024 and beyond, at least we might have some gridlock. For sure, Trump is in it to win. But what might be a backup plan, a secondary objective, if that fails? I’d think taking down the GOPe as much as possible should be an ongoing objective. Should Trump fail in his quest to overcome the systemic election fraud and win in 2024, starting a new party after 2024 certainly would hurt the GOPe. I would love to see their demise. Granted, with the 17th Amendment still in place, it is hard to see how any new party would not eventually be corrupted by love of money as well.
Amen.
hard to argue with your points jg.. i say the same stuff (mostly on american thinker) and do get some push back but not much. simply but left unsaid in this really great article by sundance….desantis looks like he is already bought and only he can prove that to be wrong.
All US of A voters need to read this in its entirety!!!
Great write-up Sundance!
On target!
How do I donate directly to Trump!!!
MAGA WeThePeople -vs-RINO corporateSwamp
Just get his address on line, I have sent to him. I will never, ever give to any pacs or the RNC, I always sent my donations, not big, but I send them directly to the candidate of my choice.
Thank you!
MAGA vs RINO !!!
Battles within the party are nothing new. Unfortunately the only thing the average hard working American has gotten from the GOP is an occasional tax cut. Meanwhile they did nothing to protect the culture and gladly participated in the Great Replacement by refusing to stop the border invasion. While he has some flaws, Trump truly wants a Republican Party that looks out for America most of the time.
And we got less from the Democrats.
Look, politicians are in it for the $$$. Not for the country or even for their voters.
Consider the Bidens as Example A.
Very clear analysis of the present situation. This is why McConnell does what he does. Although Trump is bombastic and turns many moderates/leftists off (giving them a huge target), He appears to be the reincarnation of Reagan’s policies that worked so well 40 years ago, both in economic and foreign relations arenas.
As a student of Political economics, this article sums it up and is an easy, understandable read for the casual non-economist citizen.
All good information with one glaring error: tariffs are taxes, and those taxes are not paid by the evil foreign governments or corporations. As we all know, all taxes are paid by the ultimate consumer. That means that the tariff laid upon imported goods is paid only by those who purchase those imported goods. that’s us, kids. Tariffing imported goods raises the price you pay, and that’s true whether you pay the tariff or not.
http://dispatchesfromheck.blogspot.com/2019/04/tariffs-are-taxes.html
I pay 21.56 for my little JItterbug phone, yes they still exist, 14.10 goes for the actual bill the rest is taxes.
Didn’t turn out that way when Trump put tariffs in…..just as the article said …it lowered cost. To avoid losing China did not increase their cost on goods. Now on steel wood….was another story but it saved the industry here. May cost more upfront but throughout the life of steel product American steel does not have to be replaced. We all have seen it (especially those of us over 60) the terrible quality of goods…appliances. They do not last and must be replaced within a few years. So you actually end up paying more for the product then paying for American Made up front.
Absolutely! And as you say – MOST ESPECIALLY in QUALITY.
All taxes are not paid by the consumer.
Trump broke that model also. China ate the tariffs to keep their goods competitive. Read some of Sundance’s earlier articles on the subject.
But a Taxpayer doesn’t have to pay that tariff – by Simply NOT buying NON-AMERICAN products.
That is why the Original Boston Tea Party worked so well and Americans switched to COFFEE. And the Foreign Country in Question DID NOT PROSPER from the SALES.
Its like you were asleep during the Trump presidency and just woke up now to spew RINO shibboleths that have been convincingly proven wrong. Thanks for playing though.
Apart from your assertion being incorrect specifically re US tariffs On Chinese imports, you have also failed to mention the beneficial effect it had on boosting US produced industry. Particularly in light of the fact that a lot of Chinese made products are covertly subsidised by the CCP to crush competitors in the US, and elsewhere.
Since these tariffs were in regard to foreign (Chinese) manufacturers of raw materials (steel and aluminum) that were priced anticompetitively (via low paid Chinese labor) in order to dump them in the U.S. and other foreign markets, the tariffs had the effect of leveling the playing field for U.S. manufacturers of steel and aluminum. Any costs passed on to the consumers were well down the line and minimal overall to consumers in this case. It also had the side benefit of bolstering those industries and their workers in this country, something everyone can get behind except maybe Wall Street who has no interest in where their raw materials come from or who makes them as long as they are cheap.
