I have spent a great deal of time thinking about declassification since the media began their insufferable onslaught and “president-elect Biden” narrative.
The time has long past for President Trump to strongly demand his executive cabinet members declassify the evidence outlining intrusive government surveillance upon not only himself, but all Americans.
CTH has a rather unique perspective on the declassification angle. This conversation has traveled with me for over two years as I have talked to people inside and outside the DC machinery. Ultimately the discussion ends around something like this:
Is the DC political surveillance state, and all of the ramifications within that reality, so fundamentally corrupt and against our nation’s interests, that no entity dare expose the scope and depth of it? And ultimately… is it the preservation of institutions, despite their transparent corruption, that’s causing so many disconnected outcomes from evidence intentionally downplayed?
If we assume the scale of unconstitutional conduct has become systemic, that likely answers the questions. Personally, I believe this is the most likely scenario.
“Likely” meaning the entire apparatus, DOJ, FBI, Legislative Oversight and the Intelligence Community (IC), is now so enmeshed within this corrupt out-of-control state that no-one, even the good guys, is willing to expose it because the institutional collapse would be devastating.
This is what I would call the Biggest of the Big Ugly.
This catastrophic outcome, in combination with DC having made the system the primary source of their income, is what unites the Republicans and Democrats to stop anyone from exposing it. Once any elected official goes inside this system, they end up serving it.
All of that said, I have previously outlined a pre-election process for President Trump to declassify information that would lay the system naked to We The People. However, I don’t think post-election this will work, because the executive branch cabinet officers will refuse to support it. The enemies inside the gate will protect DC.
But there is one aspect to declassification that can be valuable in the today and the tomorrow: a full list of known documents and material We The People want to see.
Items might include: •the custody log for Huma Abedin’s laptop (where is it?); •the fully unredacted Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages; •emails between Lisa Page and Andrew McCabe; •the crowdstrike report given to the FBI after forensic analysis of the DNC servers; •investigative evidence behind the Seth Rich murder in Washington DC; •the full list of phone users within the Mueller investigation that had mysterious phone-wiping issues… or anything you might consider of value given the known material over the past four years.
What do you want to see declassified?
Here was the approach that might have worked before the election; however, I doubt this approach could work now…. but you never know.
[OCTOBER 2020] Understanding the ordinary process of declassifying documents is a request and authorization to the executive officers and stakeholders of classified information; and understanding the current authorization is is not ordinary because the intelligence community stakeholders are adverse to the interests of the office of the president; here is a process to cut through the chaff and countermeasures.
The background here is that any unilateral declassification request, demand or authorization by President Trump puts him opposition to a variety of corrupt interests.
As a direct result the executive office of the president will be facing legal action, likely from unified democrats and republicans in the legislative branch. With that accepted, here is the most strategic approach.
In anticipation of litigation:
President Trump informs the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, that he wishes to have a full intelligence briefing on the following documents (more may be added), all documents are to be presented without a single redaction:
- All versions of the Carter Page FISA applications (DOJ) (FBI) (ODNI).
- All of the Bruce Ohr 302’s filled out by the FBI. (FBI) (ODNI)
- All of Bruce Ohr’s emails (FBI) (DOJ) (CIA) (ODNI)
- All relevant documents pertaining to the supportive material within the FISA application. (FBI) (DOJ-NSD ) (DoS) (CIA) (DNI) (NSA) (ODNI);
- All supportive documents and material provided by Bruce Ohr to the FBI. (FBI)
- All intelligence documents that were presented to the Gang of Eight in 2016 that pertain to the FISA application used against U.S. person Carter Page; including all intelligence documents that may not have been presented to the FISA Court. (CIA) (FBI) (DOJ) (ODNI) (DoS) (NSA)
- All unredacted text messages and email content between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok on all devices. (FBI) (DOJ) (DOJ-NSD) (ODNI)
- The originating CIA “EC” or two-page electronic communication from former FBI Agent Peter Strzok: and all communication between former CIA Director John Brennan and FBI Director James Comey that started Operation Crossfire Hurricane in July 2016. (CIA) (FBI) (ODNI)
- The full and unredacted April 2017 FISA court 99-page opinion written by Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer outlining the compliance audit conducted by the NSA in 2016. (NSA) (ODNI) (DOJ) (FBI) (DOJ-NSD)
- ADD TO THIS – Everything and Anything related to contracts, vendors, services and the intelligence apparatus connected to the 2020 United States election.
The President selects a date for this briefing and through direct orders to his chief of staff, Mark Meadows, informs the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, to advise and coordinate with all executive branch lead intelligence officials, who were/are stakeholders in the compartmented intelligence products as described above, of their request be present for the briefing.
The White House counsel’s office is not to be informed of the intent or purpose of the meeting; however the Presidents’ White House counsel is requested to attend. Further, all of the compartmented intelligence is to be collectively assembled by the ODNI (Ratcliffe) into one volume of a singular Presidential Daily Briefing (PDB). There are to be eighteen printed copies of the PDB assembled and secured for the briefing, post haste.
Additionally, the office of the president personally informs the ODNI (Ratcliffe) of the executives’ request to invite for the briefing each member of the legislative branch Intelligence Community oversight known as the Gang-of-Eight.
Immediately after the briefing by the executive level (cabinet) department officials, while remaining in a closed and classified session, the full and comprehensive content of this collective intelligence product will be discussed with the full assembly of the U.S. Legislative Branch Intelligence Oversight known as the Gang of Eight.
Therefore, National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien is instructed to coordinate with the ODNI (Ratcliffe) for the attendance of the Gang of Eight: Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Minority leader Kevin McCarthy, HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff, HPSCI Ranking Member Devin Nunes, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, SSCI Chairman Richard Burr and SSCI Vice-Chair Mark Warner. [Topic “TBD”]
In order to facilitate the briefing. Each member of the participating group will be provided with one full printed copy of the material assembled by the ODNI during the briefing.
[Each of the participants carries the prerequisite clearances, legal and constitutional authority to engage with the classified document according to their position and status. Only the executive can assemble the product for Go8 review and feedback]
At the conclusion of the briefing; and after hearing from, and engagement with, each of the participating members of the executive intelligence offices and duly authorized legislative oversight representatives; and after listening to their opinion as to the subject material discussed; the president announces to the fully assembled leadership of both the Executive branch (cabinet) and Legislative branch (Go8), it is his opinion the National Interests of the United States can best be served with the American people having a full, transparent and honest review of the material assembled and discussed.
The President, no-one else, only the President, then collects the printed portfolios as they were distributed to the participants, exits the briefing, and walks directly into the James Brady press briefing room within the White House; handing each of the awaiting twelve members of the national media a copy of the briefing material to be published on behalf of the American people.
At exactly the same time as President Trump enters the briefing room, one copy of the assembled portfolio is hand delivered, by President Trump only, to White House communications director Alyssa Farah with instructions to scan and release the content to the public through the White House website.
Done.
The American people are aware…

