Red States, Blue States, Red Regions and Blue Regions present an incredible disparity within our republic; I’m curious what is the current status of the COVID lifestyle near you. What is going on in/around your town, city, region or hamlet?
Having traveled extensively during this COVID crisis it is quite amazing the scale of difference between cities and states. The media has been reporting in large generic terms, but the stuff that matters is how it impacts your life; your daily function. That’s what we are all interested in.
Right now those who wish to “fundamentally change” our nation are waging a full frontal assault against our constitutional republic. The bombardment seems overwhelming.
It is remarkable how different life amid COVID is within each state, even when two states are right next to each other; and often even between two cities within the same state.
…So how is it your area?
In order to support the most important political objectives of the DNC writ large in the 2020 election, COVID-19 hype is essential:
♦Without COVID-19 panic Democrats cannot easily achieve ‘mail-in’ voting; which they desperately need in key battleground states in order to control the outcome.
♦Without COVID-19 panic Democrats cannot shut down rallies and political campaigning efforts of President Trump; which they desperately need to do in key battleground states.
♦Without COVID-19 panic Democrats cannot block the campaign contrast between an energetic President Trump and a physically tenuous, mentally compromised, challenger.
♦Without COVID-19 panic Democrats do not have a mechanism to keep voters isolated from each-other; limiting communication and national debate adverse to their interests. COVID-19 panic pushes the national conversation into the digital space where Big Tech controls every element of the conversation.
♦Without COVID-19 panic Democrats cannot keep their Blue state economies easily shut-down and continue to block U.S. economic growth. All thriving economies are against the political interests of Democrats.
♦Without COVID-19 panic Democrats cannot easily keep club candidate Joe Biden heavily controlled and sealed inside the bubble; where the electorate is not exposed to visible signs of his dementia.
♦Without COVID-19 panic it becomes more difficult for Big Tech to censor voices that would outline the fraud and scheme. With COVID-19 panic they have a better method and an excuse.
♦Without COVID-19 panic Democrats cannot advance, influence, or organize their preferred presidential debate format, a ‘virtual presidential debate’ series.
♦Without COVID-19 panic the economy would rebound quickly and people would go back to work. This is against the interests of Democrats.
All of these, and more, strategic outcomes are based on the manufactured weaponization of the COVID-19 virus to achieve a larger political objective. There is ZERO benefit to anyone other than Democrats for the overwhelming hype surrounding COVID-19.
It is not coincidental that all corporate media are all-in to facilitate the demanded fear that Democrats need in order to achieve their objectives. Thus there is an alignment of all big government institutions and multinationals to support the same.
Nothing is coincidental.
Everything is political.
Every second that you live your life with thankfulness for the abundance within it; every moment that we CHOOSE to engage with fellowship; every day that we accept guidance from God – however you define him to be; and every moment we cherish this time to be a beacon of optimism; is a moment that we withstand that barrage and hold the flag in place. It is a genuinely patriotic position not to succumb to the attack.
We must withstand this onslaught and rally to the origin of our true national spirit. We must rally to a standard of Americanism and accept this is not that. In essence, we must individually take a stand. Purposefully, deliberately and with forethought, we must engage those around us to get rid of this sense of foreboding.
This approach is how we win the larger battle.
All around us, in every tribe and region, there are people who need you to show them the strength that you have. Strength of spirit. Strength of fellowship that you will not relent from expressing. No matter what noise is shouting from the loudspeakers we must withstand it; we must make eye contact and remain joyful. We cannot allow despair to be the status quo.
Our MAGA message is optimistic; and we must fight against any tendency to allow the leftist hatred and scheme against our American value system to impact delivery of that message… #Trump2020

What a hoax. Sweden now has fewer deaths per million than we do and they did not wreck their economy with stupid lock downs. My wife works in a liquor store and never missed work and never wore a mask. I refuse to wear a mask as I am in a constant peaceful protest. So far no hassles. I sell plants online and business is booming the whole time through this charade.
Southwest suburbs of Chicago. I wear a mask only to be able to shop. Gave an outdoor concert where most people were unmasked. Our Republican local mayor defied our Democrat governor, whose edicts were ruled unconstitutional, and developed our own phases. We are completely open, although most restaurants and stores still require the mask. Crazy people driving around in closed vehicles wearing masks and even gloves. Virtually no signs for Trump or Biden, which is very unusual here. Anecdotal evidence shows that many people, even younger people, are so worried about America being subject to the Dems that they talk about it being the end of our country. I believe that many, many people are staying silent for fear of BLM and other retaliation but can’t wait to vote for Trump, even former democrats. Lots of worry about democrat cheating in mail-in balloting. EVERYONE is sick of the news media.
As a former 20-year resident of the the western burbs of Chicago, and whose daughter still resides there, I sure hope you’re right about the silent Trump supporters. My daughter is one of them.
