In Q8, there is a question regarding GINA. The EEOC includes the mRNA spike vaxxx as a “vaccine”–which it is not. It alters your DNA–which may violate the GINA. Employers who fire their employees based on their refusal to alter their DNA for a “virus” that has a 99.9% survival rate at any age, may be liable.

They may be theoretically liable, but the time to use this information is BEFORE getting a vaxx, while demanding written undertaking of the employer to compensate in all ways for a vaxx injury as a condition of having to take it. Or to try to scare them sufficiently to get out of it.
Do you have any idea how difficult it is to prove medical injury this way, especially when there are sparse and incomplete official records? Ask a medmal lawyer sometime. They take only 10% of cases, turn away many. (Not to mention, being made “whole” via money is not always possible, depending on what the injury is.)

There is no condition in there about “before” the Vax.
As far as difficulty goes, I would think by this time there is enough genetic based evidential data to support the allegation of genetic discrimination on the part of an employer towards an un vaccinated individual.
I think the difficulty is probably with lawyers who are unwilling to address the data because they’re intimidated by the terminology that surrounds the virus, to say nothing of the knee buckling fight they know they would face with the Feds and pharma alike.
I think what OC is saying is that it will be all but impossible for someone at this stage to PROVE their injury came from the Notavax.

I’m going to be straight up with you all: I’m pretty sure I’m inside George Carlin’s “club” (though, not an apex member myself) and I’ve figured out how it all works to produce the overwhelming societal changes we see happen seemingly all at once and so radically.
My outfit gets insane amounts of government contracts in all areas , at all levels. This is continual and steady huge revenue and profit (I mean decades and decades of continuity and crazy sums of money).
The gov gives the business out to us (and the other two/three outfits exactly like us) and I believe then expects in understanding that we then will basically push/force through to all our non-governmental clients, which is basically the C suite of every single big/important/ known company in the world, all the types of social and other key socio-economic -political goals the long-term government deep state has.
Thus, my outfit is then the driving force behind what fads, culture (hard left company identity turns, policies), rules, policies get adopted by almost every single major corporation.
It took me a bit to observe the dynamics and make the connections, but now I’m pretty certain( it all became so clear in my head recently after listening to one company leader give a talk on something) our clients are not the ones in charge at all, on any impactful level, really. We are, and they do what we say. And the government trades dollars in the form of government business for our ability to affect this change across the business world.
This may be old news to some but I honestly didn’t know until I got in the door myself; then it all made so much sense.
The same argument could be made for not reporting injuries from truck collisions, due to sleep deprivation.
DOL, DOT, and OSHA, could cite the importance of expediting goods to market to justify expanding duty time for truckers.

They are forced to compensate fed employees if they are getting this Notavax because it is now a condition of their employment. Because it IS a condition of employment, they have to offer this, as well as official time to go get the vax. Prior to the mandate, that was not required.
If the employee goes to the Notavax site to get the shot, slips and falls and gets hurt, they can be compensated for that injury as a workplace injury because getting the shot is required to stay employed.
Getting compensated for an injury RESULTING FROM the Notavax is a completely different story. I suspect ANYONE claiming an injury from getting the shot will fight for the rest of their lives to prove it, and it will never be admitted to. ANY admittance of injury would open the flood gates for everyone. They WILL NOT do that.

I also expressed my belief that after decades of believing that OSHA had my back, I find that they are stabbing me in the back. She was very silent. I asked her if indeed they were recording the call, and she confirmed. I told her that she is working for a weaponized and corrupt organization. I then ended the call.

I am a few-years-retired engineer and wonder how anyone trained in critical thinking and root cause analysis can ignore what is really happening around them. In my last few years working I saw a growing increase in “cognitive dissonance” among the best and brightest programmers we were hiring from US and European schools. Troubling.

Just because OSHA says they “won’t enforce” these rules *now* doesn’t mean that OSHA in the future under a different admin might make the same decision. Meaning you better keep the records because when we take back DC we are going to require them and if you don’t have them we’ll fine you to oblivion. Your shareholders may wake up and find they don’t own your companies anymore! Because, remember, the CFR says you have to do it, it doesn’t matter if one Administration declares they won’t enforce…another one can and you won’t be able to use the Courts to prevent it. The CFR clearly states what is required.
Anyone who has been around certain workplaces for any length of time knows what OSHA requirements are, right down to having specific posters in a prominent place in the workplace, to include accident/injury reporting, and an OSHA 300 log.
Many OSHA requirements are geared towards employee reporting, with company management required to follow up and document the reporting, investigation, and what the company did to mitigate further injuries.
What is OSHA going to do when thousands are forced to get this jab and employees start filing reports?
ANY employee forced to get the jab needs to make them live by their rules. File the reports, demand follow-up and demand to know what OSHA is doing to prevent further injury.

Seems like a repeat of the way the election cases were handled, SCOTUS side-stepping the issue. There’s no EO or OSHA mandate so no one has been injured by federal action and there are other means of redress besides SCOTUS, but the door is open if/when things change.

They enact illegal actions & above all, have no remorse for any damage, including death, that they contribute to.
My only dealing with OSHA involved the exposure to radioactive implants to staff & patients in an ICU.
Despite measuring the transmission of the radioactive implants to other patients’ cubicles, there were no warnings for patients or visitors. The majority of patients were not cancer patients, but women, some pregnant, young children, men.
Staff was refused lead “pigs” & tongs to dispose of dislodged seeds & rods. Suctioned or fallen
radioactive materials were disposed of in the toilets.
We had no aprons or badges.
In response to a complaint by staff to OSHA, a representative came to ICU with oncologist responsible, & never spoke to staff. We learned who he was from administration after he left.
