Good morning fellow Treppers.
As a country we have much to be thankful for. Even though the evil one is trying to steal it from us.
It will be by God’s Grace and prayer that we restore ‘In God We Trust’ and be a beacon of goodness and light to the world once more.
Let’s put our hope in God this Thanksgiving and his Divine Providence.

But we must do our parts and continually pray for this to happen. Pray for supernatural wisdom for all legal staff involved and the physical protection and strength they need. Pray for God-winks, just in time “coincidences.” Pray that those who need courage to stand up will do so. Pray believing it is so! We know who wins in the end, but pray God gives us mercy now so we can lead the nation back to the freedoms we were founded on.
And we need to practice it hand in hand with a focused walk with God, meaning Bible reading and trimming away any habits that interfere with our prayer time.

I watched a Jordan Peterson video the other day and he made an excellent point. The Communists had always used “Evil Rich vs. Poor” and “Evil Business Owners vs Workers” as their way to foment discord between people. That worked for many, many decades. But then, as Capitalist nations proved that people could be lifted out of poverty their Communist marketing was falling out of favor. That is when they came up with the “People of Color vs. Evil White People” strategy. Evil White People is now the new enemy and they are trying desperately to turn non-whites into pro-communist to take down white societies. Unfortunately, there is a news story out this morning that officials in AZ are not holding any hearing and the one is Michigan is for written submissions only. The great news is out of Nevada. A judge is permitting real discovery to occur regarding voter fraud in that state. The legal team there (led by the former AG of Nevada) is on top of things.

I think Arizona has real problems in Maricopa County after giving voters a sharpie to vote with on election day. Apparently, according to Patrick Byrne’s description of Dominion software, these votes were rejected and supposed to be entered in later. However, the software would allow all rejected ballots to be dropped into one candidates favor from the rejected file.
Hmmm. Sharpies don’t work well with voting machines and this seems blatantly corrupt.

My church closed for about eight weeks in the spring (when we were supposedly “flattening the curve”) and did online sermons while tackling some much needed renovations during the down time. Opened back up in early June with three services, including an early one specifically for those who want to wear masks.
We are one of the few churches in the area that is fully open, fully operational, kids programs, no “registration required” and we are bursting at the seams with new people who love truth, want to hear the Word preached, and trust God more than the Government.
There is definitely some serious “sifting” going on right now in the churches across America. I admit that I didn’t really want to live through “hard times” but now that they are here, I am trusting that God will provide for all of our needs in the days ahead, whatever they may bring, as long as we remain faithful to Him and His Word!
My church opened in June. It took awhile, but I would say we are back to about 80%. Very few masks, handshakes and hugs are abundant. People hanging around in the foyer again.
Dr. Stanley sold out to his son Andy’s way of thinking. Churches are corporations and pastors are the CEO’s. Dr. Stanley is pushing 90. He’s tired!

Dr. Stanley is now Pastor Emeritus at the First Baptist Atlanta. I still listening to his messages daily on the InTouch app. This week the messages are about “Facing Adversity”.
There’s a new Pastor at the Church in Atlanta, whom I disliked the moment he started praising Mayor Keisha Bottoms, back in March, I think.
I wrote them and asked why the Church was still closed, their generic answer was that “they’re waiting for the right time.”

A friend who drives grain trucks for a local farmer here in the heartland told us recently that a few of the farmers were talking about being approached with an order for five trucks of grain (corn or soybeans) to go to Africa because the farmers were being run off and the people taking over didn’t know how to manage a farm. I couldn’t get much more info, but he thought it was ADM possibly placing the order.
We know this scam is designed to fill the pockets of those in control and nothing more, as is every policy and program instituted by these grifters.

This proves how out of touch these people are. I was a tax assessor appraiser for a large MN county and had to visit a 1000 homes a year, many in black neighborhoods. Out of all the different cultures, American, Vietnamese, African, middle eastern, and Asian, I saw many different behaviors regarding gardening and lawn care. I will tell you flat out that black neighborhoods had the least amount of gardeners. Asians were number one, sometimes converting their entire yard to growing things.
I say this because giving farmland to people (yes, I know I stereotype. This is just an observation) who have no interest in growing things to save a few dollars or beautify the landscape will not work until the culture changes. I believe gardening is one small indicator of how people live their lives. It is empowering because you can feed yourself, save some money, donate excess to needy neighbors, and is a form of meditation that eases the soul.

IMO, if the definition of “farm” that determines agricultural land use for taxation purposes were changed related to minimum acreage, confiscation and redistribution of land wouldn’t be necessary. People could make the space that they occupy agriculturally productive and have their tax rate reduced if they own their property. For renters it’s a trickier, but not unsolvable. How does the renter get a cut of the tax benefit if they are the creator of the agricultural production? Simple solution that has nothing to do with race.
Certain articles being linked cite that there were 1 million black farmers in 1920, and 32 million farmers total. By 1987 the number of American farmers was less than 5 million. Again, the issue isn’t about race; it’s about supporting American farmers.
There is a Mother Jones article that points to the land grant universities and USDA policies of the 1950’s. IMO, this a ripe area for research; especially the land grants that also had schools of planning. It wasn’t so much about race as it was about moving farmers off of farms and into cities. See Gilmore Clarke, Burnham Kelley, John Reps, and the APA. They saw the ag schools as part of the process.
The tax code that designates land as farm is rife with false claims just to reduce taxes. It is especially egregious in urban areas where land values have skyrocketed and someone is sitting on land that could be developed. The burden on the owner is to show that they truly have a “farm” and not just a few plants to try to get around the tax law. As a principal, taxes are based on value derived from “highest and best use” and in an urban area, a farm is not highest and best use because the land is more likely to sell for housing or business use.
In our area, zoned agricultural, the definition for tax purposes was 7 acres and $1000 annual production last time I looked. I don’t see a program rife with scam here. It’s not easy to get that money back from the assessor here.
In urban areas, incorporating the idea of microfarming into the concept of highest and best use, diversifies the activities that support highest and best use.

