I only wear a mask in a store and only because I don’t want to make trouble for the business. I bicycle and walk with friends, go to church, and travel when I want. I refuse to be locked in my home.
Don’t know about cali, but in Ohio the mask mandate includes medical exemptions. I don’t know how you can mandate masks without taking into account it can be very unhealthy for people with certain medical issues, such as being a mammal and not a fish and needing to breath through the nose and mouth and exhale carbon dioxide.
So if the governor tries to cite a business for not enforcing mask mandates, all you really need to do is cite the governor’s own “guidelines” which have exemptions. I really don’t see how the crackdown on businesses not enforcing the mask mandate can work. But that’s in Ohio. Cali may be different.
In NC, they take care of that by saying that businesses must accommodate those who can’t wear masks for medical reasons by serving them in another manner, such as curbside service. They are still to exclude them form entry. Perhaps if we all demanded curbside, the businesses would stand up and fight alongside the people.
Personally I don’t care about making trouble for the businesses. They should be on our side, actively fighting the governments that are shutting them down or limiting access.

When we rolled into the parking lot there was a Trump flag flying out front. On the front door, there was a sign explaining the state mask order but then it went on to say people with medical conditions are exempt, and because of HIPPA laws nobody can question you about your health. Inside, it was full capacity seating. No roped off tables, and there was seating at the bar.
It was INVIGORATING to be in a normal place, with normal people, acting normally.

The focus is on BALLOT fraud, which is certainly justified. However, the deeper problem that we are seeing exposed by how Republican politicians are not responding to the ballot fraud, is ELECTION fraud.
Yes, if they control the ballot count, they control the results of the election.
However, if they insure that both candidates are of the same two-faced Uniparty, one U-D, the other U-R, then whichever candidate “wins” is a Uniparty candidate.

We are in a Spiritual Battle the likes we ourselves have never seen. IMHO Some of these people are pure evil – they have allowed themselves to be the vehicles in which Satan works. God also works through people but for the good of His created mankind, heaven and earth – all for His glory.
We must continue to allow ourselves to be the vehicles in which God works. Be not afraid to stand – fight – speak – what we know to be true. Jesus is our hope and strength.
Because no matter what these people of evil intent do to us on this earth, Jesus already won the final battle against evil, sin, and death on the cross.
God will bring judgement and punishment to them for all eternity – existing forever in a place of torment, devoid of love, grace and holiness – with no end.
Pray for them to repent and turn to God while they still can. Because God’s Word and history tell us that God will not allow this evil against His beloved to continue. God will stop it. How close are we until God says enough!?
We who are believers in Jesus Christ have been commissioned by Him to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all the corners of the world. Is it possible that we have done that? Is is possible most have heard the truth of the Gospel? Technology has allowed for so many ministries translate the Bible and messages in all known languages. Is it possible now that those that do not believe is not because they have not heard, but because they have heard and have turned their back on God?
Until our last breath or until Jesus comes again ushering in a New Heaven and New Earth, devoid of evil, may we stand together side by side, ready for battle. But put on the Armor of God because we need it: the helmet of salvation (protecting our thoughts so we remember whose we are and giving us Godly wisdom to know the truth of circumstances), the breastplate of righteousness (not our righteousness but the righteousness of Christ), the belt of truth (Jesus is the truth), the shoes of peace, with our shield of faith (our trust in is God), and the sword of the Spirit (God’s Word is our weapon).

My long-running non-denominational men’s Bible study went to Zoom meetings in the spring and then resumed in-person meetings in late summer. I never attended the Zoom meetings and refused to attend the in-person gatherings because, in a spirit of fear, they required masks, anti-social distancing, and sanitary wiping down of everything.
Throughout this I kept quiet despite the emails that always had a background of fear and a belief that everyone felt it and wanted to be “safe”. Then this week they decided to cancel in-person meetings yet again due to an averred “rise in cases, hospitalizations, and deaths”, and I finally decided to speak up, saying how disappointed I’ve been with the response of the church, both capital and small C. I concluded with these verses:
“For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline.” – 2 Timothy 1:7
“For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, ‘Abba! Father!’” – Romans 8:15
I will note that most of the men in the group are retired, wealthy, and loving Christians with good Biblical knowledge. That they have buckled to this COVID insanity is very disconcerting. If Christians and the organized church won’t stand against this, we may be doomed.

The reasons to vote for anti-Trumper Republicans in Georgia are not convincing me. The run-off election will be in January. Maybe I’d vote for Purdue and the tall rich lady if Potus gave them a rally after Christmas. After all, surely circumstances are mobile.
