Gaige Grosskreutz was one of the attackers of Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha Wisconsin last year. After giving testimony earlier today attempting to paint himself as a victim of Rittenhouse, the witness/attacker admitted today in during cross examination he was shot only after he threatened Rittenhouse by pointing a gun at him inches away from his head.
While the prosecution hoped Grosskreutz’s sketchy testimony would assist their case, the actual testimony supports the defense claim of Rittenhouse acting in self defense after being attacked by a mob. The crushing admission is below (prompted to 08:10) WATCH:

The prosecution case just collapsed. Rittenhouse, now 18, is charged with homicide and attempted homicide for shooting three people during the Kenosha riots as the mob attacked him. Rittenhouse shot and killed 36-year-old Joseph Rosenbaum, 26-year-old Anthony Huber, and wounded Gaige Grosskreutz. All of the people shot by Rittenhouse were attacking him at the time.
Not only is he admitting it, he is brashly boasting of his actions. He seems to consider himself a hero. I wonder what he knows?

Since the jury is not sequestered, I would expect the Communist propaganda machine to continue to brainwash them as they’ve done for over a year to the local population at least until the jury deliberations begin, likely prior to Thanksgiving.
What was happening at the end of the video? Did they lose a picture?
I thought the Detective on the stand seemed intentionally clueless on most every detail for what has to be the case of his career. He couldn’t even agree with the description of “chasing” but described it as one would for a glossary. I don’t know trial strategy but it seems to me that would have been a good time to put the arresting officer on the spot about the gun pointed at Kyle and make sure that is front and center. He could obfuscate the skateboard warrant as he did but I would have liked to have seen him describe the drawn handgun as a non criminal event on the spot after the witness admitted as much minutes earlier. Maybe I have watched too many TV courtroom dramas but that seemed like the time to throw a haymaker at the State to me.
I found a similar thread throughout the local police officers, as a group, testimony.
They looked sharp, always a pleasure to watch the brainwashing of the attractive men in uniforms, but added little of substance to the prosecution’s case and occasionally helped Kyle out.
That seems to be a thread running throughout the prosecution’s witness list.
Kyle took out two bags of garbage in the course of helping deal with a dumpster on fire being pushed toward the gas station. Rioter Grosskreutz is so lucky Kyle didn’t double tap him.

It remains to be seen how many got on the jury. Wicked fast jury selection, compared to most high profile homicide cases, so confidence is high that a number are on there just waiting to be activated.
Can a hung jury benefit the Communist narrative? It would drag out the trial and possibly signal the feds to indict and arrest Kyle on federal charges, further depleting his resources and worst case putting him back into custody. Don’t forget the Jan 6 prisoners in ‘custody’. That the reality of the Communist. They live among us.
Here’s what i still don’t understand, why wasn’t Grosskreutz also charged? He was participating in a riot, he was carrying what I would guess is an unlicensed firearm, he threatened and aimed said unlicensed firearm at a person with intent to do gravis harm yet he smuggly sits there as a witness rather than a defendant.
His testimony was bought.

Oh sorry, hes not a felon, it was knocked down to a misdemeanor conviction for intoxicated use of a firearm.
People died in the riot so Grosskreutz can be charged with murder.

Check the face and eyes of the court reporter, the blond woman whose face is at the bottom of the screen. At about 5:05 her eyes bulge demonstrably and she stares with a “WTF” penetrating stare at the prosecutor, who has his head on the desk.
Yeah, how is she houng to transcribe THAT to not be THAT?

I suspect the judge will resist the urge to declare a directed verdict of not guilty on the murder and attempted murder charges and will allow the jury to find Rittenhouse not guilty on those.
But there is sufficient evidence that Rittenhouse may be found guilty of being a minor in possession of a long gun.
Anyone catch the look on that woman’s face when he said “correct?” She tried not to show it, but she was shocked.
We have to acknowledge low paid prosecutors use high visibility cases to further their careers in private practice in the future.
There is literally no downside to prosecuting a public trial of a known innocent.
It was apparent with the videos and the prosecution witnesses have further revealed this should never have gone to Court.
Kyle should have a remedy here.
ABC on Good Morning America played the clip which preceded the defense lawyer nailing this witness…..we all need to wake up and realize that democracy dies when we don’t have a free and IMPARTIAL press……
Our country has never really had a completely impartial press. Since the beginning different groups have published rags proclaiming their own opinions and to try and sway others. Unfortunately currently only certain chosen groups get these freedoms of the press rather than all citizens as the founders intended. That is what needs to change.
Of course the jury has to live in Kenosha or surrounding areas. It is obvious self defense but the residents do not want any more rioting and looting. This case should be dismissed immediately.
I hope I have the highly effective gun control, as displayed by young Mr. Rittenhouse if something like this happens to me.
This slid down the page but the defense is putting on their case now and one grandma who was at the events and testified has earned the name of “Grambo”, that’s how impressive her testimony and especially resistance to Binger’s cross-examination was. She’s trending now.
It was like Binger was putting her on trial as a proxy of Kyle’s and she wasn’t having any of it. Epic stuff.

The prosecutor is coming across as a prissy turd. Wearing snazzy shirts and ties with a tie pin. He keeps parading guns through the court trying to scare everyone. Meanwhile insisting that grown men are mere “protesters” — even as witness after witness describes they were throwing bricks and rocks and lighting dumpsters on fire, while screaming the N word (did I mention these grown men are white?) and bragging about going to jail. The prosecutor dismisses “damage to property” as if the jurors won’t make connection that those are the livelihoods of their neighbors he’s poo-pooing.
This prosecution epitomizes the arrogance and disconnect of the spritzer-swilling elitist left. I’m from CA, and even I can see that. This jury would have to all be koolaid drinking MSNBC crowd not to see what’s going on here. It’s possible they are. But more likely, this will be another pearl-clutching verdict for our betters who are sure most of the country are terrorists.
Who is the blonde woman shown in the video in front of the witness while he testifies? Watch her facial reaction when he admits Kyle did not shoot until he pointed his gun at him. She looks very surprised and concerned at this testimony? Is she on the side of the defense, the prosecution, or a court employee? Obviously, this was not what she was expecting to hear.
