A talking point from the comment section: “Yes, because PA allows people to go in person on election day, fill out an absentee ballot, and drop it in the drop box instead of waiting in long lines to vote at the machines. Of course those don’t have applications for mailing. Anyone in PA should know that.“
Right; so in a state with all of the distancing requirements of Pennsylvania, on election day, we are supposed to believe that there were 700,000 instances of people who:
— didn’t take part in any absentee voting or early voting were motivated to go to their polling place;
— even with the Covid restrictions, all knew or were told by election officials who had the time and inclination to convey this information how to quickly and efficiently fill out an absentee ballot right then — which of course depended on people being able to speak to someone in person with the distance restrictions and successfully obtaining the ballot then and there
— were all fine with leaving the counting of their votes up to a ballot box not having their vote able to be verified until after Election Day rather than wait in line, after having gone out and masked up etc.
The notion that “anyone in PA should know that“ is of course laughable given their changing rules right up until the last second. That’s especially because those who should’ve known that would also have known that their vote that might’ve risked being segregated due to the court rulings.
That person does not know what they’re talking about. You are not allowed to drop off a VBM at a polling location (I know, I work at a poll on election day). You can either surrender the VBM and vote in person or you have to take the VBM to an approved location.
At least two dozen people tried to drop off their VBM’s at my polling location and were told they could not do that.
Thanks Magabear – PA Treeper-Buddy. I work at a polling place in PA too. TMonroe seems to be unaware that instructions went out to all voters re: how to cast a ballot in person if one received a VBM. It has nothing to do with the Absentee Ballot function.
My husband was one of those who received a VBM. He followed the instructions, brought the VBM package (outer envelope, inner envelope, unmarked ballot, etc) with him to our precinct polling place, turned the package in to the Judge of Elections, and was then allowed to vote in person.
Must comment that it REALLY rankled me that so much hype about VBM issued from the NRCC! I surmise they were scrambling to match and fight back against the activity of the DNC. But since they have rolled over and died in the face of the 2020 Election Grand Larceny, who gives a crap about anything coming from the NRCC.

I have a protonmail.com account. I believe they only allow 50 emails per day and after that you need to pay for your account. I never get spam at my protonmail or gmail accounts? My aol account gets 100% of my spam? I have done nothing to arrange this, it just happens. Maybe because my aol account was my first? All 3 of my accounts have the same username but of course @ different providers.
Protonmail is good. I have a basic account. My friends who pay for the added features love it. They now have a VPN service, I believe.
I had a problem with Yahoo and I emailed them and told them to stop censoring my email and if they didn’t I would report them to my congressman…they stopped censoring my email and I even got a reply denying they were censoring it.
I have had problems off and on again with them…I am convinced they read my emails…they even sent an email from an individual who was organizing conservatives here to spam…so I emailed them again and they stopped. That was the only individual they ever censored and I am not sure why but that convinced me they were reading my emails.
I think PA election is already certified or SOS can override and certify if needed. What’s the point to these PA senate hearing, court will decide everything.

Under the Federal Constitution, the State Legislatures, not the Governors, not the Secretaries of State, not the Election Commissioners, not even the Courts, have PLENARY authority over elector appointment/certifications.
The Pennsylvania Legislature has the power to take its own independent look at the allegations of rampant, widespread, fraud and other irregularities in their own State’s elections. If the Legislature concludes the results are so tainted and unreliable that no one can say who won, it could refuse to appoint any electors (or appoint ones committed to abstaining).
The Legislatures of the other battleground States could do the same, and they need to GET GOING.
Penn. Rep. Dawn Keefer (R) was promoting the idea that the Legislature no longer has authority (about 15 minutes prior to adjournment). The Legislature always retains its authority.
As Rudy put it well at the end, the PA General Assembly delegated its authority to the SOS and Governor. That delegated authority was abused and corrupted. The PA General Assembly can state that they have sufficient evidence to declare the election compromised, and to re-assume its Constitutional authority by voting to award the electors to the actual winner of the election. They do not have to accept a certification signed by the corrupt actors who delegitimized the election.
This is one of the literal purposes of the elections clause in the Constitution.
Sen. Mastriano all but stated that this is the path he intends to pursue. Whether he will be successful is another matter – he will need the votes. But the GOP in PA was steamrolled repeatedly by Gov. Wolf and by the PA Supreme Court all year long, including their repeal of the Governor’s illegal “state of emergency” that was overturned by the PA Supreme Court. You can bet that the Republicans in Harrisburg are looking at this as a both a means to restore some sense of republican governance was well as sweet, sweet, payback for what the Governor an PA Supreme Court have been doing to them all year.
Art 2 “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct…”
It does not say “as the Legislature thereof may by law direct” – unlike every other “direct” in the Constitution.
The state legislature directs the appointment of electors, there is nothing in the US Constitution requiring a state legislature to conduct any election and to bind themselves to such election. The state legislature has plenary authority to appoint electors. They at all times retain their plenary authority (by definition).
A true statement. That would be a very bold thing to try. A safer path is decertification of the results. The might decide “in for a penny, in for a pound”, but ordering that Trump won seems like a bridge too far because a lot of the fraud was created by the PA Supreme Court, Gov. Wolf and the chief PA elections officer. How do you unwind that without throwing out ballots that citizens were told would be counted as legal?
The easier path is to decertify the results and try to throw it to the House. If PA does it, GA, WI and MI could do it too. And AZ. Just basically say “We don’t know who won due to all the fraud, rather than pick a winner we will follow the US Constitution and send this to the US House of Representatives.”
It must be made clear that those who stuff the ballot box are who disenfranchise voters – NOT those who object. Those who stuff the ballot box are the responsible party. Democrat lawsuits, judges, and administrators who’ve collectively stuffed the ballot box are the responsible party. They are responsible for electoral disorder. They are responsible for disenfranchisement. They and they alone.
The only course is to cure the ballot box by removing from the count all ballots not cast in accordance with a state’s legislated acts passed within their constitutional authority. If those responsible for creating electoral disorder have made it impossible to remove those ballots then the House of Representatives can not accept the electors from that State.
Yep, the burden of proof is on the government, not the citizens, to prove an election was fair.

