Sad as that statement is, you’re right. According to a FEMA whistle blower, Statistics predict that only 7% of the US population would protest ONCE by means similar to writing a congress man and only 3% would do something twice in the best interest of their loved ones. So yes, single file everyone.
Because the more rational of us know that protesting without teeth gets you absolutely nothing. The only way to effect change by the common man is the way Solidarity did it. Shut it all down. General strike. No transport, no services, no one goes to work, AND you have a big visible protest. AND it goes on for days until the objective is achieved.
The reason the Canadian protest didn’t work is that they didn’t have anyone in other areas of the economy to make the government hurt. Also they had too many material things to lose. The Polish people had nothing, so had nothing to lose.
As interconnected as everything is today, IMO the only way to achieve what Solidarity did is to have a general strike AND a run on the banks. Take out cash advances on all your credit cards, load yourself with debt, and bankrupt. If 10% or less of people did this, the banks would go under. Then government stops as well as the general economy. Add civil disobedience.
We aren’t there yet. Too many are too comfortable in their imprisonment. Too many distractions with smartphones and work.
At the rate we are going, on the current trajectory, we will get there. Soon. We will have nothing. And then we will have to decide what to do about it.

We have a new news channel GB News which started out as a welcome alternative to the Lugenmedia, BBC, Itv, Channel 5, ALL the newspapers (Daily Mail occasionally tells the truth).

All of these were deliberate provocations. But, why? Why “bait the bear”; that’s the question?

I suspect that Vladimir Putin – who has now been in power for many decades – is a great deal smarter than his opposition, both in Ukraine and in the West (USA). His ancient country is difficult to manage, but it is not simply by “stolen elections” that he continues to manage it. His people continue to return him to the job, and I suspect that this is a good decision. Russia truly had to re-invent itself when the USSR ended, and he’s been a very major player in doing that. But the West continues to see Russia and USSR as one and the same – because it suits them to do so.
Putin sees things very clearly, and one thing that he can now see very(!) clearly is: “what NATO has recently become.” It’s not a defensive alliance anymore: it has become offensive, and overtly hostile to his country, which right now has “a helluva birthmark” painted on its butt. 🤡 But, he knows their strategy and their objectives, and I think that he has the capacity to outwit them – to turn their hubris against them. He doesn’t need “nukes” (a useless military weapon if ever there was one …) to do that.

I have been around for 7 decades and have followed politics and current events closely since I was 12 years old.
At an early age, I somehow knew that both politics and the culture would impact my life and my future. I have no idea why I always planned ahead, but nothing ever caught me off guard. I always had a plan.
I am glad that I don’t have to start all over again. Things are moving way too fast for me now. It used to be easier to have control over things. You could count on a fairly orderly society and a morally correct culture. It’s much easier to plan for a future in that environment.
I cannot believe how much we as a society and a country have had to endure in just one year and how much has been taken from us. How do you plan on a future, when the rules change every effing day? I don’t envy the very young. I think I was fortunate to have lived through America’s best days.
I am wise enough and experienced enough to know that the path we are currently on is not going to lead to more individual freedom, prosperity, and worship of God.

You can look for it yourself, but I got a good chuckle from the definition. “Pretending to be something you are not” gave me a very wry but good chuckle.

Much better than the “big three” in every respect. PDJT even created a brand new one for himself. The necessary software is literally everywhere. Why do these “three” act as though they have no competition? I can’t tell. But, I really don’t care about “gab” one way or the other.

my ISSUE, the fundamental REASON, why I reject social media, google, the corrupt state, who decries what is right or wrong, is that it comes from a godless empty hollowed out ideaology.
There IS a time for war, and violence, and tragically, even grave deadly action.
But it does not legitimate coming from people, organizations and institutions that do not recognize God at all. They intentional ignore and dismiss the origin of morality, of ethics. They have created lawful, socially acceptable “standards”.
This is my chief reason why I chose to be extremely discriminate toward anyone who dares to suggest violence or any action for that matter. My faith and obedience to God and the sacred oath that I attach meaning to this life is from only that which dwells in me. The guiding voice of God.
It does not even matter IF the state and these corrupt institutions are coincidentally correct and find that they are in some alignment with a principle or virtue that happens to be close enough to a god fearing principle.
I simply reject them as authoritative because eventually, often immediately, you find there is only a veneer of morality proposed. A thin veneer concealing and manufactured to establish rationalization.
God has made it very clear on the matters of War, or violence, of taking the life of another. Do not do it, unless there is a direct command and set of rules that one follows.
For example….has anyone EVER heard ANYONE from any of these organizations, openly, publicly bow their heads and pray that God guides their judgements. Or that has any of them publicly kneeled down and asked humbly for repentance when taking such violent action.
As a Christian, the meaning of life is to be obedient and to obey the tenants and principles that God set forth. This means that all sin, even the narrow band that allows for the killing of another, demands that we ask for forgiveness, that we openly declare that we are not gods over others. That we seek guidance and wisdom in handling conflict. And when and should that happen, that we immediately recognize what has been done and go to God and repent. God demands this.
We do not KNOW the true agency of God. We have a faith that leads us to understand our role. That is to be obedient, to realize that we are all sinners and that we can try to rationalize violence, but that we will more than likely commit to it for all the wrong reasons and will ultimately be failures and hollow people if we are not restrained and very thoughtful and intimate with God about such action.
Violence is not the root of all evil. Any action that does not include God; any action at all that ignores and sets aside the relationship of obedience to God is doomed to fail. A broken, ignored, dishonest, deceitful, maligned breach of a wholesome relationship with God is the root of all evil.
We are humans. Imperfect. Incomplete. Weak. But strong and true and forgiven and made whole again when we seek the guidance of God and act only when such action is consistent and necessary to overcome a violence we cannot avoid.
Our entire principles of law, morality, ethics is rooted in this timeless recognition. Humans did not create morality, ethics, or even the understanding between good and evil. God CREATED that capability when he designed us.
So when I hear these scofflaws, God LESS, DIShonorable people and organizations, I will never concede they have any legitimacy. Even IF they just happen to be “right” on a certain action.
Perhaps that will change one day. I will look to the leadership within these organization and institutions and observe their behavior.
Do they openly confess?
Do they pray publicly?
Do they publicly ask God for wisdom and guidance?
Do they place any importance whatsover on conducting rules of war and violence or any action in their lives that is dependent on a strong open relationship with God for all to see and witness?
If that day should come, which I rather doubt it ever will (given the long and perverse history of insitutional power in the US and around the world), THEN I will have “some” respect and acknowledge there is something honorable to notice.
My oath is to God. First. This follows with a requirement that I also refuse to accept the legitimacy of any institution, or person, or “the state”, unless they also openly hold the same Oath and act upon that and only that.
We do not live in a perfect world. It is made of sinners and often, many very evil deceivers.
Our DUTY is to point them out, express our intentions and agenda to walk away from their GOD LESS proposals.
There must never be a compromise in this area.
For if that happens, if we cross the line and take the advice and guidance and power of the God LESS state and it’s institutions, we then become them and have rejected God.

Is your position on this matter based on a direct relationship of obedience to God? Or are you just “winging it?”
for ONCE, just ONCE, I would like to see an investigative reporter who is well regarded as a Christian ask that question.