Great article and the author makes the stakes clear. I look at the members of the Uniparty, Burr, McConnel, McCarthy, Cheney, Romney, Bush, Rubio and all the others, especially the 13 senators that voted with the Demorats to make homosexual marriage legal, and am firmly in favor of Trump.
But I pray he dumps all his past advisers, especially his son in law and daughter, who I believe were responsible for Pence and many of Trump’s inner circle like Barr. I love DeSantis but am concerned about his failure to step up to the plate on many matters. Trump doesn’t need donations from the wealthy, but all others do,
In Texas and Georgia the Dhimmierats spent 200 million in their failed attempts to gain those offices. Now what did their donors expect from them in return. More to the point how do you think this money impacts on your concerns and interests?
People do a lot of grand standing on DeSantis, but he is NOT ready for Washington DC. Doing a good job as governor with a Republican legislature in a red state and winning an argument with big Disney is not on the same planet as standing up to big China, violent Iran, all of the main stream media, all social media giants, constant investigations based on never ending lies, and the disdain of virtually all Washington politicians, including those in his own party and even on his own staff.
DeSantis is a good governor, but Trump is a warrior and a force to be reckoned with. In the biblical history of Israel, King David was a warrior who subdued Israel’s enemies and brought prosperity needed for his son Solomon to raise the nation to its apex on the world stage (at that time). Right now we MUST have a warrior. Trump needs to clean house so DeSantis or Kari Lake can later be the rebuilder of American greatness.
I see now how Ron Desanctimonious, got and earned his name.
Brilliant and dead on. So if you can’t understand that, then you can’t understand this post by Sundance.
He is bought and paid for. Carefully placed and managed as the first contender, against Trump MAGA.
The plan is to have Ron appear to be MAGA with manners, see, no messy Trump.
BUT no MAGA either!!!!!!!
The question is, why doesn’t Trump just adopt some manners? It’s perfectly easy and well within his capability. Yet he doesn’t, even when it puts him at risk of jail.
I believe he has a plan, to capitalize on the tension he has sown. But reasonable people are near the breaking point waiting for that to happen.
Dear Owen,
He is what he is. So am I and so are you.
I see and respect the better parts of Trump and how successful MAGA ECONOMIC policy was for individuals and families, and our country as a whole during his administration. I accept, that like us all He isn’t perfect.
There is no plan to capitalize on tension. But I do recognize, that there is a political party, that built it’s foundation upon that for more than half of my lifetime.
Any guesses which?
Anyone near any breaking points, I advise to step away and reassess their situation, by deep contemplation spiritually.
I was once asked in a staff meeting why I was speaking so harshly. My answer was, “Because when I was speaking nicely, nobody was listening.” I don’t like Trump’s tone either…but at least when he speaks, people hear him…like it or not!
AMEN!
Because nobody ELSE is as ASSAULTED and INSULTED as Trump is.
And America is IN THIS HOLE for LACK of DEFENDING what She BELIEVES IN – FOR TOLERATING the DISRESPECT and INSULTS AND BELITTLING and the Murderous Attacks on our Values – because we want to be “NICE”.
It was/IS killing America.
WE NEED TO STAND FOR WHAT WE BELIEVE IN because NOT doing so is Destroying this NATION – TRUMP KNOWS THAT.
Meanwhile the Majority of Americans feel “NICER” just being Red Flesh BLOOD CARPETS for our enemies to trample into the ground.
Romans 1.
————————————————–
Oriana Fallaci (1929 – 2006) was an Italian journalist, author, and political interviewer. A former partisan during World War II, she had a long and successful journalistic career, interviewing many internationally known leaders and celebrities.
