If Bannon is convicted, he will appeal. It will take a long time for his appeals to be settled. Navarro is not going to cut a deal. Plus, it is a misdemeanor charge.

That’s about 380 million MORE guns and 78 million more people than the US military, police and ABC agencies have combined.
