Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema has announced her support for the senate climate change spending and tax proposal after some modifications to the new taxation.
To support the hedge fund donors, Senator Sinema insisted the carried interest loophole tax provision be removed and instead replaced with a corporate tax on stock buybacks. Any time a corporation wants to buy back their own shares of stock, they will now pay the U.S. government a tax for doing so; at least that’s the ¹intent.
[¹Note: taxing shares of company stock will never work, because that’s exactly what shell companies were designed to avoid. Set up a child shell company to purchase the stock and the parent company doesn’t pay taxes on the child’s purchase. It’s a shell game]
Additionally, according to reports, there is some kind of agreement to modify the 15% corporate minimum tax. Details unknown. Bottom line, Senator Sinema now supports the $700 billion climate change spending and tax proposal.
“We have agreed to remove the carried interest tax provision, protect advanced manufacturing, and boost our clean energy economy in the Senate’s budget reconciliation legislation,” Sinema said, signaling that she plans to vote to begin debate on the bill. “Subject to the parliamentarian’s review, I’ll move forward,” she said. We have allowed this and will experience the results. The Congress will receive their just rewards here on earth and in the other life. Not that they see or care.
Law enforcement thinks their lack of enforcement is a gift to these corrupt government officials but it will prove to be a curse. The fence of laws deters many from inflicting harm on themselves. We see it everywhere now and it will hit the “elite” much harder, they have made their bed.
People who take these positions for self gain and corrupt means do not realize they multiply harm on themselves.
I don’t understand the 15% tax on book income for corporations. What’s the difference from book income and net income which is now taxed at 21%?
Book income on the tax forms is before any expenses. The proposal is an AMT for corporations. Limited to corporations with $1B in profits.

We appear to be in some kind of inflationary recession with a low unemployment. It means that the employment is one of the causes of the high inflation. The politicians can’t work to cut jobs. That would look awful. Nor can they work to reduce wages for the same reason.
So, they need to steal money from workers in another way.
1. Heavily tax corporations so they quit hiring and they quit paying high wages.
2. Increase incentives for people not to work.
3. Let inflation get so bad that the value of higher wages is totally undercut. This will also decrease desire to get a job.
4. Clandestinely increase taxes on the lower and middle class.
5. Increase transportation costs to record levels to decrease incentives for going to work.
Guess I’ll have to get a bigger wheel barrel for carting around all my Venuzula/US benjamins to do the foodshopping…Lest Xiden agrees to adding a few zeros to the bills….Then again, digital dollars has an infinity of zero’s.