SHE SAID: To make you cry I’ll tell you about the twelve young impure men I saw executed at Dacca at the end of the Bangladesh war. They executed them on the field of Dacca stadium, with bayonet blows to the torso or abdomen, in the presence of twenty thousand faithful who applauded in the name of god from the bleachers. They thundered “Allah akbar, Allah akbar.” Yes, I know: the ancient Romans, those ancient Romans of whom my culture is so proud, entertained themselves in the Coliseum by watching the deaths of Christians fed to the lions. I know, I know: in every country of Europe the Christians, those Christians whose contribution to the History of Thought I recognize despite my atheism, entertained themselves by watching the burning of heretics. But a lot of time has passed since then, we have become a little more civilized, and even the sons of Allah ought to have figured out by now that certain things are just not done. After the twelve impure young men they killed a little boy who had thrown himself at the executioners to save his brother who had been condemned to death. They smashed his head with their combat boots. And if you don’t believe it, well, reread my report or the reports of the French and German journalists who, horrified as I was, were there with me. Or better: look at the photographs that one of them took. Anyway this isn’t even what I want to underline. It’s that, at the conclusion of the slaughter, the twenty thousand faithful (many of whom were women) left the bleachers and went down on the field. Not as a disorganized mob, no. In an orderly manner, with solemnity. They slowly formed a line and, again in the name of god, walked over the cadavers. All the while thundering Allah–akbar, Allah–akbar. They destroyed them like the Twin Towers of New York. They reduced them to a bleeding carpet of smashed bones.
“The question is, why doesn’t Trump just adopt some manners? It’s perfectly easy and well within his capability. Yet he doesn’t, even when it puts him at risk of jail.”
He could change his name to Dale Carnegie, and they will still try to stick him in jail.
They are going after PDJT not because of who, what, or how he is, but what he is trying to achieve.
America first is an existential threat to the Globalist nobilitys prevailing one world push.
It seems that many are turned off by Trump’s personality only because they are conditioned to ‘feel’ that way by an incessant hourly barrage of propaganda on their phones and computers.
Are there any personalities more abrasive, dismissive of voters and insulting than the Obamas and the Clintons? They are literally killing it in their careers, but the fawning press they receive brain washes those citizens who avoid ostracism at all costs.
How about dry mouthed, State of the Union ripper, Nancy?
And who can forget the unpredictably rage prone, cussing dementia patient on Pennsylvania Avenue.
I’d wager that a huge percentage of those who whine about Trump’s personality would tell you he is smooth and debonair if the media told them to think that way.
I have heard biden call a reporter a Son of a Bitch, he says man when talking to them, which is disrespectful, he fondles young girls openly plus many other crap he spews out and especially his lies, worse than what President Trump has ever done.
Pundits repeated the lies about Trump soooooo much they actually brain washed themselves into TDS.
the reason president Trump is blunt with them is because democrats and rinos
are incredibly stupid. One must shout in their ear to get them to pay attention.
Yup. In general, people are easily conditioned. It’s why so many ran to get vaxxed and boosted, wore a mask everywhere and believed we were all going to die during Covid.
Yep…and there is loud-mouth Maxine Waters, Pocahontas Warren, Beyond-stupid AOC, the list goes on. But then, the media gives the Dems a perpetual get-out-of-jail-free card. All you have to do to get a card is agree to check your brains at the door and parrot the approved narrative. Book…mean speech approved!

One wasn’t enough.
I agree that the Repugs are unable to shift their economic approach because of their dependence on the ‘Club’ for their political sustenance. It is also true that President Trump understood that depenence before he came down the escalator in 2015. It was true during his first term when he could not staff any of the Bureaucracies with allies of the MAGA approach. It was true that he had majorities to work with but no allies in the Legislature that he could count on to support his agenda. So, for the question begs, why did he decide he needed to run as a Republican in 2015 and why does he continue to think he is the leader of the Republican Party? He is the first President who could ever get himself elected by presenting himself as the person he actually was. Why did he not trust that, out of three candidates, he could be the one who garnered the most electoral votes and work to get other people on the ballots that were also MAGA minded as MAGA Party candidates? We can’t go back to the past and ever get a do over even if we wish we could. Hindsight is always 20-20. We will either have to build our Party out of the mainstream economy that supports us and get on all of the ballots and displace the Repugs in all of the locations where the majority depend on the main street economy. I believe President Trump is still able to win the Presidency back on his own hook, but not building a distinctly different Party will result in a re-run of the last 6 years. He has not built a Party that can win at the local levels yet. I wonder how we are going to do that in 2 years time?
