Earlier today, during a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing on the Arizona vote outcome, representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) questioned Maricopa County officials about their deletion of 2020 election data in order to avoid a state senate subpoena for election records.
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers and the boards vice chairman, Bill Gates, admitted they intentionally deleted election data to route it onto an archive file. The archives of the county records were not subpoenaed, that way the county could avoid sending the full 2020 election data to the auditors.

Besides NO ONE would remove the military in the dead of night abandoning our AF base. .. before at least safely removing US citizens from Afghanistan, let alone all the Afghans who helped us for 20 years.
This wasn’t rocket science. No one is this stupid. It was clearly deliberate to destroy the US’s ability to be TRUSTED by any country in the future. Our word is shot to hell.

The way I look at it, the distinction between ignorance and deliberate acts becomes less relevant the higher the level of responsibility.

Please remember that when there is an official “investigation” the purpose is NOT to expose criminal activity. The true intent of a thorough investigation is to catalog exactly what information is available and confirm the players involved. At the conclusion of the investigation those players with inside connections will be protected. Those that are expendable, or low hanging fruit, will have it explained to them their compensation package, and the sh!t they’re in if they don’t take one for the team. An investigation is thorough, in that anything that is to be hidden from the public will be lost to us forever.
If one watched the video…they DID subpoena ALL ELECTION RELATED MATERIALS…the county officials after the subpoena moved the data to archive and didn’t provide it to the auditors.

If you listened carefully you would have heard that the AZ Senate/Auditors subpoenaed all data from the 2020 election. This was quickly glossed over.
I would like to know why Congressman Biggs did not put on record that all election data has to be saved for 22 Months. That is federal law I believe.
Because most of our elected representatives are incompetent as is Biggs – I suspect the board members’ answer would have been that they complied with the law by archiving it and therefore it was saved.
If you listened carefully toward the end, both Biggs and Bennett indicated that they read the subpeana more broadly than the Board of Supervisors who willfully and knowingly hid and destroyed requested evidence.
I hope the AZ AG has handcuffs waiting for them since they just admitted obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence.
Democrats use that tactic often. Ex: “I didn’t have sex with that girl”. It’s all in the interpretation and they know how to use language salad. Ex: Vaccine is approved. Yes for emergency use. Full FDA approval hasn’t happened and data won’t be compiled for a few more years. Never believe a Democrat.
Did you not listen? The subpoena specifically said “all election related material”. It is a crime to delete any documents that “could potentially fall within the subpoena”.
Mr Biggs pointed out that they are lying and that there is previous election data remaining on the servers (prior to 2020) and they could not answer as to why that data wasn’t treated the same (removed from servers onto another storage base) as the 2020 election data was treated. Mr Biggs was ready and made them look ridiculous. They thought they could get away with claiming the subpoena for everything on the server didn’t mean their data storage. Well, well….
Question here is where are the referrals for criminal prosecution?
NOTHING from the 2020 elections should have been archived. All election materials must be saved for 22 months. What these supervisors are saying is that they violated the spirit of the subpoena, which is still a violation of Rule 45 – Subpoena, Ariz. R. Civ. P. 45, Sec. 5.c.2.B
(B)Form for Electronically Stored Information Not Specified. If a subpoena does not specify a form for producing electronically stored information, the person responding may produce it in native form or in another reasonably usable form that will enable the receiving party to have the same ability to access, search, and display the information as the responding person.

Why is there no contempt of court charges, tampering with election data, altering election data, and refusal to comply with court ordered subpoena. the list of charges can go on and on, yet (CRICKETS) not a single thing, as usual nothing will come from this. AGAIN!