In hindsight I think Julian Assange is an American hero. He alerted us to the absolute corruption of our government. Unlike the Clintons, the Biden family and many other corrupt Democrat and Republican politicians who sold out for money and power as far as I know Mr. Assange didn’t release classified information for personal wealth.
I want Pres. Trump to release all information on illegal spying on American citizens. I want to know which of our present and former politicians have been leveraged by the Chinese government. In addition to your list, I want to see the following declassified:
(1) The names and titles of all MSM workers being paid by the federal government, especially at the New York Times, Washington Post, AP, UPI, Gannett, McClatchey, national news/opinion magazines, the tv broadcast and cable networks, and internet media websites.
(2) All documents on the Huma/Weiner computer related to the federal government, employees thereof, and agents who were active in promoting the Russia hoax or illegal spying or other illegal activities, and all documents referring to foreign persons or governments interactions with the Clinton Foundation.
(3) All communications from the USA requesting any 5 eyes nations to spy on and report back information on US citizens and travelers which were not authorized by pre-existing FISA warrants.
(4) Names of all Congressmen, Senators and government officials for whom cash settlements or emoluments have been made from the federal government to settle or avoid litigation and the nature and timeframe of such litigation.
(5) All communications referencing any warrantless searches of news media, reporters, elected government officials at any level of government.
(6) All communications regarding removal of Sharyl Atkisson’s computer hard drive or components or spying or infiltration thereof.
(7) All communications regarding any efforts made by the FBI, CIA, NSA or any USA intelligence agency to influence federal judges outside of court reported proceedings.
(8) The names and titles of all people who hold or who have simultaneous appointments to both the CIA and FBI in the past 20 years.
(9) The actual number of illegal searches of the NSA database in the past 10 years cross-referenced to the occupation and employer of any person searched.
(10) The number of IRS audits instigated by inquiries from elected officials and the names of the requesters/referrers and their title for the past 10 years.

There’s the fishing expedition stuff: “stuff” related to Helen Gandy, Michael Cormier, etc. etc. But that’s not very specific or necessarily predictable.
“Old” info from a decade-plus ago is probably less damaging to sources and methods than current stuff, but potentially more damaging to institutions depending on the info. Newer info is more relevant to the current situation and is more likely to reveal current corrupt officials/mechanisms, but is more likely to reveal sources/methods at risk if they were revealed, so that’s have to be weighed very carefully.
It should ideally be as bipartisan as possible (give ‘em both barrels, metaphorically-speaking), otherwise people are inclined to dismiss any revealed corruption as merely a political PR hit job. Going after both sides of the aisle makes it more legitimate in the eyes of the public.