You can’t get a new party recognized in all 50 states in 2 years. That is a very laborious and time-consuming process met with resistance from both parties in all states. But he could and should negotiate a deal with an existing party already approved in all states, run on that party, and convince MAGA followers to move their affiliation out of the GOP. Actually, the platform of the Libertarian Party is probably closer to Trump’s and MAGA followers’ thinking.
sundance is right “Let me emphasize the key point. The Republican Party is not positioning to win the 2024 election.” However, that is NOT the case in Palm Beach County. No Republican can win support of Florida if he or she does not carry Palm Beach County. PBC Republicans, leadership and rank and file, are pro Trump and will not support a DeSantis challenge. The Governor knows this, I am sure.
Here in Palm Beach County, we are focused on winning. I do not see the value in bashing DeSantis.

President Trump is back!
Be sure to read that short, powerful article and video below before viewing the photos
and short videos from the “Yuge Trump Announcement” from Mar-a-Lago.
There is more to this email which I can post if you want.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FROM THE YUGE TRUMP
ANNOUNCEMENT AT MAR-A-LAGO ON NOV. 15, 2022!!!
i Cannot understand why people actually have hatred towards this man. He accomplished most of what he promised and would have finished, had the election been on the level. He took no salary, he fought for us, for our military, our law enforcement, closing the border plus many other things and he is hated for doing this . I think the muslim president started dividing our country with promoting racism and now it is so imbedded it will take years to undo i t. I am 89 and will die before I see our once great country and it can only start with President Donald J. Trump[ God please keep him and his family safe while he fights for us. God Bless America.
If you understand the psychosis surrounding the virus/vaccine then you will understand it about TDS.
Trump threatens both party’s in-cahoots stranglehold on America, as well as the agenda of the alphabet sexual perverts, high-rolling pedophiles, drug curtails, Communist China, and fake news. That’s why they hate him….plus he calls them names and hurts the “wittle feelings” of snowflakes.
I agree it is certainly hard to understand but most people are not very logical thinkers in the face of constant media propaganda to the contrary! Some strides have been made, however IF & until we can conquer this incessant media brain-washing noise, it will continue to overrule weak minds.
Obama used his own personal race hatred to set this country back 40 years in anti-racism. By now, we would have become much more racially unified if he had never existed. Yet, even today he continues his quest of division for his own ideological political goals!
I sent this email to Palm Beach County Republicans and to activists and got NO pushback.

Palm Beach County, it is hoped among many Republican activists that Gov. DeSantis will NOT challenge Pres. Trump. I don’t think he will but I am rank and file and not privy with Gov’s thinking. The Palm Beach County Chairman Michael Barnett has said, publicly, that he will, personally, support Donald Trump for President.
Typically, the PBC Executive Committee does NOT make endorsements in the primary but I think Chairman Barnett’s views are widely shared as far as I know. I know other activists, who both work and who contribute significant amounts of money and time, are supporting Trump 2024Trump 45 is the largest Trump organization in the country and will draw a 1000 people to its monthly meetings and the organization and its Board are solidly Trump 2024.
If Gov. DeSantis does challenge Trump, however, the rank and file will be split because both are well-liked for different reasons. Usually, the Party does not take a position in a primary but individuals do. I do not know what I will do if it is DeSantis v. Trump.
I am rank and file but what I am sensing is that Gov. DeSantis will NOT challenge Pres. Trump.
And Florida Republicans, I think, as I do from what I am hearing, and not hearing. I don’t think that Ron DeSantis would be Governor had not Donald Trump won the presidency on the America First/MAGA policies which Gov. DeSantis has championed. This Palm Beach Republican is energized. Palm Beach voted “red” for DeSantis and Rubio and all State offices. It is because of Donald Trump. He is the best man to lead the country. He has made mistakes and it appears he has learned.
