(Daily Mail) – An activist group called ‘Ruth Sent Us’ has published the supposed addresses of Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thmas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett and Chief Justice John Roberts and are planning a ‘walk-by’ of their homes next Wednesday, May 11.
‘Our 6-3 extremist Supreme Court routinely issues rulings that hurt women, racial minorities, LGBTQ+ and immigrant rights,’ the group’s website reads. ‘We must rise up to force accountability using a diversity of tactics.’ (read more)
Unfortunately, and in keeping with all prior support precedent for Occupy Wall Street, Black Lives Matter, Antifa and other violent groups, the installed president and radical administration officials have aligned themselves with the violent confrontation. The White House has refused to speak out against the intimidation effort and/or condemn the violence.

The security officials for Justice Alito cancelled plans for him to participate in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals judicial conference starting on Thursday, as the associate justice is tasked with reviewing emergency appeals from the 5th Circuit. It is unclear if Justice Roberts and Justice Thomas, who were slated to get remarks at a similar conference for the 11th Circuit on Thursday and Friday, will still appear.
The FBI and DOJ used cellphone ‘ping’ data to identify, locate and arrest January 6 protesters of the rigged election but DID NOT use this same technique to identify ballot traffickers in 2020 and Im sure will not use it to identify and locate anyone affiliated with blm etc..

Because all opinions, majority and dissents, are released at the same time. The dissenters may not be finished with theirs.
There is no reason why the majority opinion couldn’t be released now, if it’s finished, and the votes are set. It’s never been done before, as far as I know, but there’s nothing against it, except tradition. And of course, the confidentiality of the court deliberations was always a tradition, too.
Because there will be dissents and those justices are still working on that.
They’re welcome to continue to work on their dissenting opinions for an eternity. Not interested, nor will any of their company in hell be either.

Maybe it’s not actually finished. Tentative opinions get circulated, massaged and honed, stuff gets added or taken out, the majority opinion sometimes also adds in discussion to counter what dissenting opinions say, concurring opinions that disagree with the majority opinion in some way but agree with the result get written, tentative majority opinions sometimes end up being minority opinions and vice versa if Justices change their minds…
There is a lot of work that goes into writing these, especially one such as this one. Just because a draft for majority opinion was written does not mean that it’s close to final.

True dat. Alito’s draft was 98 pages long. He appears to be anticipating all possible opposing arguments (he may have seen dissenters’ drafts), so they do tweak back and forth to respond to a particular argument.
If Roberts had a backbone (and yes, we all all know he doesn’t), he’d say “The majority opinion goes out on Monday – with or without dissents.”
Watch Scotusblog’s calendar for the next opinion day. There are no more oral arguments, just conferences, and releases of opinions and order on petitions until the Court adjourns in early July.

There is no fight in these people who are protesting SCOTUS.
There are only wimpy gestures (yelling, spitting, throwing things).
The press wants you to believe there is a real fight and that by sheer numbers those protesters are the dominating force.
And then they show an overall picture of maybe 90 people and claim hundreds are enmassed.
Believe what they say, or believe what you see: THAT IS THE FIGHT.
Seems as though our District of Columbia is looking more and more like a ZOO every day.
Maybe we could fence the entire thing in & then lose the key? Might keep them from harming the entire world around them?
“Immigrant rights”? Do they mean ‘legal’ immigrants’ rights?
An immigrant became an immigrant when they immigrated. Immigration is a term used for the legal process that allows people to enter the Country and become citizens.
One literally cannot be an immigrant and not follow the process of immigration law. If one enters the Country illegally and is not on the immigration legal process, they are not immigrants.
Try explaining this to lefty zombies. Their heads would explode above their blank stares.

I prefer to see these fences keeping the true criminal class of real enemies to the American citizens on lock down . Now if the guards at the Capitol , Whitehouse and the Supreme Court Get a clue who has truly done the most damage to our country all they need to do is allow no exit .

Just a reminder to become intimately familiar with your local Carry Laws and to never leave the home without protection for yourself and the loved ones who may go with you.
In any situation, you should always have at least one member of the group that is familiar with, and trained within, those Carry Laws.