Supposedly, only registered voters can cast an absentee or mail-in ballot. But once a ballot is separated from its envelope, it becomes anonymous.
With all these stacks of anonymous ballots sitting around it could be easy for someone to stuff stacks of Biden only ballots in. In fact, we have eye witnesses in GA that saw pristine ballots with a perfect oval marked for Biden.
What protections are in place to prevent new ballots being added, or existing ballots being removed, from these stacks of anonymous ballots?
If the list of registered voters is less than the total votes there is fraud.
If does not take a mathematician to figure that out.

It doesn’t take a mathematical genius to understand that fraud can still occur if the number of votes are less than the number of registered voters.
You never get 100% voter turnout. Even 80% is great. So just comparing the number of registered voters with the number of votes doesn’t suffice. Say you had 70% turnout and say the margin of Trump victory was 1%. Cheaters need to insert only 1.01% ballots to put Biden in the lead. Or Cheaters could throw away 1% of Trump ballots and Biden wins. In all cases the number of votes is less than the number of voters.
Sigh… My question was NOT about the rare and obvious case where the number of votes exceeds the number of registered voters. Think about the 80% voter turnout case.

Rudy just killed it on the right of the PA General Assembly to take back the authority they delegated to the Executive Branch. The people responsible for certifying are the very people who corrupted the election.
The PA General Assembly can fix this. And oh by the way, Gov. Wolf and the PA Supreme Court have been running roughshod over Mastriano all year due to CV19. This is the PA GA’s perfect opportunity to make a stand not just for this election, but for all the anti-constitutional actions by Gov. Wolf and the PA Supreme Court.

It was even more than that: Rudy said the votes were sent to Frankfurt, Germany where votes where the operators were deciding how many more votes Biden needed and where.
So, that server is indeed important and we still don’t know if WE have it.
Why would you need to look at a server when the current vote count was already public knowledge at around 10 or 11pm? Anyone could’ve figured out how votes were needed to be “created” at that point.
The data sets are the proof.
The computer takes a picture of the ballot and tallies the pictures. The data set shows the ballots are NOT there, that someone has just changed the numbers. That’s how I understand it anyway.

I disagree, if they get away with the Dominion machine fraud, this high tech polling machinery will be used in every State and it will be improved, there won’t be any need for flash drives or usb and no one will ever know a true election result again. I think the Dominion fraud is just as important and it appears quite a few Governors were getting kick backs and favors as a resulting of installing these systems. This cannot be allowed.

Interesting, Zel. I’m a poll worker in PA. My county Election Bureau swears that our new equipment, first utilized in the June 2020 Primary, was NOT Dominion. I am pursuing this to ensure the info is correct.
So far, no one is willing to reveal WHO made the decision to purchase the new equipment for our county, who was the manufacturer or the vendor, or who authorized the expenditure.

As a PA poll worker I had nothing to do with the counting. I was told that the poll worker and vote counting functions were required to remain separate, and that one could not be assigned to do both. This information came directly from my county Bureau of Elections. I volunteered to watch the count after the PA polls closed, and was refused by the same agency. Pretty sketchy behavior by the Bureau of Elections in a deeply Red county.
