There’s a New York Times article getting attention today, as the article frames a narrative of the U.S. intelligence community and diplomatic offices trying to get China to influence Russia away from invading Ukraine.
However, as with all NYT reporting of the U.S. intelligence apparatus, the information within the article must be viewed through a different prism to understand the real motives being discussed.
Never ascribe to incompetence, that which can be explained by intent.
The Deep State narrative, what the NYT reports, begins thusly:
WASHINGTON — Over three months, senior Biden administration officials held half a dozen urgent meetings with top Chinese officials in which the Americans presented intelligence showing Russia’s troop buildup around Ukraine and beseeched the Chinese to tell Russia not to invade, according to U.S. officials.
Each time, the Chinese officials, including the foreign minister and the ambassador to the United States, rebuffed the Americans, saying they did not think an invasion was in the works. After one diplomatic exchange in December, U.S. officials got intelligence showing Beijing had shared the information with Moscow, telling the Russians that the United States was trying to sow discord — and that China would not try to impede Russian plans and actions, the officials said.
The previously unreported talks between American and Chinese officials show how the Biden administration tried to use intelligence findings and diplomacy to persuade a superpower it views as a growing adversary to stop the invasion of Ukraine, and how that nation, led by President Xi Jinping, persistently sided with Russia even as the evidence of Moscow’s plans for a military offensive grew over the winter.
This account is based on interviews with senior administration officials with knowledge of the conversations who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the diplomacy. The Chinese Embassy spokesman, Liu Pengyu, answered an earlier request for comment a half-day after this article was posted online, saying, “For some time, China has actively promoted the political settlement process of the Ukraine issue.” (read more)
The article goes on to say that China shared the information with Russia, and then outlines how Russia and China are the geopolitical partnership in the modern era. However, here’s the part where the motive and deep state angles are missed.
Do not view the details of this article outline through the prism printed by the intelligence apparatus; instead, view this article through the prism that U.S. intelligence and State Dept operatives were planting information into China, knowing it would be shared with Russia.
Obviously, anyone who follows geopolitical events already knows that China and Russia are partners against the west. Why would the U.S. intelligence apparatus think China would not share the details of the intelligence and/or seek to block Russian intents? The short answer is, they wouldn’t.
The White House, U.S. intel and Dept of State would know, to a guaranteed certainty, that any information they shared with China would get directly delivered to Russia. All information the United States would share (think ‘seed’) with China, would therefore be intended to get to Russia.
As a consequence, if the White House, CIA, State Department or U.S. intelligence community wanted to provoke Russian aggression, they would purposefully put that provocation material into the hands of the Chinese. THAT is the main takeaway from the New York Times article.
The U.S. intelligence apparatus was seeding information to Russia via China for three months prior to the triggering point.
What that provocation intelligence contained is unknown, but the U.S. delivering it through a third party is now confirmed.
It’s all a competing disinformation, manipulated information and propaganda warfare folks. Do not take any claim, any construct, any narrative from any side, at face value. This is where the underlying alignment of U.S. media becomes critical.

Possible answer: The Deep State is betting 2/3rds of the Ukraine will be saved by negotiations, which will involve removing Zelenskiy.
Therefore, the Ukraine will still exist to serve their money laundering, Russia is demonized further, China gets to swallow Taiwan, and Iran gets to bomb Israel with their atomic warheads, sending oil prices toward $200. a barrel.
A win-win-win for The Deep State’s bank accounts, for furthering the Chinese slave state to do their manufacturing, and for furthering their plans for global control through energy deprivation.
P.S. Eventually, their hubris will cause them to over-reach…an unexpected consequence or consequences will result…

With the revelations that continue to come to light, the quote attributed to JFK (philander that he was), “wanted to splinter the C.I.A. in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds.” becomes more and more relevant. It was an idea that could have been well ahead of its time or maybe considering his demise just a little late. Regardless, if the people recover control of the government again, it should be a top item on a long list of reforms. Do we need hard men to take care of dirty business discretely to remain safe in a dangerous world? The world has always been a dangerous place and maybe a more difficult, but a surer path would be to better educate our population not just in the knowledge of the time but in those items of character, ethics, courage, and responsibilities that have become less common or dormant today. While everyone can name the exceptions as they stand out, that in itself makes the point. To reinvigorate the people for that is where the strength lies not in the institutions but in those that will hold the institutions accountable. And to instill within the population from generation to generation not only the afore mention characteristics but also the skills of critical thinking. To borrow from , Sumner, W. G. (1940):”Men educated in it cannot be stampeded… They are slow to believe. They can hold things as possible or probable in all degrees, without certainty and without pain. They can wait for evidence and weigh evidence… They can resist appeals to their dearest prejudices. Education in the critical faculty is the only education of which it can be said that it makes good citizens.”
This should not be just a goal of higher education or even public education but of adults (not just parents, the wisdom of grandparents, uncles and aunts and neighbors) educating children. It is easier to corrupt an institution than a population and with a population as the guarantor it becomes a sound and valued promise not flippantly made or reneged upon. Also, in a dangerous world something, it is also something for those that pose threats to consider. I think this is what our founding fathers were aiming for. Their writings and comments indicate that continual need for education with “a republic if you can keep it” and a “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other”
A solution, individually recognize past inadequacies and importantly successes. Learn from the past and continue to build for a better future in whatever way you can. Unite with others of like mind to bring about needed changes the most significant institution to rebuild is “we the people” and from that all others can be cleared of rot. Progress is occurring as seen in the paroxysms of local school boards being confronted by concerned parents and even the truckers’ convoys taking issues to DC. While success may not always be linear (rise and decline of the TEA Party) as long as the over all direction is forward the republic will be sound.

5. Biden cabal Coordinates with China for months, confiding secrets to China in a false manipulative quid pro quo for COVID support in past election. Tries to create a buddy by sharing secrets.
6. China and Russia somewhat unite, DC losing their influence, as dollar bribes begin to lose value as an ongoing concern. Yes, inflation hurts Americans, but it also hurts bribe recipients. We lose a few dollars at the grocery, and the pump, but the bribed countries (despots) lose billions. (Sort of makes me laugh as the criminals are losing too, including S America cartels, but I digress)
7. Trump disrupts NWO/WEF plan with Bioweapon-19 by accident. WEF cabal have to release virus before the plan is ready, the global pie cut-up has not yet been agreed upon, but they have to move before folks wake up.
8. Vaxx passports stall, people rebel. NWO/WEF goes local. It gets difficult to manage New Zealand, Australia, Austris, Canada, New York. There is too much chaos to manage, Canada goes rouge and reveals plans.
9. DC swamp cabal is losing Covid grip an knows it, needs a breather to regroup, hide deaths and protests. Needs a war, Russia told the world its war red-line. US has a war-on-the-shelf, and it pulls down and executes the war on the shelf, since Russia told them what would trigger them in #1 above.
10. Protests, vaxx casualties/murder is out of headlines, COVID restrictions relaxed out of the press saving face. All the failures to American voters paused for a few months into midterms. The war fog is important for Gruber voters, as COVID will fade and Biden will declare COVID victory going into mid terms (except the coming tragic vaxx casualties in high school summer/fall sports)
