Under the Florida constitution the Governor has the authority to suspend state officials for reasons of misfeasance, malfeasance, neglect of duty, drunkenness, incompetence, permanent inability to perform official duties, or commission of a felony. The Governor has further authority to fill that office by appointing a replacement for the duration of the suspension. Today, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis suspended Hillsborough County state prosecutor Andrew Warren for failing to enforce the laws of Florida.
Specifically, Andrew Warren had announced he would not enforce laws created by the Florida legislature that were as against his personal political outlooks. Warren publicly stated he would not enforce laws restricting abortion, anti-riot laws, and any law that sought to protect children from adult predators. “We don’t elect people in one part of the state to have veto power over what the entire state decides on these important issues,” Governor DeSantis said.
Governor Ron DeSantis made the announcement of the suspension and replacement in Tampa, with a group of law enforcement and sheriffs from across the state. WATCH:
This was/is a bold move and Ron DeSantis is well supported in Florida for doing it.
TAMPA, Fla.— Today, Governor Ron DeSantis suspended State Attorney Andrew Warren of the 13th Judicial Circuit due to neglect of duty. The Governor has the authority to suspend a state officer under Article IV, Section 7 of the Constitution of the State of Florida.
The Governor has appointed Susan Lopez to serve as State Attorney for the period of suspension. She has most recently been serving as a Judge on the Hillsborough County Court. To view the order suspending Andrew Warren and appointing Susan Lopez, click here.
“State Attorneys have a duty to prosecute crimes as defined in Florida law, not to pick and choose which laws to enforce based on his personal agenda,” said Governor Ron DeSantis. “It is my duty to hold Florida’s elected officials to the highest standards for the people of Florida. I have the utmost trust that Judge Susan Lopez will lead the office through this transition and faithfully uphold the rule of law.”
“I have the utmost respect for our state laws and I understand the important role that the State Attorney plays in ensuring the safety of our community and the enforcement of our laws,” said Susan Lopez, State Attorney of the 13th Judicial Circuit. “I want to thank the Governor for placing his trust in me, and I promise that I will faithfully execute the duties of this office.”
The Governor has the authority under the Florida Constitution to suspend state officials for reasons of misfeasance, malfeasance, neglect of duty, drunkenness, incompetence, permanent inability to perform official duties, or commission of a felony. The Governor has further authority to fill that office by appointment for the duration of the suspension.
Susan Lopez was appointed by Governor DeSantis to serve as a judge on the Hillsborough County Court in 2021. She previously served as Assistant State Attorney of the 13th Judicial Circuit for more than 15 years and as Staff Attorney of the Second District Court of Appeal. She received her bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and her law degree from Suffolk University. She is a long-time resident of Tampa and has been involved in the Hillsborough community through a variety of organizations for many years. (read more)
I hope California can some day get someone like DeSantis as Governor!
But I fear the Mind Virus of “Liberalism” has rotted too much of my home state!
Yes, I suspect you are correct, but California isn’t alone in that respect; otherwise, these “public servants” need to be prosecuted for dereliction of duty/breach of public office.
You should have, but the recall of Newsome was conducted on Dominion servers.
And a flashlight shined through the envelope defeated ballot secrecy for more efficient postal sorting of returning votes-by-mail BEFORE counting.
That “election” and most CA “elections” are travesties.
Generic ballots are a no-go. Mass mailings of unsolicited absentee ballots is a no-go. Counting mail-in absentee ballots *after* polls close is a no-go. And Dominion hackable machine count algorithms are definitely a no-go.
But the dominion CEO assured us that the machines were not connected to the internet, so not hack-able. When will he be prosecuted for lying to the senate under oath??????
It’s not hacking if its done by a certified Dominion factory tech.
THAT would never happen in CA. And Gav-man knows it’s
The last Governor we had with that large cojones was Governor R. W. Reagan.
CA has a better chance of being ruled by Lord Humongous than electing a guy like DeSantis.
DeSantis is ready for the White House…. now!!! The winning tickets are:
TRUMP/DESANTIS – 2024
DESANTIS/MTG – 2028 & 2032
Now at the Federal level, imagine the undermining of this kind of basic goverance effort say by getting rid of the AG or FBI Director. The hurrumphing from McConnell, Romney, Pelosi, Fox News rubes, and the ever so slimy MSM would be deafening. What DeSantis does in FL does not, unfortunately, translate to the Federal.
Hurrumphing on a federal level seems to end up with those pesky, $$$$, one sided special counsel things.
