I heard that there was a very close call, serious attempt on PDJTs life the weekend before last. We did the right thing– we waited for justice the proper, constitutional way– the Rule of Law way — the DOJ– and trusted, I DID, that truth and justice would win in the end bc we are a nation of justice…. but really, we are not.

I heard Guiliani interviewed an hour ago. He said Trump leaving is obeying the law (words to that affect). He was asked about a 3rd party. He said equivocally… no. He is a Republican and he wants to fix our party.. and get the bad ones out.
Guiliani did NOT mention, but was not asked either, about our corrupt election systems. To me, this is critical. Without real elections, parties, voting are pointless.
All on the left that I know … said many times that there was no fraud, that biden won, that every court case brought by Trump was tossed out … that Trump is a liar, that he lied to you and u fell for it, that Rudy is crazy and a criminal/unethical man… same for Powell, Wood, everyone representing Trump… were the liars… and EVENTS have proven THEM right. I had one of those weird nightmares two nights ago. I was sleeping and woke up (in the dream) to see I dark, hunched over shape moving stealthily from the doorway into my room. I looked, and it was Rudy Giuliani. I started yelling “GET OUT NOW, YOU CLOWN!”. And whaddya know? He turned around and slunk out. And I woke up for real, gasping for breath.
I don’t think Rudy is crazy, but I do think he’s a bit of a grifter who never meant to win this thing through the legal system. I think it was for show. Had it been serious, Rudy would not have been leading the charge.

It’s not party that we need. We need candidates. Our trouble is that we all have jobs and things to do, are not power-mad, and feel remorse about dishonesty. Those are great and I’m not suggesting we should change those.
But we need legally and politically trained people who are selected for the jobs. We need to identify and approach promising candidates proactively and stop waiting for them to self-identify. Ditto for every related profession: lawyers, judges, district attorneys. We need to identify non-woke institutions and support them, especially in education. We need to identify or create non-woke competitors to the businesses who conspire to advance progressive politics. And we need to train people in debate and making points. We keep getting mopped up by the wokesters because they can produce platitudes that totally work on non-discerning minds. All these can be done without a “party”.
Think of political office as Mike Rowe thinks of cleaning out a sewer or septic tank. It’s a dirty job but somebody has to do it.

Our captain wasn’t just sir lifted out! President Trump did exactly what he said he would do, he drained the swamp. All the water is out of the swamp and every one of the swamp creatures is exposed. They are relishing in their “freedom” from the cover of swamp water, temporarily, but they will soon know that they can’t discount 74,000,000+ patriots that have had the blinders removed.
It is up to us to continue the removal of swamp creatures, now. I have drained a real swamp, in the Mississippi Delta, and the analogy is spot on accurate. I understand how you feel, tangled. If I might say, I’ve seen long lists of his accomplishments, however, to me, there were two things he did that mattered more than anything else: 1) No new wars, and many troops brought home. 2) He drew back the curtain and showed us how things really stand.
Even the libbiest member of my family says this.
Many of these “accomplishments” will be rolled back over the coming days and weeks as executive orders are rapidly rolled out. These same EO’s, if challenged in court, will get the same treatment the concerns over election laws being unconstitutionally violated received. The challenges will be dismissed by a complicit judiciary.
Not sure I see anything different in the “drained swamp” that I didn’t see before. Just smells worse than ever.

Personally, i don’t have it in me anymore. I have run for office before, and will not do it again. I’m a lousy candidate – I don’t tell people what they want to hear, I answer their questions directly. I found everything about the political process untenable, from the “candidate school” they provided us, to the absurdity of campaigning. I also am so cynical and disbelieving at this point that I won’t support any candidate – I believe you have to be corrupt to run for office and be successful, and I won’t either support or participate in it anymore.

