Parents and residents of Loudon County, Virginia, confronted the administration of the School Board today and things quickly escalated. As parents spoke out against Critical Race Theory the board voted to stop public comment. After the board shut down public comments the Board Superintendent then declared the meeting was an unlawful assembly and had the Sheriff’s department begin making arrests.

It would have been better for our kids’ education (and maturity) to watch quality lecture series about European history (The wonderful series “The Western Tradition” with UCLA Prof. Eugen Weber) and WWII with the award-winning documentary from NBC (1952) “Victory at Sea”. (It was written by Lt. Commander Henry Saloman USN who was the lead researcher for Rear Adm. (and legendary Harvard history professor) Samuel Eliot Morison for his 15-volume history of the USN in WWII), narrated by Leonard Graves, and with incredible music by Richard Rogers). Students would have been able to pass the AP in European and American history with ease if they watched those shows….and would have been proud of their ancestors and their achievements….and proud to be American.
I wish I had the access to all the documentaries and conceptual animation lectures these kids have now at their fingertips when I was young. You had to plan to watch these on PBS or learn to videotape them. They would have helped my calculus and physics grades for sure!

It’s not just equal with Floyd but how many other videos of police officers, in situations actually defending themselves- unlike the Floyd incident, are arrested for murder, charged, found guilty and jailed? I have seen many. Many videos where officers are attacked or about to be attacked by an armed black man who is then shot by the officer. That officer is charged and put on display in public- name, address, and all that goes with it.
Yet, not a damn thing to the officer who murdered Babbitt.
I believe This is why they are after the “Oath Keepers” from Jan. 6th. The “Oath Keepers” are the organization that would most likely persuade PO’s and military to adhere to the Constitution. Hey there sport. I have had multiple interactions with LEO’s over my life. I have never been arrested, visited jail once to help an employee, but have been the victim of several thefts, both personally as well as my business.
The Police in every single instance had no problem showing up and writing a report. Nothing past that, even when I did the work of tracking down the perpetrator. NOTHING EVER DONE! I don’t bother calling them anymore. Friggen useless Narcan administrators.
Here are a few milder stories. I have many that are worse.
One time we found the DRIVERS LICENSE of one of the thief’s at my industrial site. No reason for this lady to be any where near there. 40 miles to the nearest town. Several thousands of dollars worth of damage. We do not insure the oilfield equipment for various reasons. The State Cop literally takes the license, finds out where this lady works, and drives 40 miles to return her license. No arrest, no questions, nothing. Would not even return our calls. Just a big FU.
How about the Local Police Chief that was run out of his last town for operating a porn store on the side. Of course our idiot city leaders hire the dude. Everything swept under the rug after it was found that his right hand gal, (that somehow rocketed up the ranks), was
screwingsleeping with said Chief while running any decent cops in the department out, due to her penis envy or something.Oh wait, how about our local city IT people had to do a complete delete and reset of the City computer system 10 years ago because of the massive amounts of porn on the police servers. My wife had a great friend who was new to the last town we lived in. This lady was one of the neatest kindest, warmest, most patriotic people you would meet. Major LEO and Law supporter. She also happened to be drop dead gorgeous. I don’t mean pretty, I mean even dressed down she turned everyone’s head. Well she ended up having to leave town because frequently she would get pulled over, to get propositioned by another Cop. She reported the harassment and nothing happened. I am pretty sure that 3/4 of the departments married officers made a pass at her. She had to move because of it.
I have dozens more, but with my personal experience and what we have ALL witnessed over the last few years nationally, the whole GROUP needs to be ridiculed for either wrong doing, laziness, apathy, outright criminality, or for NOT SAYING A DAMN THING.

And, by the way, one of our County Supervisors got national attention because she gave the finger to President Trump’s motorcade as it was leaving Trump golf course. The left are worshipped for giving the finger, while the right is demonized for applauding speakers at a public meeting.

My son is a police officer. I know a bunch of police. They are good family people. You have no idea what they are grappling with. My son has 5 kids, one is disabled. He is trying to find another job because the one he loves is turning into a minefield.
Trying is not good enough. Many of us normal folks had to make and take serious financial costs because of this government over reach. Every single police and sheriff’s officer needs to make a choice now. Either they are with Americans or they are with Gloablists.

Loudon County is in the DC metroplex. I’m sure this is not happening in western Virginia. How many of these folks voted for these board members? How many of these folks voted for the resident? How many of these folks work in the DC area in some federal capacity with a 6 figure salary or nearly so? How many of these people have voted for this for decades?

I don’t think people saying things the Superintendent of Schools doesn’t like actually qualifies as an “unlawful assembly.” I also doubt that the county Sheriff deputies are supposed to be acting as the Superintendent’ personal enforcers either. The solution of course is lawsuits against the County, the School Board, the Superintendent, the Sheriff’s Department, the Sheriff, and the deputies who made the unlawful arrests. We can only hope they can’t claim qualified immunity.

I am going to disagree. This is our money put to waste on a toxic theory. I have wondered, though, if parents across this nation can sue to take their tax dollars elsewhere if the district would incorporate CRT. I think CRT needs to go to the Supreme Court. 1983 is the section under which you sue them individually. You sue that officer personally. You sue his boss by name and you sue each named county supervisor who acted here. Under 1983 your lawyer will get paid by Loudon County . It’s on tape. You will succeed. Everyone should familiarize themselves with this. It’s the civil rights act of 1964 used whenever civil rights are violated. This is how you stop their overreach.

The Warsaw, IL School District has officially decided to defy Illinois Governor Pritzker’s school mask mandate and rules for quarantining healthy individuals.
They will also not discriminate against individuals on the basis of their vaccination status.

It’s ridiculous, onerous, and pointless to require masks and social distancing in schools and daycares especially since children are at low risk to covid-19 and are at low risk of transmitting it to adults.
Any adult school or daycare worker who is concerned about catching covid-19 has had ample opportunity to get vaccinated and should have nothing to fear from unmasked children.
Make your local school board clearly aware that you oppose these mandates and expect the school board to not abide by them.
School boards need to recognize that they only answer to the voters of their district. They are professionally obliged to represent the majority will of their constituents.
School boards do not have any right to implement inappropriate, onerous, and detrimental policies such as mask mandates, critical race theory, and radical sex education over the will of their constituents.
This holds true even if those policies were mandated by the state or federal governments.
Parents, and even local school district residents who are not parents, have every right to hold their school boards responsible and ensure that they don’t pass detrimental policies against the will of their constituents.
