Friends, this stuff baffles me on many levels. All around the nation various local media outlets are reporting on this massive influx of people getting tested, or trying to get tested, for COVID-19. Miles and miles of people suddenly lining up for COVID tests everywhere, it’s weird.
The media is pushing the testing aspect hard right now and hitting the Biden administration for not having a federal system in place to facilitate this massive influx of people needing COVID tests. Without a doubt, that narrative is why Biden told the media today the states have to solve the issue on their own. [More on that later]
In the interim, I asked the question on the Twitter about why people would be lining up for hours to get a COVID test now. What’s the reason? Most of the responses are generally of the same mindset as the original question with people also wondering why. I can identify only a few generally valid reasons, and even then, something still doesn’t make sense.
♦ Some people are required to take a test for work, and with the mandates now beginning to kick in, that seems to make sense. However, does this mean people have to stand in line for hours before every shift? [feel free to chime in on this one]
♦ Some people are required to take a test to travel to a destination that requires a negative test. Again, that seems to make sense, I guess. However, it still seems silly from the perspective of testing is unlikely to stop any infection that can happen at any given moment.
Other than ‘being required’ to take a test for the two reasons above, why would anyone take one?
Why would perfectly healthy people, asymptomatic people, line up to take a COVID test? Is this a reflection of mass delusion as a result of government and media driven fear?

“Well, I’m heading out of town to Kentucky to visit some family, and I hear omicron has really picked up and is spreading pretty fast,” Orange County resident Dave Roseford said. “So I wanted to go ahead and make sure I had the best guard against that.” (link)
So ‘Dave’ is not sick, doesn’t feel sick, is going to visit people 500 miles away, and wants to find out if he’s COVID positive? Because why?…
Then there’s this response, which is even more nuts, but I appreciate the brutal honesty:
“I can answer this because I live in the Lib Death Star known as Brownstone Brooklyn. They are doing this to tell friends and family whether they are ‘safe’ to be around. It’s an elaborate handshake among the Covidians.” (link)
The White House previously attempted to gain some political advantage with the COVID Omicron panic by declaring “a winter of death” awaits the unvaccinated. It appears to me this administration is now going to reap a massive amount of backlash over a panic they created. Once again proving the axiom that every statement, policy or recommendation, that Joe Biden advocates is the exact opposite of what should be done.
The White House has ordered 500 million test kits for them to distribute saying, “In cases where infected people show symptoms or not, testing is the only way to find out if they have the virus so they can avoid being out and about and potentially spreading the disease.” This would imply the only reason to test is to find out if you are infected, yet if you are asymptomatic (not showing symptoms) then why test?
Could it be the hysteria cannot remain in place if there isn’t a new layer of fear of some sort? As Jordan Schachtel notes: ” COVID cases are the engine of COVID Mania. Take away the testing, and the “crisis” disappears. See: every single nation in the world that doesn’t test widely for COVID. They’re doing just fine with the “plague” issue.”

I tested positive for Covid a couple weeks ago. Luckily it’s just been like a sinus infection, and I’ve lost my sense of smell. My son has to have so many negative tests before he can return to work, per company policy. My high schooler needs a negative test this week to return to school.
I got tested because I had family traveling here for Christmas, and they were going to be traveling to see their great grandmother who is in a hospice. I knew they wouldn’t want to risk exposure. I honestly thought it would be negative.
I’ve had to have all my kids tested. The clinic that does testing has you sign up online for an appointment time. No lines, no long waits, and plenty of appointments available when I checked. You just drive up and the nurse comes out and swabs your nose and that’s it.
The media is nothing more than the fear mongering propaganda wing of the government.
You, and most people, are operating under the assumption that pcr tests are accurate. They’re not.
The tests are free to the person who is tested. Free is fun and we are all fools if we don’t wisely avail ourselves. Truly, that is how some people think.

