Ha, ha, ha… breathe… ha, ha, ha… yer killin’ me.
Lyin’ Ted Cruz, perhaps the most inauthentic intentional stutterer in politics, thinks he’s going to be the Republican presidential nominee in 2024 because he was the runner up in 2016. No, seriously, he does. WATCH:

D’oh. Grandma’s rule.
We don’t need to have another Swampie running ever again.
The only thing I know for sure about 2024, the Deep State will never, ever let Donald John Trump be President ever again.
The White House occupant is moving border jumpers to Swing States. Their names are going on voting rolls and they will vote if needed.
Resistance is futile!
Agreed. I said the same to my daughter on Nov 3, 2020. Donald Trump will never be POTUS ever again. They simply will not allow it.
2 million illegals won’t dent the 125 million minimum that turn out for President Trump. I know die hard dems that regret their vote for Perv. They will turn out for Trump.
They refused to allow it the first time! Remember when Snuffalupagus smirked at Ron Paul and told him on national TV, “You know they will never let you be president”. Ron Paul looked surprised, probably because it was said out loud on TV.
He’s a legend in his own mind.
This guy thinks he’s connected but he’s missed by a million miles
I think Cruz has represented Texas well. We all would prefer that he stay in the Senate and leave President Trump alone while he takes back his office. He sounds a little too confident. I hope he jumps off this idea fast.
Borg Follow-Up: Trump Not Firing On All Cylinders
Not more than 24 hrs ago I warned on this thread about Trump being out of touch on this “vaccine” debacle, so much so that he’s getting very chilly blowback from even hardcore supporters at recent rally events. Well check out this big red-banner headline on this morning’s The Daily Liberty. Next to Citizen Free Press, this is the goto place for MAGA readers every day. Next stop for many like-minded patriots is Andrew Torba’s GAB, Lucianne dot com, and Alex Jones Info Wars. Jones has already expressed concerns on this issue but has yet to really rip on Trump (haven’t checked recently though).
https://thelibertydaily.com/
I believe his ego just cannot let him accept the fact that he (Trump) was used, a tool of the Globalists. Those “vaccines” were in the works for years. It was a “vaccine” in search of a virus. Those bat viruses would never have evolved into what we have today. COVID-19 was engineered so “they” had a reason to make and promote the “vaccine”.
A Borg Deep Thought
Ok, this is a bit of a stretch, even for the brilliant and ever-prescient Borg, but something is nagging away at our little cortical implants for sometime now: what if:
What if Trump decided not to run, who would he endorse in his place? Cruz may have his political baggage, but he’s not part of The Swamp, true he does live next door on the other side of the tracks. Cruz doesn’t roll in the same mud as McConnell, but his shoes tend to get a little too dirty for my tastes, maybe God has helped him see the errors of his past ways.
I look at the list of potential presidential candidates sans Trump and I see few with the gravitas of Cruz. Don’t get me wrong, there are some solid MAGA names out there, like MTG, DeSantis, Gaetz, Gosar and many others, but are they up to the task? More importantly, will any of them be able to raise the insane amount of money needed to run a campaign (Trump can only help so much)? I see only two: DeSantis and Cruz. I doubt Desantis will even consider it (explained all the reasons as to why in an earlier post).
Cruz is not MAGA per se but neither is he a RINO; he’s your typical politician, he’s not Trump but seems to be generally on the MAGA side of most issues of late, at least the major ones.
Cruz may have an opportunity here if Trump decides against running or the MAGA posse starts having problems with Trump’s positions. Trump can only campaign on two things: his past accomplishments and the fact he was cheated out of a second term due to government-sponsored fraud. Past accomplishments are just that — the past. The 2020 election cannot, and will not, be overturned. Yeah, Biden has become a de facto dictator, but criticizing the current regime is simply not enough: you need a plan to get things back on track, you need specifics as to how that’s gonna get done. Trump does a lot of handwaving, sloganeering, happy-talk, paints in big broad strokes, pontificates too much about how wonderful things are going to be. His first 18 months in office was an organizational disaster that should never have happened (read the Steve Bannon endorsed book by Josh Rogan, Chaos Under Heaven)
Trump was naively myopic when it came to foreign policy — everybody was his “friend”, he had these “great relationships” with Lil’ Kim, Xi and Putin. To Trump, everything was always about The Deal; that failed to work in The Swamp and failed even more with China. You can’t deal with tyrants. The man ain’t dumb and I sincerely hope he learned from his failures, but this “vaccine” thing gives me reason to wonder, though.
I find it odd that Cruz would even mention a passing thought at running against Trump, why would he do that at this time? Maybe it was one too many Martinis before an interview, who knows? This guy ain’t dumb either. Everything politicians at this level do is calculated towards some endgame. Does he have some kind of deal with Trump? Does he know something about Trump’s health that we don’t?
He may be what the Washington Generals are to the Globetrotters. Could be a strategy. Give trump good competition and take some of the heat for extreme issues making Trump look better than those extreme right wingers.
Where’s that suspicious cat when you need it?
Cruz is the swamp. He is a Bushie. He talks a good game and then votes for globalism, every time. Just look at his support for TPP in 2016. Spoke against it but voted the way McConnell told him to.
One of the reasons a lot to Treepers supported Trump during the 2016 primary is because Cruz showed his true colors, he is not to be trusted.
What’s wrong with Bushies?!?
Trump got two great so-called Bushies ACB & Kavvy nominated and confirmed to the Supreme Court!!!
These are 2 of the biggest things Trump did in office!!!
Are you really going to turn around and say Trump made a mistake here and here?!?
Now come on now.
Better than Lil Marco.
Well, the Dems will approve of him, and the RINOs, and we are “back to normal business” now that Orange Man Bad is gone, so, I guess he’s as good as any other RINO they approve of. As long as PA has no election reform and uses those cheating machines, I see no point to voting at all. We are living under occupation by a criminal cabal, and it was supported by the entire government and military. And we are supposed to go vote for Ted Cruz like it’s 2012? Why not run Pierre Delecto again? Or Jeb!!!? Same old crew of Uniparty stooges, most of them installed illegally.
I desperately want Cruz to run, win, and be the President he claims he wants to be. Sadly, not gonna happen.
And yeah, Trump will face maximum opposition. I hope he recognizes the errors he made the first time and takes office with a team ready to stablish his administration from Day One. Knowing what that means, I say please, do it.
And if you think it means anything less than burning it all down, you’re wrong. There is no alternative. We must remove the corruption and start anew.
Ted Cruz presidency.
State of Texas. Art.3 Sec.6 of the Texas Constitution states, “Qualifications of Senators. No person shall be a Senator unless he is a citizen.” Ted Cruz was elected to the United States Senate in 2012. He was not a citizen of the United States until May of 2014, 1-1/2 years later.
Senator Cruz has a tendency to remind people of his knowledge of Constitutional law issues, and apparently Immigration and Nationality law, to fool you.
However, Ted Cruz is not described constitutionally as a “natural born citizen” of the United States and now wants to be president of the United States, again. Let us say, Ted Cruz instead of being born in Canada he was born in Russia. Would we accept that? Would this be the new norm? We will be setting a new precedent for the future. The Constitution’s “natural born citizen” allegiance is to this country and no other, the United States of America. There are 175 members in Congress because of their seditious stand against any Jan. 6th Capitol Building Congressional inquiry, the reality being that they would have no problem in support of Ted Cruz or of any president having allegiance to two countries.