Are you willing to say which suburb? I’m nearby in northwest Indiana. Would like to know I can go into IL and be fairly normal. (I have to go to Orland Park tomorrow to drop my Mini Cooper st the dealer there. I was told my not wearing a mask because of my asthma wouldn’t be a problem. We’ll see! Here in IN masks are still required but I have a medical exemption (asthma) and I’m not often asked when I walk into a store or restaurant if I have a mask. If I am, I tell them I’m medically exempt and no one questions it. Most restaurants are open normally, with some extra space between tables. Outdoor activities are normal. Church has been open since mid-June, though with extra spacing, drinking fountains turned off, people asked to move outside after services, etc. We’re visiting friends normally, and they us. Most people I talk with are sick of it all. I haven’t myself met any ” Karen’s” who think it’s their business to question my not wearing a mask.
Los Angeles coastal suburb here. Belly of the champagne socialist beast. Comrade Garcetti enjoys playing mask regulation whack-a-mole. One is never sure exactly upon whose authority (the zombie LA County Health Director? the Mayor?) the latest regulation is issued or exactly what it says from a legal or practical standpoint — which is their goal. Someone from the Parks Dept. hastily slapped a bunch of “Mask Mandatory Everywhere!” flyers with duct tape on Friday, and some martinet mandated masks at the beach or face a $500 fine. Thus, 80% of folks wear mask outdoors, dog walking, jogging, bike riding, and driving — alone. Petty crime, vandalism are way up with bored LA randos, illegals etc, have discovered the suburbs are a nice place to watch the sunset and toss back a few. But Karen can’t say anything because she was out in her Lululemon yoga pants with her daughter protesting “Defund the Police” and supporting BLM by selling homemade BLM bracelets….in their masks, of course. I’ve avoided shopping just to keep my blood pressure down. All schools are virtual, even the 40K year private schools. I hear many sad almost empty-nesters lamenting how much USC and Berkeley tuition they’re paying for their kids to sit in their room…never making the obvious connections to their idiotic voting patterns. These are generally folks whose money hasn’t run out…. yet. Stay tuned.
For another 10 days in Kentucky. Ange Breshear, like Mayberry, is another daddy type of demagogue who attempts to appeal to the sheepal in that wonderful condescending tone we all love, and only quotes virus numbers he’s fed by less than bright staff. Easing of unconstitutional restrictions happening. Has never had meeting with legislators, EVER on ccp virus. Most folks like us who live in obscurity wear a mask only when required to go shopping and most folks that choose opposing view aren’t lambasted by Marxists. Most everyone here is well armed. Heading to MI U.P. to live and work soon. When there in June got first smell of the Gov. Mannequin Whitchmer and folks outside of leftist Marquette can’t stand the oppression, virtue signals, baditude, and brazen dictates. Will be participating in every attempt by people of logic to hasten her exit.
far north dallas suburbs east of denton, masks are still everywhere. smdh. i decline to participate. if i have to go inside a store…i go in…sign on the door be damned. on the bright side, trump/pence yard signs and flags are a pretty common sight when driving around.
I lived in Dallas in the 80s and boy has it changed. It’s hard to reconcile mask wearing with Trump voting. How can Texans continue to maintain they’re rebels when they don’t rebel?
South Dakota is wide open except for a few chain food outlets who don’t allow indoor dining. Our Sturgis rally had 475,000 attendees, not a mask in site but numerous G-strings and a COVID Positive rate of 0.012% which appears to be lower than the national rate. The only issue I have seen is a buddy couldn’t open a restaurant last week for one night because he can’t get enough help. Lots of tourist in Rapid. Met a couple outside a gun shop from Orange County California. He was ticked. Said he was from a Commie state and they would let him buy a gun here.
Hey Sarge,
I’m just a few miles north of Orange County here in So. Cal. My family was set to take a cruise through the Panama Canal a few weeks after the Corona crazy hit. We quarantined like everyone else in So. Cal, but slowly we started heading back to the beach and a bit of normalcy. When the politicians announced the beaches were going to be closed again over 4th of July weekend I’d had enough and the wife and I packed the kids and headed east. We spent 4th of July at Bryce in Utah. Great fireworks, wonderful people, lots of American flags and Trump stickers. It felt like my childhood.
We continued on with the ultimate destination of Mt. Rushmore, South Dakota. The fine people of your state made us So. Cal cousins feel right at home. Had a great time, spent quite a few bucks, and even ended up staying a while longer to go see Deadwood and just cruise around the state. Bought some Trump hats and stickers in Keystone, South Dakota (just missed President Trump being there by a couple days). The vendor asked where we were from. When my oldest son said LA the vendor smiled and said, “You’re pretty brace to wear this hat out there!” He’s sadly correct, but my boy has been wearing one since 2016.
Anyway, just wanted to thank you for the kindness of the people in your state. I talked a bit about guns with a store owner in Deadwood. He was just shocked when I told him about some of the restrictions on firearms in CA. Keep standing strong. My family will be spending more vacation dollars in South Dakota this coming summer (and Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Nevada. It was so great to get out of Los Angeles and for my kids to see the rest of American functioning and happy).
Beach Jim and Sarge, we did the same! Flew from GA to CO, drove up to SD, Rushmore, Rapid area, Custer, Crazy Horse. Then visited Yellowstone, Grand Tetons and Jackson Hole. Beautiful, friendly people, lots of Trump and even Q flags and signs. Very Red/no masks anywhere except Jackson. Kids want to return out there for Fall Break, so I guess it was a success! Highly recommend to anyone looking for hysteria relief.