I was not invited to my daughters Christmas family gathering. I am the only family member not vaxxed and half of them have had Covid. I was missing from the family picture she sent. I texted her and wrote; “Someone had to hold the camera and take the picture”. Lol

We were invited, but just 4 days before they decided all must have cov test, no, sorry not running out and spending bucks on something I do not need. They seemed to have a nice time and so did we without all the noise of 20 family members, it was wonderful. Thinking of making up an excuse next year, it was too nice just the two of us.
My husband and I were vaccinated last spring with Moderna, mainly because we had retired and wanted to travel. We have decided against any more shots. This past week my husband had a cold, but progressed to terrible night sweats, fever, aches, fatigue. We were able to get a home text kit and he tested positive so we cancelled our Christmas dinner with our children. I gave him ivermectin (which supposedly doesn’t work against Omicron), antibiotics, zinc,etc. He is better, but very fatigued.
At this point, how do you know if it is the lighter version or the Delta variant, which was my big fear since we actually knew a few people who had died after contracting that variant. For some reason, I felt better after the test just so I knew what I might have to do to treat him at home since it was a holiday weekend. As for life in mid-Missouri, it is pretty normal—few masks, high school sports, concerts, church services and schools open. Our school board decided to ignore the health department recommendation that required entire classes to quarantine if there was one case. The state health department is pushing testing of school children, but not happening here. A nurse posted that vaccines for children are available at one of the local pharmacies, which I found rather frightening.

I read it a few places on the Internet while I was trying to find the right dosage, but gave it to him anyway. Also, read that there is only one type of infusion that helps if you have Omicron. My husband’s illness was much more severe than I expected so i was in overdrive looking at different websites for help.
Some people have been using zinc for ages to prevent seasonal respiratory illnesses. HCQ, Ivermectin, and quercetin all assist with getting zinc into the cells.
Where did you hear or read that ivermectin supposedly doesn’t work against omicron? Info at worldometers https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/#countries seems to show that countries with widespread ivermectin availability and use have not experienced much in the way of an omicron surge.
I am thinking from reading Dr. Zelenko that Ivermectin and HCQ will work on any flu. If that is the case, Big Pharma has every reason to try to convince you they don’t work.
Well, that is good to know. I went ahead and gave it to him anyway. Sorry, I can’t find the specific site although you find all types of sites saying Ivermectin doesn’t work at all. I have always questioned why therapeutics weren’t used early on so I stocked up months ago. The Kennedy book on Fauci reinforced my belief that therapeutics were deliberately downplayed.

In my non-doctor opinion, you did the right thing by giving it to him anyway. It is VERY likely to help, and will CERTAINLY not do any harm.
Thank you. I do think it helped knock it down. I have started having a few symptoms and I am taking it, too. The protocol is confusing to me so I just take a few pills and go to bed early.
And as for delta versus omicron, two data points to consider:
1) Did he lose taste and/or smell? That happens with delta but not omicron.
2) Night sweats have actually been listed as a symptom of omicron. And so are all his other symptoms.
And I agree with those above – at this point anything on the web claiming that Ivermectin doesn’t work with omicron is probably propaganda.
No loss of smell or taste. At one point, his oxygen dropped into the lower 90’s, after being around 98 consistently. Very scary. He is better now and my symptoms are like a bad cold.
It’s logical what they are doing but not pure logic. If it were pure they would want to get tested immediately after they were tested in case the previous person tested was positive and past the virus on to the tester. However the second test should be administered by a robotic noninfectable A.I. Then if at this point you test negative you could proceed to your destination and would only need to test one more time before coming in close contact with another person unless the test was again performed by a real human being in which case a second would again be required as above. The only deviation from this purely logical testing procedure would be if you were to stop for gas, groceries, day care or made eye contact with any other person who may or may not be infected. At which time just to be safe you should be tested again because as all good Faucinian’s know the best way to avoid the COVID is perpetual testing underpinned with endless booster kill shots. It’s only logical and entirely scientific.

