Alaska has a port for ships and airports in which to fly supplies via heavy cargo transports as needed. They have a railroad from Anchorage up through Fairbanks to haul supplies inland. Ketchikan & Juneau both have decent sized airports that can handle larger freight aircraft. Sitka, and villages in the lower portion of the state are accessible & serviced by ships.

US Stores contract for a week or a month out into the future. The grain and produce the Canadians are speaking of were contracted a year ago or six months ago to endure their winter. What has affected both is the disruption in the supply chain that Sundance speaks of. That disruption is completely, totally, and wholly, caused by political actions, not market forces, not a failure in commercial management. The Government has caused ALL of this. But the People suffer. Those Canadian farms will either go bankrupt, or have to slaughter their dairy cows and other livestock rather than see them starve to death because the feed contracts are not being honored or are being disrupted by Government Idiots who either don’t know or don’t care how many lives they destroy.

The media won’t be reporting on the food riots … it would make them look bad, them and that decrepit boob in the White House.
Three options are before us for the end of this present, utterly unsustainable zeitgeist.
One was a populist uprising. As we can see from the behavior of the FBI, the establishment is very prepared to smother any such movement.
The second is a schism between factions of the establishment. Possible, but unlikely without a larger issue to drive it. The Uniparty strongly indicates that the establishment will not fracture to such a degree.
The third, and most likely upheaval will come from simple chaos. The center cannot hold. There is no food, but the people will still obey. Uh, no. Multi-trillion $ debts and deficits, double-digit inflation, but the people’s faith in Joe Biden will abide. Again, no. Just no.
After these crops are consumed or spoiled, the next harvest will be smaller and 4x more expensive, maybe more. Crop chemicals such as fertilizers, pesticide, herbicide, and tractor fuel, have gone up from 400% to 800% not counting wages. If the crop futures are low, then farmers produce less. They don’t to be stuck will expenses and not get the revenue from crop sales.
If you quit your job not to be vaxxed, think about growing produce for farmer’s markets.