Once you wear a mask the first time it makes it twice as easy to do it the second time, three times as easy to do it the fourth time and seven times easier to do it the 128th time. I’ve never worn one and never will. “But it’s only for an hour”, my wife says. “Can’t you just wear one for an hour?”. No… I can’t. I like breathing the free air in a free country.
My new motto is:
Never give up.
Never give in.
Never back down.
Never back off.
For all you soy lovers out there, I even simplify it: Don’t quit. Don’t compromise. Be consistent. Be engaged. EVERY day until you prevail.
I have yet to wear a mask either, Lou.
Almost gave in when I attended the Pence rally in Duluth two weeks ago and was told I needed to bring a mask. Walked in and all they wanted was to see a mask, but no one had to “wear” their mask. So glad for that.
Otherwise, my darling husband knows wearing a mask will make my head explode, so he has been doing ALL the shopping since this lunacy started in Minnesota. The man hates to shop, but will even go to the Dollar Store and pick-up little stuff for me — and do it joyfully. And he does really well (fabulous) at the grocery store.
Don’t know how I can ever repay his goodness and grace towards me during my No Mask Tantrum, especially since I know he hates these edicts as much as I do.
ShB Tulare County, CA We are socked in with smoke funneling down from the Bay Area and beyond. We can see a bright red sunrise, but no clouds and no moon/stars at night due to thick haze. A friend called it “waking up in a sci-fi movie,” like 1984’s “Dune.” Extremely poor air quality combined with unusual humidity for this time of year has made it miserable and even dangerous for anyone with lung/health issues to be outside. Porterville, a small city south of us by 20 minutes, was briefly declared a “hot spot” for COVID. I heard from a hospital nurse friend that they are still admitting positive COVID people, though fewer are dying, “but people should still wear their masks, even outdoors!” My FB feed, mostly California-based “friends”/family, continues to report over the top fear about COVID and people NOT wearing masks. Anyone who dares breach the politically correct wall and share accurate information about COVID gets slammed and lectured – dozens of people pile on.
I visited the outdoor Farmer’s Market on Saturday and observed over 90% people wearing masks compared to a few months ago when it was about half. I was told the market boss had made it mandatory for vendors to wear masks, but my grass-fed meat guy continues to buck it and only puts it on when she is around. All of the meat he brings is frozen and in ice chests. I brought my mask and put it on in close proximity to vendors, but did not wear it walking around. In one of the long lines, a masked woman behind me was talking to her masked husband, telling him to go sit in the car and turn the A/C on (temps were high 90’s). After he had gone, she told me he had asthma and and a heart condition that made his breathing labored, so wearing the mask was making it worse. My husband and I continue to use the plentiful at-home time to catch up on projects and keep up with the yard. He has resumed making his monthly trips up north to provide psychiatric medication monitoring to residential-home clients (people unable to live on their own due to developmental delay/mental illness0; about half of the directors are letting him into their facility and the rest he is doing from home by Zoom, which he hates.
My husband has bravely and in some cases foolishly emailed videos and articles to one of his extremely liberal friends, a man in the Santa Cruz, CA area, who has not gone out of his house once since CA issued the “shelter in place” edict. Anything he needs is ordered and delivered by truck to his house. He watches/listens to CNN, NPR, etc. and believes every word these outlets spew. He is a RABID Trump-hater and wastes no opportunity to spew forth about Trump being re-elected. His rhetoric is so paranoid and unhinged that I have begged my husband to stop sending him things to read; I think he gets a kick out of setting the friend off.
So goes the Central Valley…
In March, my wife had a one-day fever along with a runny nose. Had she not mentioned it to her employer, both of us probably could have skated by without notice. However, she talked to an over-cautious co-worker and was directed to take a COVID-19 test. Since she probably had a cold, it came back positive. That put us both out of work for two weeks until she was able to test negative.
All of this excrement is too over-the-top. From the beginning the Socialists in the Democrat party have been acting like dictators. They continually call us Nazis, but it is them that are acting like the people that Martin Niemöller warned us about.
Did she test positive for virus residue or a live, active virus? These tests, and those who insist on them, are ridiculous.. Didn’t the CDC just issue guidelines saying not to test people who have no symptoms?
The lab swabbed her nose and then did their best to seem invisible. My wife got the information that she was negative from a link on the lab’s web site. To my knowledge, nobody told her whether the negative determination came from a virus residue or a live, active virus. (Of course, she found she was declared positive in mid-March and we both got the news that she was cleared of COVID-19 by April Fool’s Day.)
York, PA: I feel like many people have calmed down. Masks are required in most stores, but some people are going without a mask whenever they can. Many people are out and about, and rush hour has returned! The fear is quickly going away despite the MSM warnings. I think many are more concerned about riots and a unfair election.
