Earlier today Joe Biden held an official ceremony promoting the killing of unborn babies as a legacy initiative of his administration. Biden signed an executive order [View Here] stating that abortion “is essential to justice, equality, and our health, safety, and progress as a Nation.”

(Via Reuters) – […] Biden, [a member of the progressive death cult], has been under pressure from supporters, particularly progressives, to take action after the landmark decision, which upended roughly 50 years of protections for women’s reproductive rights.
The president’s powers are constrained, because U.S. states can make laws restricting abortion and access to medication, and the executive order is expected to have limited impact.
Biden will direct the Health and Human Services Department to take action to protect and expand access to “medication abortion” approved by the Food and Drug Administration, the White House said.
Experts have said a pill used to terminate early pregnancies is unlikely to become available without a prescription for years. States that already restrict the medication would not be affected by the presidential order.
He will also direct the department to ensure women have access to emergency medical care, family planning services, and contraception, including intrauterine devices (IUDs).
Biden’s attorney general and White House counsel will convene pro bono attorneys and other organizations to provide legal counsel for patients seeking an abortion as well as abortion providers.
“Such representation could include protecting the right to travel out of state to seek medical care,” the White House said in a statement. (read more)
He has no such authority to override the Constitution like that. This may very well be impeachment material IF we had a functioning Congress.
He should be impeached for opening our borders first. He is the WORST President in my lifetime- and is obviously incompetent (yesterday, reading the teleprompter he read “end quote. He might also be impeached for draiining almost a million gallons of gas from the Strategic Petroleum Reserves and instead of letting the US use it to lower our pain at the gas pumps, SELLING it to China- who is NOT our friend. Not only selling it to China, but selling to SINOPEC, a company that his grifter son Hunter has a $1.7 billion investment in- thus enriching the Biden Family. Where are all the Dems that cried for 4 years how the Trump family was corrupt, but after two expensive tax payer financed impeachments couldn’t prove a single thing NOW????? Hypocrisy is astounding.
Without a doubt, Biden is a seditious, evil person who never was, and never will be, President of the United States of America.
Re functioning Congress … it will never be functioning if Dems are in control of the House and/or Senate. This is why we need to vote all-GOP to get those majorities back. It won’t be perfect until we can get rid of the RINOs, but GOP majorities is 1000000x better than Dem majorities. Trump would never have been impeached if the GOP won the majorities in 2018 and 2020.

Remember the outcry when Trump “campaigned” from the White House by announcing his acceptance of the Republican nomination on the WH lawn? Trump reimbursed the government, iirc, for any use of public resources during the pandemic.
That didn’t stop the Democrats from crying that Trump violated the Hatch Act. But it’s another story when Biden uses the WH, government employees, and public resources to campaign against “Republicans” and to stress that people must “vote, vote, vote” in the mid-terms. It’s obvious for whom he expects people to vote. Is this not also a violation of the Hatch Act? I’ve heard no mention that Biden plans repay the taxpayers for his use of our resources.
If I believed in abortion, prevention of Biden-like threats to democracy, would be the basis. But even that would be putting myself above God, an equally evil position .