We, in Florida, need DeSantis as Gov for four years. There is still much to do.
You are 100% correct. DeSantis needs to stay out of the crosshairs right now, keep his 4-year commitment to the people who voted for him as governor, allow his young family to mature a bit before sending them into the Washington Hell hole, and not put his cancer-recovering wife under that stress until she is in full remission. There is nothing good for him, his family, his state, or America for him to challenge Trump and decide the momentum…and ultimately lose anyway. DeSantis is well liked, but he’s not yet ready to take on DC.
Excellent.
I will not assume to have answers on how Trump should run.
We The People that see MAGA for what it is, the saving of America, need to expand The MAGA Idea to Independents (me being an Independent that had not voted for a President since Reagan, but decided to vote Trump because he put America First) and those pesky non-voters. We need to work on this expansion of MAGA and make them understand Trump is our ‘TOOL’ to stop the destruction and probably WWW3. The fact is, it is not about Trump. Its about saving this planet. And that is done by a strong moral United States of America.
We can not deny within ourselves the other side wants us dead.
I don’t miss the country club GOP that more or less took the lead and helped Democrats pass the various civil rights laws that legally divided the country by race. Nor do I miss the “free trade/neo-conservative” GOP that sent our jobs out of the country and looked the other way as illegals took over. Trump and MAGA offer a new way with the best parts of economic freedom but tempered with looking out for America first. Obviously what he wanted started a 5 alarm fire and our rulers went to amazing lengths to stop him.
Thank you once again, Sundance for ALL of your work. This article is especially great. I will share it with my family/friend group who are very unsure of Donald Trump.
I never understood the resistance some people have with tariffs. How do you deal with a rogue country that you’ve already opened your market to that: devalues their currency, steals your IP and then pushes your companies out when they are done, hacks your companies, and more? Do you just sit there and beg that nation to stop, or do you engage in some kind of punitive action? You can sit on your hands and knees and beg, which they have been doing for 25 years, or you can be proactive.
Paul Ryan basically said the other day that Trump won’t be able to win. The translation is that he won’t be permitted to win. Either the DOJ and their rigged courts will take him out or the ballot manufacturing enterprise run ultimately by the administrative deep-state will take him out.
The same is essentially true of nearly any possible 2024 GOP nominee. Team DeSantis will raise hundreds of millions of dollars in campaign cash from chumps like that billionaire Griffin, but he won’t run because he can’t win in the current election process we have in america. Why be a loser and have that loser tarnish like McCain and Romney? Look for more of DeSantis, but not because he’s running. He’s just making some money for his inner-circle and family.
Pretending to run for president is very profitable. Just ask Bernie Sanders.
I was employed by a relatively conservative fortune 500 company, headquartered in a relatively conservative area, during the Tea Party years. I was high enough in the company that the company was allowed to solicit me directly for contributions to its political action committee (PAC).
On occasion, as part of a pitch for contributing to the PAC, a company lobbyist would speak to a group of us about the lobbying priorities of the moment. I remember one such presentation in which the Tea Party was characterized as the enemy or at least the most significant obstacle to the company’s agenda (and implicitly of every agenda in DC).
Trump, of course, is viewed similarly.
A dirty dozen RINO senators voted with the Democrats last week.
The United States Senate voted Wednesday to advance the so-called “Respect for Marriage Act.” HR 8404, which passed the House of Representatives in July, “provides statutory authority for same-sex and interracial marriages,” repealing provisions that define marriage as between a man and a woman. Democrat advocates say the legislation promotes equality, but religious leaders strongly warned that it explicitly targets people of faith. “Make no mistake,” Alliance Defending Freedom President Kristen Waggoner warned, “this bill will be used by officials and activists to punish and ruin those who do not share the government’s view on marriage.”
On Wednesday, HR 8404 received 62 “aye” votes and 37 “no” votes.
Twelve
Alt-DemocratsRINOs voted “aye” for advancing the legislation:Senators Roy Blunt of Missouri, Richard Burr of North Carolina, Shelley Capito of West Virginia, Susan Collins of Maine,
Joni Ernst of Iowa, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Rob Portman of Ohio, Mitt Romney of Utah, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Thom Tillis of North Carolina, and Todd Young of Indiana.
