I do not think there will be any significant reforms that prevent cheating. The people who would have to reform the system are the ones benefiting from it.
The thing that would work best is full HD cameras with backups inside and outside all voting locations where ballots are cast, handled, processed, counted, tabulated, and aggregated. Put them all on camera, and require every ballot to be passed through an optical scanner so that it can be verified independently.
There will be no election reforms if Trump loses, just lots of smoke and promises. 2016 will be remembered as America’s last free election.
A serialized Ballot with Matching Carbon Copy to take home by the Voter, would help protect against ballot tampering as well as destruction, if a Recount is ordered.
I demand a Receipt at nearly every other business transaction. Why would anyone consider their Ballot and Right to Vote as a US Citizen to any less Critical?

I believe that I see the end run they are going to use to get people to “willingly” give up their guns.
Several years ago they started having physicians ask their patients if they had any guns in their home with the excuse being “guns in the home are a health risk” so patients need to be advised.
This data is going to the insurance companies, the ones that were the biggest beneficiaries of obamacare.
I believe that big insurance is going to trot out a surcharge on gun owners policies across the board just like you get a surcharge if you have credit or other issues.
If they can resurrect mandatory health insurance and they tell people they will pay a 50% surcharge if they keep a gun in their house, some people will have no choice.
They won’t tell anyone about this until they have their gun owner database that they are assembling with the (knowing or unknowing) help from our doctors.

I learned from daddy all the way back in the 70’s a few things about guns.
1) the answer to anyone who asks if you own a guns, is no. Doesnt matter if its the neighbor or the cop.

They have been doing this since the 90’s. Kindergarten teachers are taught how to question children about the home environment and report back to CPS and other government agencies.
I taught all of my kids from as early as possible, never talk about home or mom and dad to anyone at school. It paid off when CPS tried to investigate me years later and questioned my sons at school without my knowledge. All 3 of them told her to F off in no uncertain terms.
When any person asks a prying question, i’ve learned to act like I didn’t hear them.
If they ask again, I ignore the question, and ask them an ultra rude prying question in return, usually about their Spouse or Family member.

If Pres. Trump is a “witness” at this hearing, I wish they would have prepped him to testify to anything he knows personally, might have been better to eliminate this commentary altogether, especially after all of the truly damning and very specific evidence presented by so many ACTUAL witnesses.