I’m in central Vermont for the Summer till Oct. people who know Vermont understand that they absolutely love to virtue signal. So when all the bans and lockdowns occurred, it was embraced as gospel here. That means the State with the lowest death rate and case rate requires masks and distancing everywhere, no Or little indoor dining and most stores are limited in some way or another. Arrows on the floor and caution tape to block you. In an ACE hardware store. BLM signs rule. Not one Biden or maybe one but ‘Black Lives Matter’ signs abound. 98% white State that never had slavery is bursting with white guilt. They can’t wait for reparations. Of course they think they will escape being taxed to pay for it I’m sure. Republican State GOP put out a memo that Burlington is experiencing ever increasing hostility so we’ll see what happens next 30 days as Nov 3rd approaches.
“That means the State with the lowest death rate and case rate requires masks and distancing everywhere …”
And they’ll insist that the low rate is all due to those restrictions, which is unprovable.
At a lake about 20 miles west of Austin, Texas they had a TRUMP Boat Parade last weekend. Some 500+ watercraft participated and over a thousand people were in attendance, in the lake and on the shoreline. All the local media would say was “five ships capsized & sunk.” In reality 3 of them were quickly towed to shore and the other 2 small boats sank in shallow water. Of course no one was hurt, just a few bruised egos. Otherwise a great time was had by all! The only people wearing masks were the few
urinalistsjournalists who showed up.Here’s an uncensored look at Trump Day on Lake Travis. 09/05/20
Deplorable_Vespucciland,
So, were the Austinites too stoned or too blocked-in-by-BLM-protests to come be a pain for the sane people at Lake Travis?
Maybe 20 miles is too far away for them. And no protests in Austin since one of their Antifa enforcers who was waving around an AK variant got himself shot dead while trying to subdue an Uber driver about a month ago.
Many thanks. Brings back fond memories of Tea Party rallies.
Based on your comments, one can estimate a mere 1% of boats swamped at this “tragic” pro Trump rally. Repairs should total less than $10,000 (overhaul motors, replace electronics … ). Bruised egos and disappointment (suffered by swamped boat crews) are the only injuries.
Add in results from boat rallies elsewhere, less than 0.1% of all boats got swamped. The most serious “injuries” were sunburns, hangovers and disappointments.
In contrast, “peaceful” protests in Kenosha and elsewhere wrecked hundreds of structures and caused $100+ million of property damage. Dozens have been killed and many more more injured to date. Thousands have been terrorized or inconvenienced. The misery will increase in the near future because “peaceful protesters” will continue looting, pillaging, bullying and killing. Meanwhile, Trump supporters will clean up messes made by Antifa & BLM, deliver groceries, make steel, build houses, assemble cars, tutor school students, do beneficial volunteer work …
Anchorage Alaska, Dictator mayor has city in lockdown no indoor dinning and such.He is hijacking covid relief money for his cronies.Rural Alaska no masks except Walmart. No protests no BLM a holes. If you try burning and rioting here you will be risking your life.
An armed society is a polite society
Alaskans are very polite.
Which is how it should be.
Ketchikan Alaska, no lockdowns, no masks required except Walmart and Safeway require them, and I haven’t shopped at either since they started this. We have a smaller local store that has enjoyed a large increase in business from those who won’t wear masks to shop. Democrats have tried a couple times to force masks and shutdown businesses but community members rose up and rejected that, we are in an extremely low risk area on an island. Reported that in Juneau the democrats have forced the public wearing of masks, based on reported positive cases, not hospitalizations or deaths. Just say today that 90% of positive cases should be rejected and called negative because the testing has amplified the extremely low dose of virus too high, and a person with that low of dose would not be a risk. I won’t wear a mask unless going to the doctors office where it’s required, masks don’t stop viruses and impair my breathing. I view most rural areas as conservative, at least conservative enough to stop the chicken little “I’m Afraid” response from the liberals, but they are still trying it.
Here is the video I saw explaining why 90% of the tests are not actually positive.
Just escaped Chicago where the mayor is determined to kill what is left of the economy. Here in suburbs of Louisville, pretty much everything is open. Mask requirements at stores and restaurants and the silly wear it walking to the table and going to the restroom, take it off while you eat rule. One restaurant actually took our temperature and asked for names and phone numbers for contract tracing!

Western Washington State:
Still in partial lock down mode depending on each counties Covid cases. Masks are required anywhere in public inside or outside. Cannot have more than an assembly of 10 people, so churches are still banned from opening. City of Seattle denied a church a permit to assemble in an outside city park, so the church members just went into the street and called it a Worship Protest. Afterall, it was a peaceful protest.
Indoor dining allowed at 25% or 50% occupancy, social distancing required, depending on county. Hair salons open, but social distancing and masks required. Schools K-5 open to only 10 students per classroom, with masks and and desks at least 6′ apart. Otherwise, distance learning only. Each school district determines their schedules.
On a side note, our sister state to the south Oregon, the Governor just announce they would continue their lockdown mode until, you guessed it, election day.
Suffolk County on Long Island in NY…My Governor’s name is Cuomo… so of course- its terrible… SUPPOSED to quarantine if u travel to vast majority of other states..
masks when entering any store and restaurant…. can take off when eating.. limited 25% capacity.. our governor- still more strict in NYC- no indoor dining-outdoor schools,,,, their mayor sucks as we all know…
my kids go to Catholic School on Long Island- they are starting hybrid.. and hopefully switching to full in few weeks
Western North Carolina south of Asheville checking in.