I thought that we were long past the “inter-racial” marriage thing a few decades. Do the adherents of the Religion of Peace mind inter-racial marriage as long as both parties are of the R of P? I’ve seen a few white British girls marry men from the R of P but is that the exception?
They are tightening the noose around religious people who must put their religious views aside or else face the wrath of, not only their local governments, but now the Federal government. They are going to make it impossible to defend oneself in a lawsuit. Strangely enough, I never see Big Church defend anyone (help pay legal fees) against this encroachment. It’s almost as if they do not care.
This is exactly why Trump is the strength of America and why he can win. It is Trump who SAYS what he will DO and DOES what he said he would do. Every other politician just lies and says whatever needs to be said for their own purpose. TRUMP IS AMERICA FIRST, and he CAN NOT BE BOUGHT.
Bub bye RINO filth….hit the road before we fire you….after that it’s JAIL time…
I am just wondering whey all my posts are removed, none that do not apply to the rules? I am new to this site and I am a bit confused?
As am I. Could we please have a reason or a list of what to do to be included in the community?
Somewhere there should be an X,Y,Z list of the steps necessary to ensure PDT returns to the WH. Generalities like donating directly to his campaign, involvement in local politics, social media posts etc all are fine but won’t of themselves restore him to the position the nation needs him in. The battle with the GOP club, DNC, globalists, multinational corporations, corporate media, China, lawfare and all of the other trash aligned against him on top of the ballot and Dominion machine scams make the opposition pretty clear. Pretty much the whole world against the MEGA movement. It’s likely PDT had over 80 million votes in 2020 and they still stole it. Votes alone won’t win in 2024 if the issues of fraud in the swing states aren’t stopped. Hopefully, somewhere is a central brain trust developing a game plan to take back the nation and allow the MEGA economic model to be reinstated. If the group managing PDT’s 2024 campaign isn’t adopting an offensive ground game to counter the opposition, they should be. That offense needs to include all of the tactics to counter the lawfare approach rather than just playing defense constantly.
Very true and the people in charge have had plenty of time to make this plan. It needs to be in place now.
Not to upstage our generous Host, Sundance,… for a deeper dive on the powers vying to determine and control for their primary interests the economic and trade policies of the USA over the last 122 years, see The Yankee and the Cowboy War, here:
https://archive.org/details/OglesbyCarlTheYankeeAndCowboyWar/mode/2up
I first got wind of this long and on-going fight for power back in the mid 1970s in an article in Denver’s The Straight Creek Journal while in NOLA, entitled: The Yankees verses the Cowboys.
By NOLA, do you mean the New Orleans, Louisiana area?
10-4. New Orleans, Louisiana. I was raised and living there when I first found this article, then the book.
This may explain what happened to the Red Wave:
Georgia election officials have created a tutorial on how to change a ballot, once it’s been scanned into the system. See it here, and notice the brand name of the machine: https://www.bitchute.com/video/myUv5qZtmOnT/
May? No, I’d say it’s a near certainty.
The core battle is to either compromise in relative comfort or pick a hill to die upon.
Mine’s in the Appalachians.
The clarity you provide is absolutely breathtaking Sundance, well done. I’ll be sharing this post broadly.
The RNC would rather have had Hillary win in 2016 then PDJT.
They don’t care about the American people because they know our vote no longer matters
They can decide that they don’t want to win but tough, if we want to win, in spite of both parties, we need to do what these guys in Wisconsin did :
How Wisconsin Streetfighters Disrupted a Democrat Ballot-Gathering System

Will be satisfying work, types of workers needed: organizers, Computer workers, researchers, detectives, snooping workers, and even Karens (when it comes to convincing registered voter roll keepers to delete phantoms. when they don’t want to” – what fun, we’ll get to sig a Karen on them!

As long as the courts and State Legislatures go along with stealing elections what we want and try to get through elections is nearly moot. We cannot even change the State Legislatures if we cannot get fair elections.
