Earlier today, during a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing on the Arizona vote outcome, representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) questioned Maricopa County officials about their deletion of 2020 election data in order to avoid a state senate subpoena for election records.
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers and the boards vice chairman, Bill Gates, admitted they intentionally deleted election data to route it onto an archive file. The archives of the county records were not subpoenaed, that way the county could avoid sending the full 2020 election data to the auditors.

“We didn’t delete what was on the hard drives we deleted the archive.” Uh, the archive is probably the data moved into an archive folder. So, they did delete the data! “We gave them the data because of the subpoena, but we did not give them the archive (because they didn’t specifically as for ‘the archive’).” Yet, the subpeona asked for EVERYTHING related to the election.

You realize of course that this group of Maricopa County Board of Supervisors never touched the voting machines. This would mean that the Dominion employees moved or deleted the election data at the direction of the County Board of Supervisors.

If the data was within the scope of the subpoena when it was served, then deleting that data and moving to a place that is outside the subpoena scope FOR THE EXPRESS PURPOSE of not producing it is an ethical breach of the highest import for the lawyers involved, and the answer to the subpoena is an intentional false statement under oath.

Somehow… the subpoena was written in a way that a crew if lawyers discovered some loophole. Now, it would need to be litigated to prove the election board and their lawyers wrong… but that litigation could take years.

Once the state subpoena was issued to Maricopa County for the election records anyone deliberately deleting the election data or “removing” the election data via transfer to an offsite archive is guilty of criminal obstruction of justice and can be prosecuted by the Arizona Attorney General or the United States Attorney. The Democrats has 40 FBI Agents and 20 federal prosecutors spend 3 years investigating President Trump for a crime that never even happened and here we a crime that was committed by elected officials in Maricopa County that no one in Arizona law enforcement is investigating. There is ample proof of criminal intent. Someone wrote and ran a script that was intended to overwrite the circular log buffer which would have recorded the deletions. There was no legitimate reason to do this: it was an express attempt to conceal what the perpetrator knew was a criminal act. There are several felonies committed here.
Unfortunately for these people, the Ninjas knew more about Microsoft Windows than they did. They were able to identify that the files were deleted, that they were indeed the evidence being sought, and when this happened, and even who did it. I do not know if they were able to “un-delete them.” But basically the crooks were caught red-handed.
Why haven’t these people been arrested yet? This is classic evidence tampering. If the Arizona AG does nothing, he should be impeached.