Wife and son en route to pediatrician (son has had congestion for over 5 days that’s not going away with borderline fever off an on, prob just needs some good cough syrup and maybe antibiotics if his lung sounds are pneumonia-like). She is going to ask them if a positive covid or flu test is gonna change their treatment (which it won’t) When the answer comes back “no”, then she’s gonna tell the dr its a hard no on doing the test. I was in CVS today, a young guy busted through the line to ask if they had any Covid tests. The cashier said they had not had any in weeks. He was exasperated and wanted to know where else he could try, he had already been to Wal-greens.
I was told by my Health Dept via text my test from 12/23 was positive and to stay home. I didn’t have a test.
Pastor at one of the churches sent out an email that she has the Rona, fever, chills etc. and she has been vaxx’d. From the sound of her email she was pretty upset that the vaxx didn’t work. She was very concerned that she may have unknowingly passed it on to someone else, and encouraged people to get tested.
I went to a hole in the wall diner for lunch and no one was wearing a mask except for the staff, which I think is a mandate for employees issued by the Gov, or health dept. for restaurants and businesses. I don’t know because I never follow the rule unless I am at the hospital. We will see if Youngkin changes that. On the way home in the village I saw two gals walking together down the street, outside, fresh air, no crowds, and were wearing masks.

I have no interest in taking any tests because I don’t trust the Doctors or the Gov’t. What I found interesting is I did not have a test on 12/23 and they are saying I did. So who knows where in their anals they have a record of me being positive when I am not. I do not like my phone number being used as a tool of identity either.
People need to be careful w/taking “lots” of Vitamin D, and Zinc, too much of both is harmful and can make you ill. More is not always better. Vitamin C, take as much as you want.

My lefty daughter came home for Christmas, traveling by car from Oregon all the way to Texas. She arrived on Monday of last week and stayed for dinner. She pointedly asked about our “vaccination status”. I am not vaccinated. She left during the night with no announcement. We didn’t know why or where she went. My wife texted her on Wednesday and discovered that my daughter doesn’t feel comfortable around me since I am unvaccinated.
That’s it! She’s out of the will.
My family did this to me last summer. Folks came down from AZ and stayed with my brother in OR, my sister in WA, but when they found I was not vaxxed, they said they could not visit. I said fine and I understand your choice to do this, but just know that my husband’s family and our friends do not have these fears about Convid. Didn’t speak to each other after that until I called them at Xmas time. I refuse to discuss anything covid with them.

This is another Biden decree that makes no sense- you can do a home test, which tells you do not have COVID, then go out and catch it two hours later. How does any of this home testing help anyone but the makers of the Test ? (Asking who gains from most of Covid rules ALWAYS leads back to Big Pharma). This money should be spent on creating a test for people to use at home to test their ANTIBODY level – and the level of antibodies that prove you are not spreading Covid should be printed each day. If you know your antibodies are strong enough that you can’t catch COVID you can go maskless – as your antibodies wane, you can decide whether to get another vaccine, or if you still have good antibodies and the variant is not deadly (like Omicron), you can choose to suffer a few days of light Covid (like a cold I am told by friends who have had it in the past two weeks) and raise your NATURAL antibodies which are stronger and last longer than what you get in a vaccine.
Just common sense…all this hangwringing and ineptitude out of Washington IS NOT helping.

Atlanta, GA here, in the far-left area near Emory University. Most of our testing sites were closed down in recent months, but now a new one has popped up in an abandoned mall parking lot. People in cars line up there for hours to get their noses picked. I have heard that most people are doing it because their job requires a negative test in order to come back to work. The covidian true believers do it willingly because they think they’re doing some kind of service for their coworkers. I work with a big fat Karen who whines about the fact that our company isn’t forcing everyone to get tested for her benefit.
I’m hearing the “advertisements” being passed off as “news” in Austin, TX for where to go get jabbed and tested. I don’t find it baffling. It seems to me part of the Omicron Phase of the Covid Psyop. Local officials didn’t just set up scads of new testing locations organically over the past week. Months of planning was required to get the facilities, tests and personnel. Data from S. Africa, Norway and W. Europe were showing downward trends in hospitalizations and deaths. The only way to boost up fear without killing more people (very sweet of them not to send more Covid to nursing homes on purpose, BTW) is to create “astonishing” “unprecedented” “very concerning” spikes in “cases”. To get spikes in cases, just test the asymptomatic with those fancy tests that read “positive” in tap water.
Daughter (who was just traumatized by the tornado in Nashville) got a positive test result from a job required test on Christmas. For Christmas, her manager ordered her to quarantine for two weeks. Without pay (eye roll). She has no symptoms, but because of the work imposed quarantine (how can they even do that? they should be limited to saying you can’t come to work) she can’t even take advantage of her unpaid time off and go somewhere.