Governor Cooper ushered in Phase 2.5 last week. Where Phase 2.4956 was I have no clue. From what I can tell it allows a few more places, such as gyms, to open, and allows larger numbers in “mass gatherings”. Of course the idiocy still reigns in that you only have to wear a mask at the gym when you’re NOT working out, which is ludicrous because when huffing and puffing one would be a “super-spreader”, no? Masks are still required in restaurants (when not eating of course) so I will not patronize them.
Yesterday, when walking in my municipal park I was happy to see the playground finally open and flooded with kids, who of course could have played there all summer to no ill effect. The water fountains were also turned back on.
The local area grocery, Ingle’s, along with Lowe’s and Home Depot, don’t care if you wear masks or not, and I’ve not been hassled by anyone for shopping there bare-faced. Sam’s, Walmart, and Aldi’s, my other usual haunts, are still sticklers for the face-diaper and I avoid them as much as possible. I did see two unmasked individuals in Walmart last week and had a nice talk with one of them. I try to talk to the resisters when at all possible. One of the two sported a gun on his hip and I’m sure no one would accost him.
I’m seeing less and less hikers wearing masks on the trails but that can vary from day to day.
Sadly, I still see far too many with masks; I’m definitely in the minority here and that’s not encouraging for what may happen in November.
I go to work going thru a predominantly black neighborhood in Youngstown Ohio. It just occurred to me that I do not see Biden signs like I saw Obama signs back in the day. Just conjecturing from that that there is NOT any enthusiasm for Biden here.
Last week, in Ohio, Atty Tom Renz filed a lawsuit at federal level against Governor DeWine and Ohio Dept of Health. This lawsuit takes a totally different legal approach. Lawsuits around the country have people alleging their civil rights, constitutional rights, etc. are being violated. All true, but where the problem comes in is when the other side (gov) states “Well it’s an emergency. We have to do what we have to do to save lives.” The outcome is the judge agrees and then nothing happens.
The approach of the Ohio Stands Up lawsuit/complaint that Mr. Renz has filed, is to approach it from the point of view that there is no emergency. Meaning the other side (gov) can’t come in and claim there is an emergency. The gov actually has to respond to the complaint and PROVE there is an emergency. (good luck with that)
Dr. Popper started this lawsuit in motion. In the short video below, she describes in detail why this lawsuit is different from all the others being filed, and provides summary and links to the complaint and supporting documentation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3wrL8ZRj3Xg&feature=youtu.be (Fast forward to about the 4:19 minute mark.)
You can read the 56 page complaint and 700 pages of supporting documentation at:
https://makeamericansfreeagain.com/legal-resources/#government-mandates. You need to scroll down to the “Ohio Stands Up” entry on the webpage.
It will be interesting to watch the progress of this one as it differs greatly from most all of the lawsuits being filed around the country. The lawsuit is funded by donations from Ohio Citizens with more info at https://www.ohiostandup.org.
Keep an eye on the progress of this one as the lawsuit has the potential to change the course of Covid mandates across the county.
One final thing this group of people including Dr. Popper, Tom Renz’ legal group, and Ohio Stands Up are interested in helping other lawyers in other states that want to do something similar. So any lawyers out there interested, I would suggest contacting Dr. Popper or Atty Tom Renz. To do so go to https://makeamericansfreeagain.com/ and scroll to the bottom of webpage to Contact header.
Thanks for this info!
Thank you! I am so happy this was helpful. I gain so much from this website and people commenting that I wanted to give back by posting something positive and useful.
Take care,
AJ
Thank you! I learn so much reading CTH and wanted to give back by posting something hopeful and useful.
I had a discussion a few weeks ago with my state senate rep’s office and told them that one of things that must be on the front burner when we kick our governor (NC) out in November, is to totally revamp the state’s emergency powers laws. What an emergency is must be strictly limited to occurances that are clear and present, i.e visible to all and immediate (not predicted); are overwhelming to the extent that individuals and local governments cannot handle them; and the entire process of declaring an emergency must be severly time-constrained and checked ultimately by the legislature. This has to happen across the country or this will happen again … and again and again.
I am also curious what their reaction was to your request?
The staffer agreed that something needed to be done, but whether something is actually being done I rather doubt. I did learn from him that the only current check on the governor is something called the legislative council, which unfortunately appears to be a group of executive branch dept heads who I are mostly Democrats. I was also told that although the Senate and House are GOP, they are just short of the requisite votes in each for a veto override. They’ve tried to stop the governor, but have failed.
I was somewhat encouraged by their willingness to discuss this with me, but im not holding my breath. We just need to kick Cooper out in November. If we do, I’ll call again.
I sent a similar message to the local (Republican) state legislator with a bunch of specific suggestions about statutory changes. No answer. I guess he is just not interested in me voting for him. Like I said downthread, we have a collaborator problem here.
