Parents need to be very involved. Unfortunately, the level of parental involvement drops when kids are in High School. At one of the Illinois high schools my friend works, a large number of teachers from the English dept. were in the moronic No Kings rallies, yet no parents pulled their kids from these teachers’ classrooms.

My mother was in a small memory care facility for the last five years of her life. Initially, the staff was kind and competent but when a larger corporation bought the place, the quality of the care and the staff dropped dramatically. Started hiring many more foreigners, including, at one point, an African male who spoke almost no English. I visited on a regular basis – at least three or four times a week and when I saw bruises on my mother’s wrist, I exploded!! Talked to a few of the original staff, who had stayed thru the merger. They said he had groped a couple of staff members and manhandled residents. Went straight to the management and said, “fire him now or my next call is to the police”. They did but I have no doubt that he just got hired somewhere else…their culture is not the same as ours and we need to stop pretending otherwise!!

I didn’t research this thoroughly but as I understand it the truce was crucial for President Trump to bypass the 60-day time limit before the legal requirement for Congress to approve an armed conflict kicks in. The time clock gets reset after the truce. Someone else may have more specifics on this.

She is adding so many Taxes, a Food and Beverage Tax, Digital Services Tax, Utilities Tax, and more. It has lost its Energy, Vitality, and Strength. People are leaving that would never have even thought of doing so!
New companies that signed to come into the Commonwealth under Governor Youngkin are now looking for ways to get out — Break their Deal. It all happened so fast! This went from a thriving and powerful place, one envied by all, to a Commonwealth run by a person who has no concept of Low Taxes and Economic Strength.
People that voted for Spanberger are saying to themselves, “Why did I do that, what have I done?”
We have a similar situation in New York and, most of all, in California, where Rich, Job Producing people and companies are being forced to FLEE at levels never seen before. The Tax Base in California is literally disappearing, as some of the richest people and companies in the World have no choice but to leave. They want to put on a Wealth Tax, which gives them absolutely no alternative — As President of the United States, I am embarrassed to watch the Destruction of once Great and Thriving States!

I am not in favor of expelling anyone from congress over “allegations” of anything. Allegations can be wrong or simple political weapons.
Let the voters decide if there are ethical or moral issues involved; let the legal process determine if there are crimes with lawful judgements and convictions.
However, there is likely real evidence that exists if the dems are throwing him under the bus this hard and fast.

Swalwell was one of 206 Democrats who voted to expel Santos. Oh, the irony.
I’m predicting that the vote to expel him from Congress will fail because Democrats will all vote in lockstep to keep him, and the usual RINOs will be enough to do the deed.
106 Republicans voted to expel Santos from Congress. Let’s see how many of those 106 vote to expel Swalwell. Any who don’t should be immediately primaried because they are Democrats running as Republicans.