This article is right on target. The corporations own both parties and the American people have been played for fools for decades. The politicians are the whores, the lobbyists are the pimps, and the corporations are the customers. You can guess what the taxpayers get!
“The corporations own both parties”
No. Corporations don’t own parties. People own parties.
What a corporation does is merely a reflection of what it’s leadership and board want it to do. As we’ve seen now, over and over, corporations (like Disney and Facebook) will do things that hurt their bottom line … that will even drive them into bankruptcy … because it’s fits the political agenda of its leadership and board.
I totally disagree with the premise in this thread that political ideology has nothing to do with the behavior of the corporations now supporting the UNIPARTY.
Money, what’s new.
I wish Prof. Sundance had taught some of my PoliSci courses.
The American people support Trump. The corporations support RINOs and democrats. RINOs and democrats support election fraud. The democrats own just about everything in DC including the FBI/DOJ/CIA.
Minnesota is a caucus state. Here’s how it works. On the appointed night, those who wish to attend their precinct caucus end the meeting by electing a delegate. I’ve made it this far three times. But as you climb the ladder through county and state, “the Club” becomes more and more visible, and it is screamingly obvious that it acts in a coordinated manner to prevent first Tea Party and now MAGA delegates from ascending to a seat in the state delegation. As many of you will instantly see, the key to overcoming a mechanism that is designed to keep non-Club members out of the game is to secure a sufficient number of precinct delegates to outvote the Club at the county level. The $64,000 question therefore becomes: how do we find one another, and organize across precinct lines?
The GOP needs to do one thing….DIE. But unless election fraud is dealt with, what the people want is irrelevant. When the Uniparty can manipulate machines to get whatever outcome they want, as we have seen blatantly happen in Arizona, the people are really 100% powerless or left to resort to violence and insurrection.. The only leverage of the people against the power elites is their vote. Eliminate that power, and government of, by, and for the people is nothing but “fake news.”
Beware DeSantis.
Freedom Fighters Needed
Control of the Republican Party is a battle described in this article.
Control of republicanism is another battle which has been ignored and must be taken up as it describes our country and our Country’s role in history.
Have a “conservative” buddy who worked for the National Review, has a Ukraine flag on his Twitter account, works with the State Dept, and worked with Romney and Rubio — so hard to admit the obvious that he is an establishment Republican, but the evidence is overwhelming…
The Republican Party must be extinct to clear the way for Americans to go after the Socialists and destroy them.
Socialists and socialism are indeed the problem–especially academic and globalist corporatist socialists–everything else is secondary…
Since the RNC doesn’t care about winning elections (and this has been demonstrated in many prior elections), there’s no reason on God’s green Earth that **anyone** should care about whether the “Chosen” RNC candidate wins in 2024.
It is a money game. If Trump forms an ActRed, and asks grassroots to donate, we have a chance. You cannot expect club members to fund their own demise.
Thank you for this scholarly article. The tone is exactly what is needed. Calm, erudite, academic. This treats the everyday Americans with the respect they deserve. Here in Ireland, we need you to win! However, it is important to demolish the caricature of President Trump that dominates media coverage. Anyway, I can’t wait for ‘Shane, the Sequel’! An animated version, with The Donald, firing from the lip, in the lead role. Anything to get the message across. However, serious articles are also needed for this most serious of topics if we want it to be taken seriously.
This really doesn’t get to the overriding reality: American Liberalism, AKA ‘Progressivism’ has always followed Euro-thought. From National Schools to collectivist unions to welfare and healthcare, everything the Democrats tout comes from Europe. And now the post WWII UN/WHO/IMF structure is clamoring for a Global Infrastructure under their control. This Globalism is a collectivist utopian University taught belief system that is embraced by Washington DC and media.
The future of this system requires that growth in Wealth be slowed (see Piketty on that) and wealth be redistributed between Rich Countries and Poor Countries (just look at this weeks climate deal). The people controlling our country expect our Middle Class to shrink and the wealth disparity to grow. It is their economic policy. And to Europeans, this is normal and it is a return to Feudalism, they system they’ve always been run by.