That’s good to hear. When this all started back in March, some of us were surprised to learn that Dr. Amy Acton had the power to shut everything down in “an emergency”. When we protested, DeWine got all upset thinking we were targeting Dr. Acton personally, but we were not. We were angry that anyone in that position had so much power. We were especially angry that our state reps were not in Columbus dealing with this issue through the law, as that is their job. We wanted time limits put on that power and then after the limit is reached the legislature is responsible. I think they liked passing the buck to the Governor and his director.
As Paulashley said, we need to get involved with our state legislatures and carefully define what an emergency is and demand proof of an emergency. The way things are now, the Governors can just declare an emergency and get unlimited dictatorial powers forever. It is insane!
That is really the problem for all of us. Our representatives at all levels of gov have become accustomed to ignoring their constituents. I think back to all the Town Hall meetings that people were forceably (sp) dragged out of because they expressed a differing or common sense opinion. We have become dirt under their shoes. This has been coming for some time. Also, the push to turn us all against one another. Such mental damage has been done to people. I feel for the Las Vegas casino worker in that it is a catch 22. You are thrilled to have a job, but regardless of how well you perform that job you are constantly criticized or abused for not policing customers mask wearing. Additionally, regardless of what most employees try to do to change things, owners are not that interested. So again, you are left keeping the job and taking the abuse, or looking for another job, or you get fired for complaining. Just another example of our gov trying to pit us against each other. On the other hand, employers hands are tied to some extent and many are truly afraid that the government will shut them down again if they don’t comply. Look at the Atils gym owners in PA? We are all caught in this huge catch 22, but worse, we are at each others throats. Many of us are holding our nose to vote straight republican ticket in 2020. The republicans in my state are completely worthless. They are only interested in covering their own a$$. When you dig deeper, most are not well informed, do little research and are not particularly intelligent. At the federal level, it is worse, Mitch McConnel or Lindsay Graham anyone? There are so many fronts that we are all forced to fight these days that it is overwhelming. However, our eyes are open now and we have to keep fighting or there will be nothing left to save. The tide does seem to be turning a bit and we have to take advantage of that opportunity.
Great info!
Thank you!
AJ- cannot thank you enough for posting this info! This is GREAT.
Thank you. I am happy to hear that it is helpful.
Paulashley, Kudos to you for approaching your state rep. Most will not even acknowledge their constituents. In KS we have republican state legislature, but they are barely helpful. Many residents are being blindsided by their republican legislatures not standing up against this tyranny.
I am quite hopeful, that this lawsuit will make a huge difference. Dr. Popper is tenacious and well researched. Her weekly videos are great. She also has weekly conference calls, that are posted at the https://makeamericansfreeagain.com/ website. Just scroll down to that section.
I am thankful to have found TheConservativeTreehouse website. I find the comments to be highly intelligent and helpful to those of us less informed. I always appreciate the links people provide as well. Of particular interest to me are the videos of PDJT posted here to enjoy. God help us all if he is not re-elected in Nov.
Las Vegas here. I and my coworkers just spent 4 days of utter exhaustion trying to get people who VOLUNTARILY entered the casino in which we work to keep their stupid masks on. We spent this horrible “holiday” weekend with the Gaming Control Board officers “policing” patrons who weren’t socially distancing (huh?? we’re packed) and not keeping their masks up. BUT!! They were PUNISHING the EMPLOYEES who were nearby by taking down their names (Uh oh, these are the people who give you a license to work in Nevada) to be further dealt with.
They have no idea that 45 seconds after you tell someone to “put their mask up over their nose” that they pull it right down. I actually have work to do beyond telling immature adults to please comply SO THAT I HAVE A JOB NEXT WEEK!!!
So I personally want to thank each and every one of you people who enter a business and then refuse to co-operate so that they owners and employees can hang onto their jobs. Just stay home. That’s what I do. But to risk another person’s job so that you can “stick it to the man” is stupid and inconsiderate.
Why don’t you defiant ones start going into businesses that DENY YOU YOUR SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS??? Start carrying a gun into places of businesses that have the “GUN FREE ZONE” sign up. You’re all brave refusing to wear a mask which threatens people’s livelihoods but apparently don’t mind not being able to carry a gun into a private business. Hypocrites.
Stay home if you don’t want to put your shoes, your shirt, and your mask on. Oh, and don’t bring a gun into a casino, either. But that one doesn’t seem to bother you mask rebels.
I hate what they are doing to us. BUT don’t put my job on the line for your peaceful protest. You are just like them. They ruin businesses with their protests. You ruin businesses with your. Thanks.
So you are equating burning down and destroying places of work to you possibly losing your job? What the burning and destruction is doing is possibly permanent, the business may not ever come back in one form or another for many employees.
You are not going to solve your problem by complaining on this forum. Customers are going to rebel, that will be their nature, especially as time goes on with exposing this scam. What you have is a problem with your supervisor(s). Here are some suggestions to consider:
If your supervisor is reprimanding you right after you told the customer, can you take your supervisor over to the offending customer to admit you just tried to enforce the rules?
Is it just one supervisor or all of them? Have you jotted down notes on each such incident for documentation to support what you claim? Have you asked for a private conversation with the supervisor away from the floor to resolve this issue? Have you talked with your fellow employees to see if they are also experiencing this problem?