But it is not government that determines highest and best use. It is the free market analyzed by appraisers that look at what use brings the highest value given legal use and a willing and able buyer and seller.
For example: an urban property that is larger than the norm has been growing things, making some money, and looks like a small farm, goes up for sale. The income that could be produced by an apartment or commercial business would far exceed the profit from a small farm. You have to ask why the owner didn’t sell earlier. The answer helps with highest and best use. The owner was waiting for the land value to go up more due to other similar sized properties nearby selling and being developed. These questions are asked by tax professionals.

My concern is based on Giuliani’s appearance last week, in federal court on behalf of the campaign.
I listened to the entire hearing, and, being polite and based on four decades litigating in federal courts, Giuliani’s performance was sub-par. He can be a tremendous spokesperson, but the campaign has lawyers available who are very capable
and extremely skilled in the courtroom. Think back to the senate impeachment trial.
Where is that team of lawyers?
It puts the team at a disadvantage. I, too, expressed my doubts about Giuliani as the best spokesperson. I applaud him for all the work he has done in the past, but, I really feel he is not up to the task. Something just occurred to me.
At first I was a little concerned if the only evidence of fraud is statistical evidence.
That if we were missing actual tampered ballots, or video of actual fraud, that a court would not take, or dismiss our cases.
Then… I realized the DNA evidence is used in courts all the time.
How often do you hear “DNA evidence shows there is a 99.999% certainty that you are the father.”
I assume the same could be said about the statistical analysis being done… “There is a 99.999% certainty that the vote numbers were manipulated.”
How do you expect President Trump’s lawyers to get fake ballots and fraudulent voter registrations when they can’t even get inside the elections office???? The Democrats control those cities and Republicans have no access. It’s why voter fraud is rampant in places like Detroit, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Atlanta and Chicago. Democrats run elections like they are run in Africa!
Plus they have scores of people who sworn an affidavit they they witnessed fraud occurring in real time. That is real witness testimony that trials depend on all the time.

Face masks aren’t 100% effective, only distance and time seem to make a real difference.
If the virus cycle is two or three weeks and we keep hearing the percents of infections they are claiming, we should be getting close.
I did some math back in the spring that made me suspicious back then.
It depends on which day…first masks are useless, only social distancing is, Then the CDC says only masks and social distancing will slow the spread along with lockdowns. Remember when you couldn’t find bleach type cleaning supplies for several months, now the CDC indicates that wiping down everything in sight isn’t all that helpful.
Once we hit 70 million, give or take a few million, we should be there. Roughly 20% of the population. If we know the number that have had it currently, and percentage contracting it we can arrive at an approximation using the rule of 72.
Ex: 30 million had it. 1 million have it. Weekly Rate of infection is 10% of those currently infected so it doubles every 7 weeks. That math puts us at about 35 weeks for herd immunity. Note this is Just a simple example with simple math
Face masks are barely 30% effective and only if you have a properly fitted N95! Cloth masks have zero ability to slow a virus that is .05-.2 microns. An n95 starts blocking at.3 microns thus only is effective when water vapor is attached to the virus. What that means is that masks only slow symptomatic spread where coughing, sneezing, etc expel larger droplets of water attached to the virus. Only the symptomatic or at risk should be wearing masks.
Think how easy it would be to identify the sick and stay the hell away from anyone wearing one. Distance, as you say! Stores and bars could also easily identify anyone who may spread the virus or is at risk, and take precautions. With everyone wearing masks, people think they are all protected. It’s just not true. MN has seen a steady increase in cases, deaths, and hospitalizations starting right after our mask mandate July 24th.
The CDC has stated up to 90 percent of cases are asymptomatic and are not being detected through testing.
If 12.6mil Americans have already tested positive but that’s only 10% of actual cases, that means the U.S. is well on its way to having 40- to 50-percent of the entire population having the virus.
It’s a joke. It’s not a threat to 99% of us.

Retired Magistrate here: OK everybody, quit with the gloom and doom. There are pending lawsuits which will make their way to the Supreme Court. Remember that in Bush v. Gore 2000, Bush did not win any court cases until his case got to the U.S. Supreme Court where he was successful. Also, the President has Executive Order 13484 which gives him tremendous power in exposing election fraud and interference from foreign entities.
President Trump has not conceded, nor will he. This is going to be a bumpy ride. I still think that President Trump will win either by the Supreme Court kicking it back to the state legislatures, President Trump using the Executive Order or using the power of his oath to do everything in his power to defend the Constitution. Don’t know what that would look like, but anything is possible with President Trump at the helm.
No matter what happens we have been blessed to have President Trump for the last four years and I believe we will have him for another four. The coming four years will be another bumpy ride, but saving the country from socialism/communism will be worth it.

FOX News management is pushing hard against Trump, and is possibly putting pressure on Tucker to be hard on people working for Trump.
Keep in mind that in the past, Tucker has made many points against leftist viewpoints and politicians. He has strong critical thinking skills, and strongly questions his guests’ premises. His interviewing and questioning style is an antidote to propaganda.
After all, he made shows dealing with the Hunter Biden laptop, and interviewed Bobulinsky, the whistleblower. Tucker is not someone so biased against conservatives as to suppress reports of Democrat corruption.
