Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward gives an update on the ongoing Maricopa County ballot audit. As Ms. Ward notes, the Democrats and federal Dept. of Justice are attempting to intervene in the audit at the same time the Maricopa election officials are admitting they did not have custody of the equipment used to count ballots.
Things are starting to look very sketchy about the former vote in Arizona. According to Ramsland, private companies are administratively running ALL the state elections… top to bottom. The States handed over full administrative control to Dominion, ES&S, Smartmatic, etc.

Spot on. Send email to ALL your state representatives today demanding to know why the support election fraud in the guise of vote tabulating machines that can change tallies. They say they don’t? What legislation do they support that cancels these machines?

We have 2 different issues. Election Fraud and Voter Fraud.
It looks like ballot stuffing is likely still the bigger play. Dr. Frank’s mathematical analysis suggests that there are about 200K phantom ballots in Maricopa County. It’s harder to tell because this county is unique in that it doesn’t track the number of ballots sent out, only the number returned. However, using a different county’s data, he is able to see what formula they used in AZ.
Part of the audit is door-door canvassing to ask registered voters if they voted, what method (mail in or in person), and how many ballots they received. This is one of the activities the DOJ is trying to figure out how to stop. Radio ads have been running here warning people not to answer their doors when the “intimidating” canvassers knock. I wonder why they’re so scared of the canvassing?
Voter fraud is the distraction and never is enough to really move the needle; broad Election Fraud is what put Biden in the WH.

The reason complex elections are a quote/unquote “problem” is because complex elections aren’t actually a problem if you have reasonably good solutions to begin with. Watch the Frank video linked below… he says he went all the way back to the 1990 election and the voting registration vs. turnout vs. population was all more random than not, as expected… and then he says he first started noticing the fake, “correlated” voting behavior starting around 2000.

An oddity: In Maricopa County, Wednesday night, May 5th, at about 9 pm, I saw a line (almost a perfect line) of about 15 lights- I presume from planes (?) heading North and higher at a fast clip. There was no sound which is odd because where I live sound echoes and you hear every little helicopter or private plane. Any one have any idea what this was? I thought maybe it was some National Guard formation or something.

Three years after I moved in her name mysteriously appeared on my town census document. I then spent several more years contesting that in person, while the local bureaucracy swore she wasn’t actually voting.
I can’t be certain I stopped them from using her name in 2020, but I do know I got her name off ahead of that.

Now if they were managing their own domain, I would imagine the server(s) may have some sort of logs for incoming and outgoing connections to the local network. Maintained at least for the short term for cybersecurity practices.
Kind of like metadata from phone calls. Source/destination IP and/or MAC addresses, port number, duration, and the date and time.
I am only guessing on how seriously they would have managed the security of their network.

I live in a state where the Judicial, executive and legislative branches are in the hand or hard leftists. If my state system has been rigged, who would have the power, access, resources and motive to expose it? Every arm of state Government would be apathetic at best, and even the conservative talk media types are unwilling to entertain any challenges to the validity of the current system. Our state unemployment office got scammed out of millions during the pandemic, the head of the agency now works for Biden, yet our all mail elections system? Of course it’s infallible.
If you are in shaky red or purple state and you see the lock they system has in a blue state, and they can do it to the freaking President, you’d have to be a virtuous person indeed to walk away from that kind of power.

As a JD, I can’t comprehend how a post-election audit interferes with or intimidates voters, who cast their ballots long ago. Simply making an inquiry to determine whether a “phantom” voter used someone’s address is not a form of intimidation. In any event, one could make the contrary argument: that having one’s vote diluted by a non-existent illegal vote from a false address is a far greater violation of voters’ rights.
Legally, I don’t see where DOJ is going with this; hopefully nowhere.

So basically the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors forgot to have the routers and other network gear wiped clean (with a cloth). They’ve got to come up with money to pay Dominion or another IT company to wipe the routers (and the upstream routers – lol), but that information can’t be public, there can be no paper trail for that illegal action, so they’re scrambling. They are buying time. One thing you gotta love about the Internet, it’s one big connected hot mess, and leaves footprints (all the way to China).
In order to wipe the upstream routers of the particularly incriminating evidence is next to impossible because they don’t own that gear, it’s shared infrastructure that sits all over the world (thanks distributed computing!), and those routers roll out logs on the regular to distributed server databases (ya know, for redundancy and disaster recovery purposes). Oh my, they are in a pickle aren’t they? I am enjoying this.

No, paper ballots are not as modern, no the results won’t be as fast, yes, it’s easier to determine fraud. Electronics are good only so far due to its vulnerability. Every election will require EXTREME levels of procedural and operational oversight. Voter ID, of course; pre-checking of physical ballots; unconstrained, effective observation of ballot processing/counting; locked-down and verifiable audit trails at all levels; enforced chain-of-custody; standardized and open post-election audits , including canvassing within whatever compliance parameters are required by law; full reviews of voter rolls with required pre-election updates, formally reviewed and certified, etc.
Paper alone is not enough… that’s how bad the cheating is. IMO.
