CLEARLY! This is sort of a captain obvious comment, but I get the gist of his statement. Georgia must hold the line so we can at least have leaders in the Senate that are NOT Dims. Yes, Mitch and others are Uniparty, but they can keep the worst of such atrocities from occurring until help comes.

The point is correct.
I wrote from the very beginning that the electors are the sole choice of the state legislature. They can apppoint Biden electors even if the fraud is confirmed – unless there’s a constitutional argument against that.
And just like that, they can pick Trump electors if there is enough doubt.
But I think there will be huge pressure on them to choose Biden electors, regardless of what the courts do. Which is why I always told people to hold huge rallies.
A court ruling that there was fraud would, however, be a great help – it would justify the Trump electors and be a defense against the MSM propaganda.
THIS! Ultimately, even with positive court rulings, it will require a POLITICAL decision by state legislatures to restore this election to our President. Do they have the will, the courage to STAND for truth? Every day this drags on they lose any stamina they may have had.
If the courts rule favorably to the President, you will see the gates of hades descend on these state capitols and major cities with riotous leftist stooges. Think how the board of election people in Michigan folded to the pressure they were under on a video meeting. Multiply that times 1000 and that’s what our state representatives will be facing.

More importantly, A SCOTUS ruling that there was significant fraud in the contested states would be grounds to dismiss the state electorates and kick the presidential decision to the HOR.

I am quickly losing faith that the Republican state legislatures have the cajones to select Trump electors, even in the presence of massive fraud.
Instead, I think the most realistic path is via the SCOTUS ruling that Constitutional violations in multiple states (equal protection) have spoiled the election results, thereby forcing the final decision to be made by the House of Representatives.
