I hope they are proud of themselves. Peter Navarro has more character and intelligence in his little finger then all of Biden’s/Obama’s lot put together.
I feel so bad for him! He is so frazzled – beside himself. He is one of my favorites from President Trump’s administration – extremely intelligent, competent, capable, and usually a calm, solid presence.
I SO despise this false/corrupt administration and federal government!
IMO while he looked somewhat disheveled after being arrested, put in *irons*, locked up and indicted, his statement(s) to the fake news people was incredible.. Hit on all his points, shut the reporters dow until he was finished speaking.
Under dire circumstances, I thought he was awesome!! Again, IMO…
I wonder if the important people in or out of our government will allow this process to continue? This has got to be making others on the list angry. Even AG Barr is changing his tune. How far will they push?
Don’t care if you consider yourself a R, D or I, this committee and DOJ acceptance of their submission of contempt is tantamount to a constitutional crisis that should deauthorize the sitting Federal government.
If you read Navarro’s lawsuit, the DOJ and legislative branch are coloring so far “outside the lines” that those doing the coloring must pay the consequences for subjectively aiding and abetting high treason and “domestic terrorism.”
What Bill of Rights amendments haven’t been violated by this administration, legislative and judicial branch in the past 16 months? What BIR amendments haven’t been violated by these branches over the past 12+ months?
While the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th amendments have been demonstrability violated over the past 16 months (50+ months), has the 3rd amendment right been violated by putting surveillance troops (electronic systems) into citizens homes?

Navarro saved thousands of American lives by spearheading the drive to get desperately need PPE and ventilators when Obama had none. I can see that AG Garland and FBI Director Chris Wray appreciate everything that Navarro did!

Though not a health care expert, as an economist Navarro is more than qualified to interpret data, and he tried to push the administration, Jared in particular, away from Fauci and Birx and their approach to the virus.

Peter Navarro is a good man. He was one of Trump’s most competent aides and always spoke bluntly.
This classless treatment is less about Navarro himself than it is a warning to anyone willing to work with Trump for his presumed 2024 campaign and eventual second term. The Deep State is purposely humiliating Navarro. That’s all I need to know he’s one of the good guys.

What the Dems have been doing with their lawfare is burying these people in legal debt. If you are a government lawyer you have unlimited funds and money is no object. There is an efficient way to proceed in a legal matter and a way to proceed that incurs mountains of debt and discovery and buries the other side so they can’t keep up. No individual can finance that sort of tactic. (Well, maybe Elon Musk can but not many others.) That’s what they have been doing (e.g., Michael Flynn).
Secondly, the system seems so corrupted politically that it is dangerous for any lawyer. Remember, they have to be licensed and those licenses can be pulled just like the doctors. (Look what has happened to Drs. Peter McCullough, Pierre Kory, Paul Marek, Robert Malone).
But if Navarro is pro se, he actually has advantages in court and can use help undercover. He is articulate and masterful and intelligent. I think it is a good idea.
His “crime” is a little different, it’s not conspiring to overthrow the government or something weird about that, he was actually arrested for declining to participate in the January 6 committee Kangaroo Court. He blew off their trumped up subpoena.

When the Senate voted not to participate in the “Proposed Joint Committee” and Pelosi chose to not seat members of the House chosen by the opposition, the “Committee” became a “Commission” (also Pelosi’s own words).
A “Commission” does not have the same “Congressional” powers and authority as an actually sanctioned “Committee”. That is the basis for Navarro’s law suit and resistance, besides “executive privilege”.
The House Commission’s actions are moot as they are not founded in sanctioned Congressional authority …. and …

Navarro is a PhD. from Harvard who gave excellent economic advice to President Trump and prepared a detailed account of the 2020 voter fraud. Is their any doubt why he is being treated this way?