While the unions are solidly Dem, can you get enough of your concerned fellow employees to go in a group to a rep to get some kind of union protections from over-zealous supervisors who want to unjustly discipline you?
So if all that isn’t possible in your opinion, are you going to try to find another job if you are not happy with your present situation? Good luck!
These governors are willing to shut down a business if the guests and employees don’t comply with their orders. What is so hard to understand about that? So you mask-deniers who go into a business and risk having it shut down and people lose their jobs are just about equal to the looter/rioters. You just stop at burning the building down. Thanks. In the end we beat up employees are out of a job because that is what Steve Sisolak wants.
This is not an office environment where we have time to take notes and jot things down. The HEAT is not coming from our supervisors. The HEAT is coming from The Gaming Control Board. These are bureaucrats who can wear guns. They are the ones who grant casinos licenses and their employee licenses to work in the state. Sisolak is sending GCB agents and OSHA goons around to nickel and dime us and take our names.
This is not an office. We don’t get to stop what we are doing and take notes.
You have a lot of nerve telling me that complaining on a message board won’t solve my problems when I read post after post here whining about wearing masks, the bad MSM, the corrupt DOJ, the evil commie dems. and Sundance backing off of his timeline. So thanks. Oh, and hey, 18,000 employees from JUST MY EMPLOYER all lost their jobs on September 1, 2020. Yeah, and I’ve been in this industry for 49 years. Apparently I really LIKED it and didn’t feel like I needed to go get another one. So where am I and 18,000 people supposed to go to get a job??
I have read post after post here from people proudly talking about how they went into a business and picked on some little employee because they wanted to have their peaceful protest. Just don’t go there if you don’t like the rules.
Thanks for the good luck on my “Job Search” at the age of 61. I would prefer that those who don’t want to wear a mask not come to Las Vegas. Thanks
I re-did my math and I’ve only been in this business 39 years. Maybe it feels like 49 years. But hey, getting a job and switching careers is easy to do according to some posters.
I live only 2 hrs away from Las Vegas and refuse to enter the state because of their mask mandates.
So you didn’t like my suggestions for your employment situation. Instead of continuing to uselessly whine about it here, find groups in Nevada who are actively protesting these silly requirements, LIKE ME and thousands of others Utahns. I’ve been active in protesting such mandates at the school admin building, in front of a yuppie grocery who calls the police on bare facers and also by writing my state representatives.
Due in part to the public outcry here, our county commissioners have just formally asked our governor to go to green status. Our activists have also pooled resources to recently sue the governor over his phony emergency measures.
With all the unemployed in NV due to these destructive policies, you would think they would have plenty of free time to constructively make their wishes known one way or another. And even the employed can take a few hours on a weekend to DO something (that is, besides whine). Where there is a will, there is a way but it does takes EFFORT.
Please don’t blame We the People for not wanting to wear a muzzle for nothing. Yes, I shop at businesses that don’t police their customers.
I did not see this as compaining because people don’t want to wear masks. Rather, the complaint is that people “rebelling” by not wearing masks in highly regulated industries are putting the jobs of innocent employees at risk.
The government employees are vidictive. Placing employees at their mercy when folks are being forced to ask people to compy with rules is not being respectful of the employees being coerced because people are refusing to wear masks.
In this example, it is pointed out that entry into casinos is voluntary.
I think it is problematic that wearing or not wearing a mask has become a political statement.
Wearing a mask can be veryhelpful and appropriate, FOR SOME.
Not wearing a mask is a personal choice which people are free to make, and take the consequences. But not wearing a mask in certain situations can place the employee at risk, and not from disease.
This should NOT be a battle between citizens. Respect goes a long way to help finding understanding. Blame those who desrve the blame.
Thank you, deeperinfo. Reading comprehension is a lost skill. I hate wearing the masks, and shield, and gloves. Why don’t some people show respect for others who are trying to earn a living and not lose their jobs.
The flippant, “Go get another job. Good LUCK!!!’ really irritated me.
deeperinfo said: “This should NOT be a battle between citizens. Respect goes a long way to help finding understanding. Blame those who deserve the blame.” I did not “blame ” the OP. I simply asked politely to NOT blame We the People for not going along with the muzzle decree. It is indeed problematic that the mask issue is political yet it is. So where does this stop? Why are we acquiescing our rights in order to appease oppressive mandates? The consequences that ensue when we chip away our freedom is far more troubling. Here is a short video that brings this issue home. Enjoy.
Anyone who wears a mask where not mandated is crazy and should be avoided. I do wear a mask when I have to go to a place where they are mandated just because I have no desire to screw the workers at the places that mandate them. They didn’t cause the problem so shouldn’t have to pay the price. Hopefully, there will be a reckoning with the politicians and corporate overlords who are responsible. BTW, I avoid GFZs like the plague.