Exactly this! PDJT would be likely have impeachment papers drawn up against him if he did this. Easy to look like a badass on the State level without the usual suspects working against you.
They impeached him twice anyway. They were always going to do it from day 1 and the reason is just a pretext, so you might as well just do it anyway.
Pro tip. There is no path you can take that will stop them going after you, so its best to just get on with the right thing.
“Better to be hanged for a sheep than hanged for a lamb!”
IOW, “Damn the torpedoes! FULL SPEED AHEAD!”
Exactly.
PDJT and DeSantis are both badasses. I am so blessed to live in FL with this Governor.
And Rick Scott did the same thing, pulling all death penalty cases from the Orlando non prosecutor when she said out loud she would not pursue the death penalty for anyone when he was Governor.
Yes, you’re blessed to have him. I lived in Fla 30 yrs and would love to move back.
I’m a Georgia native who grew up in Florida from age 14, moved away 30 years ago, and now moved back. You CAN go home again!
Just think — the Deep State wanted to shove Andrew Gillum down your throats!
Yes, it makes DeSantis look so effective and he is but President Trump tried to do so
Much more and and literally everyone was against him democrat and republicans
Yea end? Why do we always have to pit these two men against each other it is okay to like and appreciate them both. It is so whataboutism…..
Trump made Desantis and Trump will destroy Desantis. Watch.
That’s the most ridiculous statement about these two men that I’ve read so far.
I wonder why the whole establishment is against Trump and not Desantis????
because he plays for that team
the obvious answer
That’s why it has to be done on inauguration day. Literally fire every political appointee in every department no matter who appointed them or how long ago.
Operation: Decapitation.
and get framed as a Russian Spy on your first day in office.
Then recategorize into category F another 50 or 500k and fire them.
Trump has the right idea on this.
All of our politicised “civil servants” should be treated as political appointees.
The last time it happened was under Harding and Coolidge.
This is long overdue.
Meanwhile back in the Fetid Feral Swamp:
https://jdrucker.substack.com/p/christopher-wray-testimony-in-three
he’s a 100% James Comey acolyte. Sad for us. Bad guy. Very corrupt. Globalist traitor.
He worked for Mueller & Comey in the FBI
It seems an obvious attack vector to actually start using intentional or self-declared violation of oaths of office.
The oaths have meaning legally and are not just fancy language.
Tell that one to CONgress.
They’re next.
Unfortunately, far too many in public office of any type have no regard for what their oaths mean, other than something they have to say to collect a pay check.
If you mean what I think you mean, they are already violating their oaths of office by declaring they will no longer faithfully uphold the federal Constitution, their state Constitution, or the laws that have been passed at either level.
It is not only required for politicians, police officers or the military, but, in the example of Florida:
” All persons who now or hereafter are employed by or who now or hereafter are on the payroll of the state, or any of its departments and agencies, subdivisions, counties, cities, school boards and districts of the free public school system of the state or counties, or institutions of higher learning, except candidates for federal office, are required to take an oath before any person duly authorized to take acknowledgments of instruments for public record in the state in the following form:”
Florida for example is right here:
https://www.flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/2011/0876.05
Now, some leftist might argue that it only says to uphold the Constitution, but where in any Constitution does it say a public office holder can pick and choose which laws to uphold and which to ignore?
Outstanding, decision, Governor.
This man’s responsiveness to issues of public safety, and fidelity to protecting citizens is notable and welcome. I yearn for a governor with this back bone in my state of NH.
Under the Florida constitution the Governor has the authority to suspend state officials for reasons of malfeasance, neglect of duty, drunkenness, incompetence, permanent inability to perform official duties, or commission of a felony.
So, will Trump be able to do the same when during his second and final term the agency heads he is theoretically in charge of pull the same crap they did during his first term?
Easy for me to believe that President Trump has been a positive influence for Governor Desantis. President Trump has already run the gauntlet for the soul of the US Constitution. Bloodied and bruised, Trump has shown Desantis that being strong is a winning game for the soul of America. I love My President Trump. Desantis is our country’s future president and I will love him all most as much!
I don’t think the president needs cause to fire agency heads. In my view, a new president should replace almost every agency head and the top people at each.
Remember what happened when he fired Comey?
prosecutor Andrew Warren
“Warren was then reelected in 2020, surpassing the Republican by a more comfortable 46,000-vote margin.”
The GOP ,Gov. Ron DeSantis ,has suspended a Elected office holder!!!!