But all declassification always comes back around to the same problem…the criminals control everything–literally every institution in the country is under the control of the Deep State. Citizens aren’t allowed to see anything because it’s either “classified” or “proprietary.”
Citizens aren’t allowed to make decisions that would upset the consumer applecart. If too many people home school, they’ll make that illegal because each child is worth as much as $20,000 per year to the public education system. We aren’t even allowed to keep our own children…
And I do think declassification could be risky, as Seth Rich and many others discovered.
I urge you all to review the video on youtube where a researcher demonstrated Google was manipulating search results to shift millions of votes to Democrats. This isn’t the obvious stuff…this is manipulation you don’t even notice. He had to do his research in secret.

What difference, at this point, does it make?
All electronic communications relevant to the 2020 election and voting systems. I hear the NSA about queries cover a lot of territory.
The declassification of information certainly would be nice; however, I doubt it alone will deliver any of the change and punishment warranted. The MSM and the deep state, both democrats and republicans, will treat it just like they treated Hunter Biden pre-election. We are already seeing this with the Dominion audit forensics, not one of the MSM outlets give it any coverage. Any entities that do will be shut down or de-platformed.
To be effective, not only do we need disclosure, we need to change the information delivery infrastructure so people can actually see what has transpired. We need white hat technical experts that can offset the YouTwitFace social media platforms and MSM, and can overcome their filter of news, propaganda, and manipulation. Figure out ways to modify or influence their systems and disclose the information below (preferably legally – yes Mr. FIB, I am not advocating anything illegal;-) without them knowing its happening. We have to play their game only better.
Things I would like to see declassified or published (for all of these that will include un-redacted documents, text messages, all call logs, emails, transcripts of calls):
1. All information regarding the FBI’s investigation of President Trump (Sundance’s list) from 2015 to the present. This includes FISA, Obama and his foot soldiers.
2. All information regarding the prosecution of Lt. Gen. Flynn. Specifically all information about Judge Sullivan – every one of his contacts and conversations. Especially with Lawfare agents outside of formal court proceedings.
3. All information regarding the cover up of the investigation of Hunter Biden.
4. All intelligence, analysis, audits of election systems by any federal agency. We should move down the food chain to state election officials for the same information.
5. All communications between political parties, candidates, elected officials and their staff, election system representatives, and any foreign agents.
6. Communication between MSM representatives and elected officials, government agents, etc.
We need a new party that is not deep state invested. Whether there are enough honest people in state legislatures or congress to correct this fraud on the country, we need to purge the RINO’s that are no better than the democrats. For 2022 we either run Trump supporting candidates in R primaries, or we create and go third party.
I would like to see the complete and total institutional collapse of the federal government as it is today. If it involves destroying the personal lives of everyone in DC all the better. I’m talking physical and financial destruction. No mercy, no second chances.
I want to see the list of journalists that the Last Refuge provided information to that didn’t use that info.

Declassification and the Legal Authority of the President to Order it Himself/Publish it: I cannot see how any subordinate Government Officer/Appointee/Employee can refuse to comply with a Legal Presidential Order without being subject to immediate Arrest and then forced compliance and production of documents to follow. No investigation can ever take away or prohibit a President from exercising the authority of his Office without his consent or any Legal Due Process prior. For people to say…literally arbitrarily…this or that Investigation prevents the President from Declass because we say so! carries zero legal authority as it would essentially make whoever said it of higher power & authority than the President himself over functions of the Executive Branch. Yes…there would be nasty politics …but no one has the right to take away the Legal Powers of the Presidency from the President…especially those that are in Subordinate positions to the President. That is not logical to me.
They can slow walk their response. Then can find all manner of excuses that more time is required to comply. Time designed to out last a presidential term. Even when a directive from the president carries a definite deadline.
So…you’re telling me that with copy of Order in hand…President with armed Military contingent goes into whatever building, office…etc. to person that can access documents…that said subordinate Appointee/Officer/Employee can REFUSE to immediately comply without ANY immediate consequences?
I do not think anyone has the right slow walk anything if that were to happen as that would mean NO President has any actual authority…and any refusals under my scenario would mean that people can just commit treason and insurrection???

I WANT to READ every name of EVERY sitting member of Congress w/ China or any foreign ties and payouts. EVERY ONE because I think there are FEW, IF ANY. There are just as many guilty R’s as Dems. McConnell & family are rich from China. McCain, Pelosi & family, Bushes, John Kerry & Family, Lindsay, Feinstein & Family and many, many more loaded with greed, corrupt $$$. I downloaded and scanned that early chunk of the 2 million Chinese spy names (yes, they are spies) published by gateway pundit.
What to my wondering eyes should appear was a series of names of students, 704 to be exact, listed in various “branches” of the party at IBM.
This explains the changeover to those crappy Lenovo laptops from the decent ones IBM used to manufacture… among quite a few other things.
The same chunk of the big file mentioned Ericsson and Delphi respectively.
I want to know a lot more about the information in that file…
