Connecticut passed a bill authorizing absentee ballots to be requested due to the pandemic. That appears to be unconstitutional. A legal challenge was thrown out because it was not filed properly. Connecticut then sent out two cycles of absentee ballot request forms to all registered voters. Ballots could be filled out and mailed but also put into drop boxes placed at post offices and public buildings. At least they didn’t automatically send absentee ballots to every registered voter and they didn’t implement pure mail-in voting. But there were a heck of a lot more absentee ballots cast than ever before in the states history.
Connecticut has issued multiple executive orders from Governor Ned Lamont including that you must have a doctors note and state approval to claim you have a medical need to avoid wearing a mask.
Connecticut changed voter rules considerably. DMV now offers an automatic voter registration process. DMV issues licenses to illegal aliens. They added same day voter registration and voting as well as an affidavit to vote. Although ID is required poll workers were far less attentive during the voting. I used to walk up to a table with 5 volunteers, present my license, it got passed along the line and each person crossed my name out of a printed out voter registry. Now they don’t even want to look at your license, definitely not touch it (virus) and don’t want you to drop your mask. There is political talk of adding mail-in voting in future to everyone and further weakening the strict guidelines around voting in CT.
Not really thrilled with the use of AccuVote Optical Scan counters where you insert your ballot before leaving. Apparently, they had issues with the memory cards failing. But at least there are paper ballots to hand count or re-scan. I would hope they rescan them several times. I also hope whatever centralized counting centers who collate the results from each district to each county and each county reporting to a state level total has better integrity than those using Dominion software. The idea of people sneaker-net moving around memory cards is deeply disturbing. Of course counting invalid absentee ballots that should receive extra scrutiny is an issue.
NOTE: In the past, Connecticut would only count absentee ballots if an election was close. But due to the pandemic there were many more absentee ballots submitted. I am sure they counted them this time. I still had to stand in line for two hours to vote on Nov 3rd. There was a large turnout.

A local Policeman , newly arrived from the city , wanted to contact a citizen about a gun he owned . He knew the street but could not remember the mans name or the address. This is about the point in time that my father, if he were still alive and I was still a teenager, would have made sure we were trained, armed, and if needed licensed to conceal carry. Witnesses to fraud giving statements now…first witness says he was witness to many irregularities. Two issues he wants to highlight- 1) impossible for observers to see anything and not able to make challenges. 2) pink highlighted duplicated ballots that couldn’t be read by scanners. thousands of ballots duplicated but could not be read by scanners. workers given thousands of blank ballots to mark with dark ink but no one could see them and observers didn’t know it was going on until thousands were put into the machines.

Those witnesses were DAMNING with regard to any claim of an honest election in the Philly area. This is going to the PA Legislature since there is no way that this election can be certified. This is CRITICAL for the legitimacy of, not just the PA elections, but for the 2020 elections in general. If this goes through, there are going to be some very serious consequences. I’m going to leave what they are unspoken, but it doesn’t take much imagination to envision them.

This case that I read the challenge for is so fundamentally sound and the BEST argument to dismiss the mail-in votes. It is ironclad that the law that was put into effect is unconstitutional in Pennsylvania. There is no argument to be made against it. Democrat’s only appeal will be “it’s the thought that counts”.

No doubt act 77 is unconstitutional. However, I assume that will have to be determined by the PA Supreme Court, which is highly partisan and thus far been a clearing house for favorable rulings for the dems. Another issue is why didn’t the republicans make the claim prior to the election and/or why did they vote for it in the first place. It will be interesting to watch because it is quite a conundrum.
As far as I can tell, there was never any resolution regarding the counting of votes coming in three days late with or without postmarks except for the PA Supreme Court ruling they would be allowed. It is getting very confusing.

The legislature said no, so the Pennsylvania supreme court did it anyway. I did hear the legislature had said no before PA supreme court did it.
p.s. The PA STATE Supreme court will NOT be the one to determine if they themselves broke federal law by legislating from the bench by changing voting law. It will be the US Supreme Court (Federal) who will be making that determination since it is FEDERAL LAW that the PA State Supreme court broke. The PA law is that LEGISLATURES are the only ones that can change their voting laws NOT the PA State Supreme Court.

for us regular folks masks do NOT prevent virus nor bacteria from entering our system and it has long since been known they can ENTER THROUGH THE EAR CANAL.
masks work great for GARDENING to keep soil from getting inside our nose which is what i use it for, but NOT much help if at all wearing them outside. it could help keeping things clean in the produce section at grocery stores, but the minute a person uses their hands to handle the food GAME OVER.

4th PA witness forensic computer scientist- only 1 of 2 poll watchers in Chester. Observed that at 7 different polls people who were to receive a provisional ballot were given a regular ballot. Arrived at counting center to observe. Took legal help to get in. Couldn’t get in til 11pm. As a forensic expert, saw election process forensically destructive. Envelopes separated from ballots and on either end of room. Chain of custody broken with drop boxes and other parts of the process not secure. Person walking in with baggies and sticking USB’s in machines. Not being observed. As of today 46 usb cards missing and nowhere to be found. Took 3 days for them to obey court order to get in to look at back offices. Observed 60000 to 70000 unopened main-in ballots in back room – Thurs/Fri. Where did the 70000 ballots g? No one knows. Said it was like kabooki theater. Supposed to be 120000 mail in ballots but ended up with 200000 ballots. Begged law enforcement agencies to go in and get forensic evidence from computers. Simple to do in about an hour. Never done despite his objections. Just learned two day ago all chain of custody sheets are gone. Poll workers called back to to re-create logs but unsuccessful. Doesn’t believe anyone in good conscience could certify results. No evidence to dispute what he is saying.
