Say we can actually make a dent in the Uniparty. Until the beast is slayed, it just means a different script with the same outcome. The leverage that is held will continue to create compliance in the 1st thru 3rd branches. And only real courage, revolutionary war (not necessarily promoting the war side), level courage will do. There is absolutely none of that in DC. And the 4th branch will ensure that there never will be. Trump was the closest thing. And look what happened. Every sign of true courage like this will receive the same treatment.
Sad state. Which means the local/state level is the only viable target for change, as Sundance has stated many times.

As “agitprop,” the final pictures in the CBS piece were produced by propagandists who know all of this.

Everything she says here is exactly correct. I have been talking about Ukraine since 2004. It sounds crazy but this is reality. From the Chalupa sisters to the Vindmans to the election crap, the Maidan. Heck even Ted Cruz was at the Maidan. Vindman was offered to head the Ukrainian DoD 3 times.

The 20-year hire/retire cycle pertains to the military, not the Federal civilian employees. Rules governing pension accrual and vesting are much more complicated — and less generous overall — for the latter.

I detect something much bigger at play. It occurs to me that the Chinese could be orchestrating the entire conflict. The economic fallout is transforming Russia into a Chinese client state, which would be a disaster much more significant than the Ukrainian war itself. The Chinese could soon be in a position to use Russia the way the USSR formerly used Cuba to fight proxy wars against the western alliance. Russia, however, US a much more potent threat, giving the Chinese an immense advantage geopolitically.
I don’t think Putin is anyone’s poodle. I don’t think Putin has damaged his economy in 3 weeks no matter the sanctions. China and India need fuel and fertilizer and they have exports Russia needs. Russia’s stock market is shut? Tough for the oligarchs, too bad.
I don’t think China is in any financial position to do more than it is. They’ve had massive crop failures and flooding, and they will be spending tens of billions just to feed their population. Not to mention they keep closing their ports and locking down their cities so their commerce is being disrupted.