Warren issued the following statement following his suspension:
“Today’s political stunt is an illegal overreach that continues a dangerous pattern by Ron DeSantis of using his office to further his own political ambition.”
but,
“The latest available data from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement show that while crime in Hillsborough County dropped from 2019 to 2020,
violent crime went up 85 percent. The state defines violent crimes as murders, rapes, robberies and aggravated assaults. “
WOW ..The GOP strikes a blow to the D policies! again, winnig!
At minimum, the cabinet member responsible for the agency or agency heads appointed by the President can be fired. The cabinet member darned sure can fire an agency head under him/her/them/they/banana/rock. If the cabinet member won’t do it, fire them.
End of the first week……………
Awesome To Do list!
Don’t forget the little prog theocrat, Berm@n-J@ckson….she needs to be impeached also.
Yes the president can fire a lot of people but needs the consent of the Senate on who he replaces them with. The Senate Intel Committee was the road block for President Trumps appointments. I really doubt he will have it much easier the second time around.
He needs one maga senator to put the senate into recess. He didn’t have one last time around, and that was how they controlled it.
You’d think Josh Hawley would have done that, but no. Mystifying.
If we were to get a list of the sexual harrassment payouts by members of Congress/Senate, it’s a good bet that multiple rinos could be forced to resign. Someone start a superpac to raise money for offering big cash payments to I.T. insiders and others who leak information like previous. Also, offer cash (e.g. larry flynt) for names of mistresses, bathhouses(Lyndsey Graham?), and etc… Make the rino oinkers resign, so bypass some of their voting fraud tricks.
Can McConnell as the Republican leader (who makes committee assignments) or it’s more of 2017-2021 for Pres. Trump.
Only if Republicans control both houses AND only if McConnell & McCarthy & their RINO cronies are no longer the party leaders. They both want Pres. Trump prosecuted for Jan. 6 so that he can’t run again.
McConnell does what Piglosi & Chuck the Schmuck tell him to do even when he was majority leader.
Uh oh. The Governor of Florida is doing what…..yes, that’s right; he’s governing.
He’s taking names, and kicking ass.
👍 Jeff !!! 😊
Score another home run for The Mighty D.
When working for the people of Florida, you must DO YOUR JOB.
Most GOP pols would have whined and moaned… and done nothing consequential.
“”Most GOP pols would have whined and moaned”…
I see GOP MAYORS in my area not allowing tent camping, and urinating in the open on the sidewalks .
The Dem mayors have made their parts of the cities dangerous and disgusting.
The contrast between GOP and Dem communities is sad, but fixable.
Electing more GOP community leaders is a beginning..
“We don’t elect people in one part of the state to have veto power over what the entire state decides on these important issues,” Governor DeSantis said.
This is how it’s done.
Sent in the Sheriffs to physically remove him from his office. He could take nothing but a few personal items.
This is amazing
Go Governor! A good stick in the eye to lyin’ Soros.
“…drunkenness, incompetence…” so how can we remove the Speaker of the House?
Yeah, the D.A.s in CA, most of them, will release a drug dealing Mexican cartel member the next day and not press charges, KNOWINGLY. The cartels own the major highways in CA thanks to Governor Nuisance and the Soros’ D.A.s
I pray the L.A. County Sheriffs, and all the CA Sheriffs, get what they need and deserve somehow and some way. So many have left because they’re gonna get killed for no good reason. They can’t even protect and serve. Hands tied behind their backs by the corrupt District Attorneys – not all, but enough to make CA no longer safe. A beautiful state brought to ruin by very corrupt people.
Be still my fluttering heart! What a real guy!👏👏👏💪
God blesses DeSantis. I want to be in their number.
they should also ensure that State Atty Warren forfeits any pension and retirement benefits.
these people who swear to uphold the Constitution and uphold our laws but do the opposite really need to be jailed.
Should do more then suspend. These people belong in jail for not doing their duties.
Be nice if some other Governors do what needs done.
But this is a good start!
Protocol is to suspend, then fire.
Yeah. I get it.
Prosecute for Obstruction of Justice
Absolutely or this weasel is just gonna slither to somewhere else.
And I like Ron but he’s also another “polished politician”. Don’t forget he signed red flag laws and a lot of the stuff he signs sounds great for conservative headlines but doesn’t have much teeth. Like just suspending this guy. And he announced it like “stay tuned this is gonna drive the libs mad!”
Trump didn’t need to do that kind of thing. Ron is just another elite class politician. Be careful that’s all.