I’ve been tested 4 times in 2021 and all were negative. The first was voluntary for a surgery on my neck in March. The second was two days after the surgery when I suddenly got a fever of 103*, went to the ER, and was admitted for three days while they got my pain under control. The third was also in the ER after a car accident in July. The fourth was again in the ER a week after the accident because I kept blacking out when I was standing. The forth one is the one I was upset about. The doctor refused to listen to my descriptions as to what I felt each time I was blacking out. He immediately told my wife and I it was c-19. Without any testing at all, he was adamant I had c-19. He repeated it so many times, I finally told him to leave my room and I wanted another doctor. I spent 5 hours in the ER as they ran multiple tests. When I was released without a diagnosis, I saw on the paperwork that the c-19 test was negative. As I was walking out, I saw that doctor. I showed him the paperwork, and told him he needed to chill out with his emotions. He told me I just needed to get the shot so I was no longer a danger to the community he loves. I refuse to get tested again after reading about test kits that show false positives. I refuse to get any flu shot, because I believe those shots could actually be a c-19 shot instead. Right now I wouldn’t put it past our gov to do that.

I am in Oregon and in office with three other coworkers. All three are fully vaxxed and boosted. Anytime the hear about anyone in their circle getting covid, they all get tested. I think my boss has been tested at least 10 times. Once he asked me if I was getting tested because our coworker got covid (after vax) and I said “why would I get tested with no symptoms”.
Have one of our daughters and husband here with us now at home. Daughter was feeling bad yesterday and tested positive. Her sister happened to have some tests at home. Today hubby feels iffy. None of the 4 here are jabbed. No major problems, seems pretty mild. I think a lot of the folks in lines are just wanting validation that they have had it. I know I’m pretty certain that I had it when it was discovered here, which gives me a better sense of ease these days.

To know if you’ve “had it” you need to get an “antibody test” and it’s uncommon — you can get it at the pharmacy, cost me $30 bucks
But the lines we’re seeing to get tested are for a PCR test that tests for ACTIVE infection … if you currently HAVE covid

I’ve been banned from family holiday gatherings because I’m not vaxxed. My step daughter is pregnant and quite frightened for her unborn boy. Her husband referred to my counter-argument/concern over vaccine complications as “bull-shit science.” In my lovely daughter’s defense, her OB was the one advising her to avoid individuals who have not had the vaccine. What this will look like in the following months is anyone’s guess at this point. But right now, the emotional content is running quite high. My sense is that most of the family expects me to get vaccinated some time before the boy is born.
Personally, I’ve run out of things to say about this mess. I’m living with Civil War in my family. Which is probably what the Progs intended.

We are living the same civil war within our family. My Father passed away 12/7/20 and my Mom refuses to come see us or us four to see her. My wife is vaccinated, I and the kids are not and will not be.
Her original stance was that she will not visit until the entire family is vaccinated.
Her stance has now changed to, she will come visit us when Omicron dies off only if I receive a negative Covid test.

My wife,who I have written about on this site several times, has Reynaud’s Disease, Scleroderma and Interstitial Lung Disease, all very advanced cases and I have not offed her yet.

I was skiing today and stopped to help a man in his early to mid 60’s (I’d guess) gather up his equipment after he had a ‘yard sale’ as we say. He said that he was o.k.
We had a nice little chat about the holidays and conditions while he was getting his skis back on and I followed him the rest down the hill to make sure that he really was o.k. and didn’t need any further assistance.
I got ahead of him in the lift line (I was going to board the lift as ‘single’) but he caught up to me in the ‘on deck’ platform and asked “Mind if we ride together? You’re vaccinated, right?”
To which I replied “With all due respect it’s none of your business.”, and I got on the next chair by myself. I would have been happy to ride with him but he did not move forward.
The ‘Plandemic’ as it were is having tragic and negative impacts and consequences across society and on many levels.

I’m on the west side of PA and we do Seven Springs quite a bit.
I primarily ski at Blue Mountain Resort, just north of Allentown, PA.
The conditions were o.k. today with a few more trails open and the six-pack was running out of the Valley Lodge area. With sustained cold and dry weather they can get probably close to 90% or more of the area open.
I have skied at Seven Springs four or five times (or maybe 6?) over the years for Alpine Ski racing events for my children. I like the area but have not really ventured too far away from race course.
In fact I will be there 1/15 & 16 for my son’s U18 Slalom races there (PA Cup 1 & 2).

