Early this morning, The People’s Convoy [Facebook Page Here] departed for a 10-day freedom convoy from California to DC. The final stop is in Hagerstown, Maryland. Friend of the Treehouse, John Spiropolous is traveling with the convoy and will be sharing ground reports along the route.

The truckers will drive anywhere from a minimum of 216 miles a day to 375 miles a day. Travel times daily range from a minimum of three and a half hours of driving to a maximum of five and three quarters hours of driving a day. Today they departed from Adelanto Stadium, CA, and will arrive in Kingman, AZ for overnight stay. John was with the convoy as they prepared and departed, WATCH:
As John Spiropolous notes, “obviously, an individual trucker can make it from California to DC a lot faster. But for safety and security reasons, coordinating what they expect to be thousands of truckers, they’re going to take their time. My own opinion is that like that old phrase, “Life is a journey, not a destination,” the convoy’s message is the journey. The convoy gets 10 days of publicity. And with no intention of going into DC, much less encircling the Capitol, they’ll avoid a J6 type false flag op.”
Quoting the press release. “The People’s Convoy will abide by agreements with local authorities, and terminate in the vicinity of the DC area, but will NOT be going into DC proper.” The trip should take approximately 10 days. 2,533 miles.

The average American worker needs to be able to end-run the economic hardships of the last two years and get back to the business of making bread – so they can pay their rents and mortgages and help jumpstart this economy. To that end, it’s time for elected officials to work with the blue collar and white-collar workers of America and restore accountability and liberty – by lifting all mandates and ending the state of emergency – as COVID is well-in-hand now, and Americans need to get back to work in a free and unrestricted manner.” (LINK)

My biggest fear. Let the ridicule and put downs begin. The media and the left are going to be all over this stuff if it happens anywhere in the country. This is from Scranton, PA.
This is exactly why planning to the highest degree is essential when considering advertising this kind of event and must be executed well or just dropped. This man publicized what he expected to happen, and no one showed up. Now he has to face down the insults and the left plays it up like they do anything they can develop into failure for our side. It might have been planned as a small event but the left will see it as a major no show. Listen to the narrator. He is delighted to make this a big joke and failure.
I feel bad for this man but maybe he should have had firm commitments before he decided to make plans that he couldn’t deliver on and publicize them. He could have hooked up with other, larger convoys that were in other areas and then he would have been more successful in his efforts and that he could report on with positive results.
Good luck to him though, and safe travels. He is not sitting by and doing nothing and he’s putting himself out there to stand up to the ones stealing America.

As the truckers near Great American Pizza, refrains of ‘Let’s Go Brandon‘ are heard in the crowd of hundreds out by the road waiting for them. Ha, ha.

Watch the livestreams, we can see some nuanced and not so nuanced differences, between this U.S. Convoy and that of our neighbors to the North.
Adaptions of strategy, modifications of tactics.
I see LOTS of RV’s, SUV’s and cars and light trucks, more than in Canadian convoy.
It appears the festival aptnosphere, of people celebrating freedom and fellowship, that in Canada was at the PROTESTS, is now being experienced at the “rest stop” points.
This building of community, that is essential is retained, but as its on private property, not blockading anything, and technically not a protest, not even mischief can be charged.
Yeah, Brandon admin is about to get what Justin got, good and hard! And, there really isn’t a THING he can do about it, but roll over and take it. Just as with JT, anything he does to try to stop it, is only going to make it MUCH worse.

Quite a large number of ‘truckers’ are RVers.
Quite a few advantages to using the latter mode:
1) Mileage usually better.
2) Better, and less crowded ‘facilities’.
3) Home cooking’.
Quite the traffic back-up, regardless of what type of vehicles.
Quite the paradox — if the truckers are driving/pulling RV’s, where are their trucks . . .?
Well, there are “Truckers” who drive big rigs, there are “RVers” who live 24/7/365 in RV’s, there are RV’ers who vacay, or spent some time living in Rv’s, but also have stick/brick homes,…and there are Truckers who also live in Rv’s.
While both the Canadian and US convoys are CALLED “Trucker” convoys, both have plenty of RVers of all types, and people in lite trucks and cars joining in.
So, its not an either/or situation, as youvseem to imply. And yes, those with RV’s, regardless of which kind, are uniquely suited to join the convoy, I “live the RV lifestyle” and it makes roadtrips much easier, for the reasons you list; no difficulties with finding a bathroom, food or motel room, its all right there.
On one occasion, I ended up coming into the Phoenix area, right at rush hour, and was tired having driven all day. I just pulled off the freeway, found a nice empty (9-5) business parking lot, and parked.
We had dinner, layed down for a two hour nap and rush hour was over.
Maybe someone has already made this connection I can be slow at times, but this is Mainstreet (independent truckers and anyone else realizing they have skin in the game) taking a stand against Wallstreet and the WEF (the controllers of DC and the tyranny). FJB. FREEDOM!