Yes, as noted with the weasels from the O administration, they slip away into the shadows, only to reappear later. In reality, they’re always working for the machine. As long as they breathe they carry the message. Expect it. In this case expect Lawfare to push back at DeSantis and get dirty in the process; after all, he’s up for re-election.
He’s making his move.
Not only do I agree with Gov DeSantis’ decision,
on many points,
the Gov of Florida is only ingratiating himself MORE
to MAGA.
This was a brilliant common sense, public safety, and political move.
If PDJT decides to stay put, and give his endorsement to DeSantis,
the guy is a shoe in for the Red team nomination in 2024.
Indeed, as much as we and so many would love to see President Trump get his revenge and govern again, the cabal has decided he will never serve again. The effort to destroy him is underway. He won’t retreat, but I’m not sure he can escape given so many compromised R’s want him politically eliminated as well.
Ron DeSantis is a great Governor of Florida…my state….the only state to feature anyone so MAGA as their leader. He will make a great President whenever he wins. We will likely need him in two years…if this nation is still standing.
And you don’t think they would do the same to DeSantis?
And he doesn’t get confrontational everyday on every matter, esp those that don’t impact him.
He REPRESENTS his state and his constituents.
He doesn’t back down and fights when needed and lays low when he can.
He’s the person we need as POTUS.
He doesn’t get confrontational? You must not listen to many of his press conferences then.
He needs to remain FLGovernor for another 4 years.
Make BBB (Big Brass Balls) great again!!
The true purpose of this bureaucrat is to promote anarchism.
Anarchism is now mainstream Democrat doctrine.
The Democrats intend to build paradise atop the ruins of America.
This is why Democrats support Antifa and BLM.
The Great Reset and Build Back Better are the slogans that apply, and global warming is their manifest excuse for all the suffering that awaits us.
The democrats don’t intend to build anything on the ruins of America. Its a death cult, not a utopian movement. Thir objective is death, and only death for society. There is no after.
People need to recognize this fact and stop accepting the lie.
The Democrats are communists. And it is well known that their version of utopia is their goal. They have said it. Problem is their utopia kills a lot of people and still doesn’t succeed
“”Stakeholder Capitalism”” is their latest term for neocommunism.
I suggest you read the Socialst Phenomenon by Shaferavitch (a man who lived under communism) who makes a compelling case it is the manifestation of the death wish throughout history disguised as a political utopian movement.
https://archive.org/details/TheSocialistPhenomenon
While the jury on DeSantis is not out, he has shown how to play the Dems game and actually use tools available in federal or state laws. If he was my governor I’d vote to reelect in a heartbeat.
All you peeps saying DeSantis should do this, should do that. Geez, HE IS DOING SOMETHING, no other “Republican” Governor is doing. Some of you would complain about a free lunch…geez…smh.
Too many looking for the perfect candidate, the perfect Pres., the perfect man. They can never take the positives and be satisfied or grateful. Well perfect does not exist in men or women.
If we get someone like DeSantis and PTrump on our side, we should be thanking and praising God for sending them to us and recognize perfect is not necessary for great outcomes.
Has Ron DeSantis talked about FIXING2020?
Does he talk about Child Trafficking and the horrendous acts that Disney continues to commit?
Look up Walt Disney and CIA.

I highly encourage you all to read the link above. Deep dive, much of it is not discussed anywhere I’ve visited thus far on the internet.
WISHING EVERYONE A MOST JOYOUS BLESSED THURSDAY.
GOD BLESS.
I’m unaware of Florida having problems in 2020. He fixed Broward County. And barring grooming in schools and sex change surgeries for minors is a good start. No one else is doing anything close to what DeSantis has done, though I think Kari Lake will.
Florida uses made in China voting machines
That is a problem no matter the location
He also took on the Orlando rat, called a special session to take away their special tax authority.
I keep seeing bits and pieces in comments here sniping at Gov. DeSantis.
He seems to be doing better for his constituents than any other governor out there. We’d be in a lot better shape if all R officeholders were more like him. (Maybe there are some really good ones that just don’t get any publicity. If so, you might mention them here.)
By the way, I intend to vote for PDJT again next time around.
This Warren character is akin to Recent loser Meijer in Michigan who voted to impeach PDJT based on his own conscience. Sorry pal, I don’t know you well enough to support your conscience. You were elected to support your constituents. Perhaps it was a simple misunderstanding of the words on Meijers part. Alas, both he and warren are gone – and the people are better off.
Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, (Tampa and St.Petersburg) are lefty-liberal-woke extensions of DC. There are, and always will be pockets of Dark blue here and there around the state.
Look at the major ideology in cities that house major universities, and you’ll see all shades of blue.
Orlando-UCF (and Disney)
Warp their minds from cradle thru college.
Tampa/St.Pete-USF
Gainsville-UF
Tallahassee-FSU
TLH has racist woke FAMU the HBCU as well. Doubly cursed with wokester leftism.
Southeast coast has FAU—Find Another University in Boca, and U of M in Miami, both blue areas.
The panhandle is a red vote area even with FSU—Fat Short & Ugly, the first college to have a guy for homecoming queen, “saying is FSU where the women are women and the men are too.”
Don’t forget P’cola’s UWF…you know, GAYcola? Where the men are fairies?
It’s not just the universities in these largely urban areas but, it is certainly a large part of the puzzle as it were. A significant contributor in a multi variable analysis. The groupthink is deep in academia.
Cities are liberal leaning while the counties are conservative-Tampa in Hillsborough County, St. Petersburg in Pinellas County, Fl who have their first lesbian and African American male mayors respectively.
The Orlando da needs to go to she is bought and paid by Soros and ran unopposed. 🙁
Wow, actual no excuses swamp draining !!!!
BE OUR PRESIDENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey, Abbott the Idiot. Are you taking note of this?
No, of course you’re not–you’re too busy sucking butt!
Kari Lake’s plan to send troops to secure the border will turn up the heat on Abbott.
Texas has four Soros district attorney puppets, where are Abbott & Paxton
Unfortunately, Texas does not have state’s attorneys that enforce these laws. These have to be enforced by District Attorneys which are elected in county elections. The Governor and AG do not have the authority to suspend or remove any DA. The office of governor in Texas is very weak (not an editorial comment on the current occupant) by design. During reconstruction when our constitution was crafted, it was decided best not go give the governor too much power. If Paxton had the authority to remove them, I have no doubt he would. Doubt Abbott would.
Does the Texas Constitution allow Abbott to do what DeSantis is dong in Florida? I’m surprised any Governor has this authority. Good on Florida!
No, it does not. There are provisions – you have to file suit in Texas District court to remove a DA. Getting a Travis County District court in Austin to remove our Soros DA Garza is impossible.
A couple of months ago I reached out to Christina Pushaw about this very issue and she forwarded my message on. I am happy to see this happening and I pray it serves as a wake-up call to the activist non prosecutors in FL.
I love this guy more and more everyday. Someone that has the b—ls to stand up to these wacko DA’s
As we gradually take back school boards, city councils, state legislatures, and governors, more politicians will do this sort of thing. The left does this kind of thing all the time. The GOPe acts like it is unseemly or something. But their time is coming.
Right. Remove the RINOs first.
“The GOPe acts like it is unseemly or something.”
some do,
but,
President Trump is GOP and Ron Desantis is GOP.
The GOP is for equal treatment under the law,
But ,
The DEMs acts like it is unseemly or something!!
The DEM calls enforcing the law racist, and the press agrees.
Then,
businesses are burned and looted…again, and again..The GOP is blamed..again..
but,
The recent elections and polls are looking good for the GOP.
Best Governor.
We hope that the incoming new residents remember why they left all those blue states. Their votes should reflect why they choose FL. We hope FL remains Free FL and the new residents assimilate into our state. With our Governor in office, we should continue our amazing growth. I shudder to think where we would be if he had not won election years ago. His opposition turned out to be a crack head. and we would probably like CA , IL, MI & NY.
This is the action of a man who will be President.
Not if Dominion has anything to say about it!
Well, another reason to go with Desantis and not Trump. Trump threatened to do a lot of things, but rarely followed through. Desantis seems to follow through.
Desantis has far more political experience that PDJT did and PDJT was waylaid at every turn by the Senate and the cabinet and officials he was able to confirm. DeSantis out of the gate has more savvy about dealing with that dynamic. PDJT learned.
We can actually learn from how the opposition handled PDJT with outright non-cooperation, guile and subterfuge. We can use the same tactics on the Communists. Sundance promotes ‘sand in the machinery’. Learn from the enemy and use the same tactics on them, with creative improvements.
Billy, Desantis has people of likemind behind him -President Trump was not so fortunate – he was stabbed in the back at every opportunity…
Trump halted TPP, renegotiated NAFTA, brought manufacturing back to the US, made the US energy independent, gave confidence to Main Street businesses and kept the USA out of war. Awesome job in spite of the non stop corrupt special prosecutions and impeachments.