I’ve had 4 long time friends shun me because I’m not vaccinated and will not be. I got covid….yes tested positive and had all the appropriate symptoms…one libtard friend had to tell me that the reason I got infected was because I did not get the clot shot. She’s no longer my friend. And so it goes. I’m so very grateful I found a church congregation that doesn’t buy into all the fear and hype. They never shut down, no mask mandate, still have communion. Sign outside the church says “Fear not the Delta if you know the Alpha and the Omega”!

Last week in my area of Michigan, I went to the mall to walk and meet with friends. There was the right hand lane wrapped around the mall. I was told many were testing so they could spend time with relatives on Christmas which was 3 days away. If one tested negative on Wednesday, you could theoretically still spread it on Saturday. Insane!
I got tested simply so I would know I had natural immunity (had cold/flu symptoms and now I can tell the Karen’s to go pound sand)

The PCR test does not test for natural immunity.
No worries about Covid or testing in my state that is red and has a population of only 1 million.
My theory is that the directors and producers of Covid mania want the narrative focused on cases vs fatalities so as to keep the fear factor as high as possible. Omicron is disappointing them because even though highly transmissible there are relatively few severe cases requiring hospitalization, while it provides natural immunity. Maybe they are hoping that by massive testing they will discover a killer variant.

Pcr tests were supposed to be withdrawn at the end of the year per the cdc. Im sure there is a massive amount of tests that need to be used up before they lose their authorization.
Since there is a massive number of tests that need to be used, and God only knows who is processing the results from these inaccurate tests, we can assume we all have covid because it is now asymptomatic and the tests show positive overwhelmingly.
From what I’ve read, the new tests are still emergency use approval only and provide no better accuracy than PCR.

My son came home the 22nd from Calif long flight pretty beat down. Next day did two rapid tests both negitive. Cough, sneeze, tired and listless. This has been going on now five days. Two days after he arrived my wife started same symptoms. Oh yeah they are both jabed.

It’s so serious in South Carolina that the Department of Health and Environmental Control isn’t releasing any data on covid from 12/24 through 12/28. That means on the 29th they will have SIX days of data (22nd through 27th). You KNOW they and the media are going to tour the high total number, not the daily average.
I’m in the low country, 20ish miles east of Charleston. I came from Maryland and there are a lot of people here from the north east. If they screw it up by voting liberal, I will be pissed. That said, I know of a couple people with covid who stayed at home and are getting better. I don’t know of anyone who has said they are getting tested and I’ve never had one. Some people do wear masks in stores. My idiot niece and her soon to be ex- husband decided to ruin their 6 and 7 year old children’s health and lives by starting them on the not-a-vaccine path – sigh… My daughter and son-in-law work for major retail chains and she said they haven’t gotten the not-a-vaccine but she’s been known to lie to me to avoid a discussion so that may or may not be true. I’ve sent her a few articles and then stopped pushing because she doesn’t react well to pressure so maybe they really haven’t.
Getting boosters is big in my crowd because they will totally help if the 300+ pound men/200+ pound women I know get it. Have you met my friend Co-morbidity? I’m not fat-shaming, I have this issue as well but these people act like the not-a-vaccine will totally save them. One woman has said she wants to have lunch with us again in January but everyone must be jabbed for Covid and the flu. That’s not happening in my case so in my opinion, she’s out of luck.

Is it me or does it seem like every single person I know that is testing positive never had Covid before? We are a family of 5, 4 of us got Covid in March 2021. In the last week or so we were near multiple people who have tested positive. Now we have 1 person in the house with Covid…my 13 year old daughter who never had it before. My wife and I and my two sons…all negative.
So weird.

Dr. Malone said a day or so ago (and these were different from tentative numbers he gave about 2 weeks ago) that the Moronic has an R (nought?) of 7 to 10, highest infectiousness ever of the variants (along with weakest lethality).
The numbers he gave a few weeks ago he had said were unexpected, because at the time he said Moronic was actually less infectious than delta – but now the numbers are the opposite, and more in line with what is expected from a virus in nature.
I conclude that there is more data to work with now than there was two weeks ago, and more accuracy of these estimates.