Weird because Donald Trump was and always has been very liberal on issues they are about.
It doesn’t much matter what your other political proclivities are when you’re raised in a city the size of NYC.
Trump on matters concerning those issues is similar to my father. My dad was born in the Bronx, in 1910, son of immigrant parents from Italy. Not only was he a city boy (unlike his father who even in the city had his hunting dogs and went out with them every weekend he could), but also he travelled all over the U.S. when he was about 21, easily getting jobs as an electrician (he came out of the NYC public school system with a diploma and a certificate as an electrical apprentice.)
My dad had been a Republican all his life. hated Roosevelt’s programs, knew that large government programs, in the end, make people dependent whether that was their intent or not.
Donald Trump was once asked how he felt about homosexuality. He said he had once been with his father when he saw two men together and he asked his dad a few questions. His father was pretty succinct. He told Donald something along the lines of “some people are different and there is no sense arguing about it. It just is.”
To the interviewer, Trump said, “So, I learned by watching people throughout my life that some people prefer steak and others prefer spaghetti. That’s just the way it is.”
Then Trump added one of my Dad’s favorite utterances when he believed there was nothing productive to be gained by more discussion: “So…whatareya gonna do?” End of discussion.
I think the LBGT community were Trump’s adversaries not because he was anti-gay personally, but because they perceive there exist fundamentalist Christians who are their enemy and that population were likely to be Trump supporters.

He showed millions that there is enough wealth in this nation for all, that wars are unnecessary, that terrorist attacks are totally preventable.
He set the high standard for what a president should be and do.
President Trump supported the working class Americans that create the wealth and maintain our free society. He respected what hard working Americans do. How refreshing it was! Every other president since Reagan looked upon us like poodles that had peed on their carpet. Yet, they wanted to be worshipped, and they demanded that our sons be sacrificed to the gods of war so that they and their pals could live lifestyles of the rich and famous.
I commit to making America whole again.
That is a tall order to make America whole again.

The President “cannot” bring indictments. That’s the job of the Justice Dept. and we have learned that it is full of politically appointed and politically hired impediments to the rule of law. The Justice Dept. is a joke. President Trump was a man against the machine who had the misfortune of having a swamp critter as his Vice President and “leaker in chief”.
What news media would even touch it? Certainly not Fox, and definitely not any of the rest. And anyone on our side who would report it would be roundly drilled into the dirt and made a mockery of.
I wish President Trump and Melania a well-deserved rest. I give them my thanks for their service to this country.

I had a thought…now that we the people know how our government works with the all powerful lobbyist, why dont WeThePeople create our own lobby. There are 70 million + and if we gave 100 dollars a year that’s a 7 billion dollar lobbyist group that now can’t be ignored.
It may be the only way to get any power as our interests aren’t represented in Washington.
I contacted my senators and rep to ask them to object to electors. I got a letter back from the senator lecturing me about events of jan 6. What a douche.
What state? Unreal.
I received a similar letter from Burr, NC., telling me how dreadful things were on the 6th and that I could count on him. Tillis, NC, sent something telling me how the great republicans were working for me. Both of those “men” are fools.

You know what, I think the left is getting exactly what they want from all of us. They want us to be down, defeated, distressed and lose hope. I myself have taken all my anger out on this country, the Democrats, the Republicans, the flag, and anything else I can think of, it didn’t make me feel any better, just more mad, so starting now i’m going to try a more positive approach. Remember all those videos of Hillary’s supports crying and we all laughed at them, well I refuse to give them the same satisfaction and joy like we all got from watching their tears(and they were good, very good, still is fun to watch?.)
I don’t know where we all go from here, but we need to stay positive and not lose hope.

And what will THAT do? It was just proven that “They” are going to choose whomever “They” want in as President anyway. A Third Party is NOT the answer!
Don’t know if it is my imagination or poor recall but that’s the happiest I have seen our beautiful, classy lady look. Can’t say I blame her as she is free of inhabiting the swamp and living amongst the enemy. The way both the President First Lady and their families were treated is a window into what we are all about to experience first hand. Praying for all of our safety and sanity!
I noticed that her demeanor was happy, too. I think it’s a high standard of conduct and worthy of honor that Melania and president Trump can gracefully leave those vile people in DC. They can have copious pride in their own behavior and accomplishments.
The family looked stressed and somewhat sad, and the President seemed resigned. At times I thought he was going to break down when people were yelling that they loved him during his speech at Andrews AFB.
I will never forget that he gave us 4 years of relief, justice, protection and celebration. I thank You and praise You God, for DJT, the greatest POTUS of We The People in my lifetime.
