Nancy Pelosi and the House Democrats are attempting to change the OSHA fines within the section of labor law that applies directly to the mandatory COVID vaccine. The scale of the fines is massive against any business that does not comply with the anticipated OSHA rule which is yet unannounced; and they are attempting to slip the OSHA change into the massive $3.5 trillion infrastructure bill.
If this OSHA change becomes law, the Biden administration will force American businesses to choose between vaccinating their employees, testing them weekly for Covid-19, or going bankrupt under crippling OSHA fines.
(Forbes) […] Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s House quietly tucked an enforcement mechanism into their $3.5 trillion “reconciliation” bill, passed it out of the Budget Committee, and sent it to the House floor.
Buried on page 168 of the House Democrats’ 2,465-page mega bill is a tenfold increase in fines for employers that “willfully,” “repeatedly,” or even seriously violate a section of labor law that deals with hazards, death, or serious physical harm to their employees.
The increased fines on employers could run as high as $70,000 for serious infractions, and $700,000 for willful or repeated violations—almost three-quarters of a million dollars for each fine. If enacted into law, vax enforcement could bankrupt non-compliant companies even more quickly than the $14,000 OSHA fine anticipated under Biden’s announced mandate. (read more for details)

Things are dire for the economic outlook due to this government overreach. This is such basic stuff it confirms in my mind this is a maliciously designed destruction of America. Prepare yourself.

Well he proceeds to tell me about a new rule they want to pass, the IRS. If you have a checking ,CC,etc and spend over 600 a month, they want a record of all purchases from said accounts sent to them. He says they[all CU] are fighting it. With this info on this OSHA thing, they probably got it stuffed in there too. Also the Parliamentarian who stopped the DACA being passed in this bill, they are twisting her arm to let it go.

I work for a large federal contractor with ties to all levels of government. My CEO told us in a company-wide meeting this week that not only would we be required to take the “vaccine” to keep our jobs, but that we would be required to take any and all boosters and that we should expect at a minimum to be taking annual COVID vaccine shots. This is never going to end – they don’t want it too.

If your employer is requiring you to wear masks to protect you while at work, well then, they just exposed themselves to OSHA regulations and requirements. If your employer requires you to wear personal protective equipment, aka PPE, to protect you from a work place hazard (the virus) then they are required by law to have available and provide to you the MANUFACTURER’S nomenclature that declares the device protects you from that hazard.
If you are required to wear face coverings start asking them to provide you the proper nomenclature. And if they can’t, they are legally required to supply you with the proper equipment. Hold them to account and then turn them in when they can’t.
IDK why this hasn’t been done yet. I would do it for my employer but they give us an option to work from home.

The problem lies in the scapegoat, the CDC recommendations. The CDC recommends wearing a a face covering to “slow” the spread, “reduce” the risk, nothing says stop transmission of the virus.
OSHA is just following CDC recommendations and employers are just following CDC and OSHA guidelines.

It does not absolve your employer’s legally mandated responsibility to comply with regulation (law). One is a recommendation while the other is the law.
I’ve worked as a person who was responsible to ensure the company I worked for at the time complied with OSHA regulations.
It is why I said- if your employer REQUIRES to wear PPE to protect you from a hazard in the workplace, then they are required to adhere to the OSHA regulations that provide oversight regarding PPE. This is to ensure your employer is providing adequate PPE for the hazard they are trying to protect you from. The law specifically states MANUFACTURER nomenclature- this is to ensure you are protected while also protecting those PPE manufacturers from frivolous lawsuits claiming their device was inadequate.
Following OSHA reg are required, it’s the law. CDC not the law. Not at all.

Rather what they will find is either nothing (gators and cloth coverings) or nomenclature that specifically says”does not protect against the spread of viruses” as you will with N95’s. In fact, some mfg’s put that on the cover of the N95 mask.
And, they are responsible for supplying the masks that work per the mfg’s nomenclature.
The same with the Jab, where is the data that says it works? They don’t have it. Your example needs to be spread far and wide.

By the time these OSHA changes get formalized and put into effect won’t this Delta variant have burned itself out already? Its curve is already on its downside. I haven’t heard much from that Mu variant either lately so I don’t see the justification in the mandated vax even if it were about health.

It is long past time for the Federal Court in Alabama to make its ruling – that there is no bona fide “medical emergency,” and that the “emergency use authorization” under which this potion is being distributed is unlawful.
The “emergency” immunity from legal liability must also be done away with. If your potions harm or kill someone, you are responsible.
These potions were never tested for safety and efficacy, and it is now readily apparent that they are neither. “Big Pharma” has already made hundreds of billions of dollars in profits from this worthless stuff, and if they could impose government coercion in place of “informed consent” it would easily become trillions.