In Brooklyn NY the lines are at least 8 hours of waiting time. I walk by and think if any of them are sick they are spreading it on the line. My sister in law tests her self every two to three days – really crazy – and she is triple jabbed. Her family all triple jabbed all came down with covid a couple of weeks ago (they live upstairs from her) so she is scared. Cancelled our Christmas dinner plans cause she said germs are all over. Wacky! I think it is fear that makes people do the test aside from needing it for work or events. Makes no sense to me. If you have it you have it. Nothing much you can do.

I’m in the south and our neighbor has Covid but couldn’t get tested ANYWHERE. He did an at home test somehow. There seems to be a lot going on. I think getting tested post holiday has become a quagmire. Holiday travel, gatherings, etc always yield an uptick in germ sharing, vaxxed up people are catching and maybe even spreading Omicron, plus people want reassurance they’re ok so they can move about freely. But, but, but…..Some pics – like the mobs in NYC going crazy for tests – look staged. Could some of it be paid foot soldiers making things look worse so as to support the false narrative?

It is mass psychosis. People are simply reacting to the brain washing in Tic Tok, MSM, and government propaganda. It is just a reaction, like scratching an itch, rationality has nothing to do with it. It is the thing to do and everyone else is doing it. Afterwards it gives them a sense of relief because they did as they were told and are now socially acceptable.
I saw my first example when I was in High School. The rumor spread around that the Hells Angles were coming to our High School at a certain time. They were going to attack it and then beat people up, kill and rape and then burn down the school. Everyone including parents and teachers believed it. This was totally irrational because we were no place near California and I doubt the Hell’s Angles even knew we existed or cared. The local police tried to check it out and I am sure found out nothing but still the rumor only grew stronger. The week it was supposed to happen the school became an armed camp, kids had guns in their cars and lockers the faculty and staff were armed. High School rivalries vanished as boys banded together to protect their girl friends, sisters and their friends. ( This was over 50 years ago in a rural area before the school shooting insanity. We all grew up around guns and fully understood firearm safety, unlike certain Hollywood actors.) The time came and went and of course nothing happened and no, there were no accidents with firearms. Later the rumor got out that the state police stopped them at the State Line. I doubt this was true, I think the local police probably put it out to get everyone to relax. Everyone took their weapons home and put them back in the gun cases and life went back to normal. But it is an example of how mass psychosis can effect otherwise rational people.
Thanks for telling that mass psychosis story. If you have lived through it once you recognize the smell. I am old enought to remember the Red Scare and McCarthy’s interrogations. And how it evaporated overnight when Ed Murrow said “Enough!”

Here in Massachusetts the state began handing out free test kits before Thanksgiving. Part of this program including giving them to school children to bring home….
The predictable result: my nephews had to quarantine over Christmas because of “close contact” at school. Couldn’t visit their grandparents over the weekend because of this taurus excretum, despite not testing positive themselves or showing even the slightest signs of symptoms.
So yes, I believe 100% the “home test” campaign is a psychological operation to induce fear and pour pebbles into every shoe, slipper, and sandal possible.
But I also think this: chaos is part of the plan.

– Make holiday travel chaotic and annoying.
-Propose a “voluntary” program called the “Covid Quick-Check” to make testing and travel “easier.”

My adult son in Washington state was granted an accommodation/exemption from the vax by his employer back at the beginning of October. However he is now required to use at-home testing (paid for by the employer) and provide a negative result 3 times per week to be allowed into the building. To date he has amassed 36 negative test results, and counting.
Why not just get an antibody test that shows you have natural immunity and be done with it?

We’ve had a typical big family thanksgiving and Christmas season. Typical colds, flus, and stomach viruses as is expected this time of year with lots of toddlers and kindergarteners. Nobody got tested for nuthin’. Eveyone got better fast. And we all had a wonderful time!
Same here. Several gatherings. A couple of us got sick, some kids got sick, it was a normal winter holiday! We’ve never not gotten together and we aren’t going to stop now.
