On Tuesday at my dr’s appointment in Sarasota (90 miles way) everyone in waiting room and all staff had masks on. More or less recently, I received a survey from MUSC asking about my opinion on the masking and restrictions. I scathed them in the “further feedback” box and accused them of unscientific pandering and being popularity contest participants instead of doctors.
Couple weeks later, they’ve dropped almost all mask mandates (which were only sometime enforced, depending on what department you went to. Pediatric development enforced it, the dentists didn’t say a word. Pediatric ER made you put it on coming in the door but nobody said anything when I took it off afterward.)
We’re getting nowhere fast with the politicians, so pressure the doctors and call them out, and we can use that as a weapon against the pols.