And this entire scheme is completely antithetical to the American Enlightenment Principles of Individual Rights.
It’s a scary time, and I don’t see much hope. Few remember that Orwell’s 1984 ends with Winston accepting Big Brother and loving him.
Yes! There is only thing that can now stop this, I fear.
Excellent analysis, per usual, Sundance! It’s a shame that no politician –even Trump himself, who effectively speaks more in sound bites — can articulate these fundamental concepts, like you do here, to the American people and
voters.Strike that last word, for as you pointed out post-election, we no longer have voters — only ballots to be harvested, some “legally” and most illegally (but is it really illegal if you’re never held to account or punished?).
Tie campaign donations to SSNs managed by the FEC and apply the individual donation limit across the board. This limits the outsized influence political organizations and parties have in elections. It also pushes loyalty of politicians back towards people and away from those same political organizations and parties.
This is the reason why professional politicians are loathed.
They put their personal gain and party ahead of the interests of the country.
There should be strong term limits for ALL political offices: 12 years including every elected office: local, county, state, national. PERIOD.
Elections should be publicly funded, although we should allow donations of under 100 bucks. Per individual. PERIOD.
Unfortunately the media has poisoned the minds of more than 50% Americans against president Trump. That fight is over and the establishment seems to have won. Trumpism depends on one person, Donald Trump. There are no national disciples to carry it on. Kari Lake seems to have been defeated in Arizona. Outside of a handful of a few patriots in the House there’s nobody to pick up the flag.
Have we lost the will and fortitude of our nation’s Founders? If just 3% of the MAGA loving armed conservatives in the US took to the streets and said NO!, we could stop this. We don’t even have to have much a message other than … if you persist we will bring you down. You live among us. You depend on us. You can’t hide from us. And we outnumber you. So stop it now or else.
With a 24 DeSantis campaign the snakes will be able to kill two birds witb one stone.
Lure DeSantis from his transformation of Florida early in his 2nd term and also destroy Trump.
DeSantis would walk into a bear trap of mail in harvesting and his own current backers would not even assist him and Trump’s MAGA movement could be dealt a death blow.
The single arrow Trump should wield is a return to gold convertibility. With gold convertibility, there is no Carter inflation, there is no Bernanke quantitative easing, there is no Xiden debt spending, and in every case since 1971, there is no Wall Street Mutual fund industry raking in billions in mom and pop investments that they undertake only to try to keep up with inflation. If the dollar is tied to gold, mom and pop can keep their money in the local bank branch, confident that their deposit will buy in 20 years what it buys today; phuque wall street.
As of Feb. 2021 the US gold reserves stood at
Total 261,498,926.241 oz’s worth $11,041,059,957.90
U.S. Currency in Circulation – As of December 31, 2020, there was $2,040.7 billion in circulation, totaling 50.3 billion notes in volume.
We aren’t going back to the gold standard, if you try, it will be more disrupting to the country [the entire world actually] than what is happening now. The answer to our problem is simple, we need to stop spending so much and creating money out of thin air. Yes, it is going to take a long time to make up for all the wasted capital, but we have time to do that. As Trump knows and his policies showed, our country is capable of producing more goods that are needed in the world than any other country. We have the resources, know-how, and manpower to do it. It is what made this country the strongest in history, our leaders have chosen to abandon doing that.
I just don’t see us going back to the gold standard at this point and we don’t need to. However, as a holder of gold bullion and cash, I would most likely benefit if we did.
As long as you have a fiat currency, you will never stop politicians creating money. NEVER Just look at the ease that Biden has with creating billions for any cause he feels necessary. He has spent trillions in just two years, without getting specific authorization from Congress. He just does it. But if there is a gold standard, he is dead in the water. You simply make the price of gold around $8000/oz. Then fix that price. Viola. A bigger question is what happens to our $31T in outstanding debt?
If my math is right that 8k would make our reserves only worth 2 trillion. And as you said, we have a 30t debt. Also don’t forget the amount of US currency in circulation [$50.3b], that is why I included that number.
I believe in mixed metals with domestic gold-silver-minerals being the value of the national currency!