Right on, Ron!
Update: DeSantis sent state police to physically remove Warren from his office, “with access only to retrieve his personal belongings, and (ii) to ensure that no files, papers, documents, notes, records, computers, or removable storage media are removed from the Office of the State Attorney…”
From ZeroHedge
Thats one hell of a wake up call
Isn’t this a template for libtard governors to remove elected officials that are law and order oriented?
Scary version – they’ve already been doing it and we simply don’t know about it due to media blackouts. That wouldn’t surprise me in the least.
It’s been a couple years but occasionally had dinner with a county prosecutor (ADA) since she lived a couple doors down from my best friend at the beach on the CA central coast. Toward the end, during the Covid period, she shared that she and a significant portion of the ADA’s were leaving due to the ‘climate’.
I don’t know the details but it sounded like the political machine ‘soured the milk’ to encourage law and order ADA’s to go elsewhere. She did, into private practice. No need to fire them, just make life sufficiently miserable for them that they leave. Time-honored political tactic.
Every Governor has the SWORN DUTY to do what Governor DeSantis did today.
DeSantis is the first and ONLY governor who has stood up and STOPPED this crap dead in its tracks.
Think about it … Why reelect ANY of his peers?
This is the way to fight back.
Andrew Warren
“…Since taking office on January 3, 2017, Warren has been reforming our local criminal justice system. He has utilized innovative reforms and created successful diversion programs, including civil citation programs for juveniles and adults…” (From Council for a Strong America)
The usual communist newspeak. He belongs in jail.
Far left Soros puppet, Andrew Warren, has no business being a prosecutor.
He should be a Public Defender.
Prison janitor maybe?
DeSantis shares exceptional baseball skills with Donald Trump – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ron_DeSantis
This is Leadership.
More evidence of broad brush preemptive statement that Warren would not prosecute any law breakers:

De Santis was just on Tucker tonight. And Tucker devoted the monologue to this issue.
That said, my wife has worked in the legal system as an independent contractor for the last 35 years in this same area – Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater. She knows most all the players and attorneys, and also knows, because all those attorneys know, which people are backed by Soros.
The list is longer than we all think.
I’ve lived in the Tampa Bay area for 51 years. Know exactly what you’re saying.
I now tend to listen more to what the LEO’S say. They also know what pols have a substance abuse problem, a zipper problem, etc;
Love my state and my Governor. But even though we’re trying to clean it up, like every other state, there are some mighty rotten fruit hidden deep within the basket.
Getting harder and harder to get and keep the good ones thanks to Soros $$$, Zuckerbucks, and our department of Justice that runs it all anyway.
Amen! Been here for 50 years myself. Hard to believe how much all has changed since then…
Dang the decepticons are good. Trump is better!
More pols weighing in:

Cajones…big, brass, heavy ones
Ones requiring a wheelbarrow
Wish there were more like him
If they had a governor like DeSantis over in Texas, he would be doing something about this travesty of justice going down in Austin.

Suspension does not get the point across as well as disbarment. DeSantis should propose to the legislature to yank the law license of any prosecutors who don’t do the job the people elected (and pay) them to do.
But, “suspension” is something that the Governor of Florida can do immediately, without running into any judicial challenges. It is a purely-administrative personnel action. I am quite sure that it will not be the only action which is now to be taken against this person, now that he has been removed from power.
What a guy. Presidential timber in my opinion.
In case anyone didn’t notice the new kind of trolls here, they are trying their trusty “he’s a double agent for the GOPe” psy-op. Not sure if they are DNC or RNC, but not much difference anymore.
I have heard suspicions raised by the leader of this site. Since actions speak louder than words, I an all in on DeSantis for 2024.
Appreciate the heads up
Rolcon play sometimes david brock sponsored.
What we do is support those who take action in a pro- freedom manner. When or if — their actions prove to be false— that’s when we back away.
We should always remain cautious. However, people have to be judged on their proven record— not suppositions.
The citizens of this country have been burned over and over again. We have true hearts.
We take people at their word — unless and until — some SOB reveals their dark side.
Then it’s up to us to remove them from office and keep moving forward.
They were pushing the same BS about Kari Lake yesterday. Still upset they weren’t able to get their Governor Gillum freak show on, and run Florida straight into the Gulf of Mexico..
I can’t even imagine the damage Gillum would have been able to inflict on our beautiful state of Florida when he wasn’t on one his his prostidude binges.