Mask mandates everywhere. We ignore the requirements (because we know masks are worthless) but have encountered Mask Sentries and Mask Tattlers on occasion. Most places don’t hassle us. However, having done research on the legality of mask mandates, they are actually in violation of Federal and State laws. Its likely every state has the same laws. Also, when hassled we always submit a Complaint with the US Dept of Justice, here is the link (https://www.ada.gov/filing_complaint.htm). Also, we hand out the following (if not in AZ, replace with the statute from your state):
Notice of Discrimination
(in violation of Federal and State law)
1) There is no law in Arizona that requires anyone to wear a mask or face covering into any business establishment. Guidelines or mandates are not laws and they do not supercede laws.
2) However, there are laws, both Federal and State, that require business establishments to comply with nondiscrimination requirements prohibiting exclusion, segregation, and unequal treatment. This includes discrimination against persons with medical conditions and/or religious creeds.
3) According to law: When a public entity (private property included) provides services, programs, or activities to the public, no individual with a disability or religious creed shall be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of the services, programs, or activities of a public entity, or be subjected to discrimination by any public entity on the basis of disability. Federal References: 28 C.F.R. § 35.130 and Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act 42 U.S.C. §§ 12131-12165, 12181, AZ State Reference 41-1442.
4) Accordingly, it is unlawful for a business to deny mask-free entry.
5) If your business has internal policies which mirror the aforementioned and referenced laws, which most do, knowingly violating such policy may preclude indemnity provisions placing yourself and involved employees in an unprotected personal liability position. That means you can be sued.
6) Unless you or your employees are licensed medical doctors, it is illegal to prescribe a medical intervention including the use of masks or face coverings.
7) Unless you or your employees are members of law enforcement, attempting to enforce law (actually guidelines) constitutes impersonation of a law enforcement officer which is illegal.
8) Bottom Line: Having received this notice and thereafter continuing to deny mask-free entry you are KNOWINGLY violating up to four laws, establishing a predicate by which there may be federal, state, and civil legal consequences.
Thank you for posting this. I can use this!
It helps me cope and feel better during this time of insanity.
LOL! I hear you. We all need those mechanisms to keep us moving forward.
Hi AJ, THANK YOU for your earlier post regarding the Ohio Lawsuit. There are others pursuing similar actions and I have forwarded your post to them. Check out Peggy Hall at the Healthy American. http://www.TheHealthyAmerican.org
I appreciate your saying that. Wonderful to hear others are doing the same type of action. I will take a look at your link and pass along to others.
Just started to look over the website link you posted. Peggy Hall Rocks! Thanks again for sharing.
Traveled from northern Va to southern (Portsmouth) the weekend before LD, about a 3.5 hour drive. Gas prices were about 25 cents higher than April and because we get gouged up here the prices were cheaper down there. A normal relative difference. Traffic on I95 and I64 seemed about 90% of normal volume. Rest stops were open but people wore masks if they got too close, otherwise no masks. Son in law took us out to eat. Most restaurants were open with reduced capacity. Some silliness (mask related) but whatever. People in general appeared in a good mood considering having to cope with the masking thing. Overall it was great to be away from home for a break. Yes. saw some businesses impacted more than others and looked closed but fewer than I thought I would see.

BIG NEWS!!!! THERE IS NO PANDEMIC – NEVER HAS BEEN A PANDEMIC!
In late August the CDC published information that 94% of Covid fatalities in the US were misdiagnosed!!! The 94% actually died of other causes (multiple co-morbidities at an average of 2.6 per individual) and the individuals were typically over the age of 70 yrs. So, the total number of Covid deaths this year has only been 9,210!!! NOT A PANDEMIC. Thats actually 15% less than the annual Flu. Tuberculosis accounts for 1.5 Million deaths per year and its not labeled a Pandemic? Regarding the remaining alleged 6% actual Covid deaths, they are also questionable. Here’s why. The RT-PCR test is only 48% accurate and is not able to determine if the virus detected is actually Covid. It could be a number of other viral entities. Therefore, even if it was COV-19 that would reduce the 6% to 3% (i.e. PCR test is only 48% accurate = half of the positives). So, 94% misdiagnosed + 3% false positives = 97% of fatalities reported are false. THE ENTIRE COV-19 PANDEMIC HAS BEEN A HOAX!!! We should all be really, really, really pissed! Please check this out for yourself on the CDC website. If you agree, pass it along to everyone. THE PANDEMIC HOAX NEEDS TO END NOW.
SW FL (coastal) checking in…
Many stores here still “require” masks, so depending on location- 50% or more comply ?. The smart biz’s have “mask friendly” signs, leaving it to the customers to decide. Some of the fast food/drive-thru routines are hilariously pointless. Restaurants are fairly normal for a while now– except for staff being forced to wear muzzles.
If you want normalcy- head to the beach or bars (outside/open ones are the best)!! I rarely used to go out (shy), but now- you can’t stop me! ? (Ok just a few times a wk). But it’s interesting to find I’m not alone in that effort, & it’s a broad range of ages. I’m actually the baby in my usual circles.
People just want & need the human interaction. Someone is always buying drinks for ya too! ? I’ve established a favorite bartender, a drinking buddy, & a bodyguard. So I’m set, & well taken care of! ?
I’ve met all kinds of people– staff, locals, musicians (live music too!) lots of transplants having moved here in past year from various places (PA/CA/WI/GA/*NY/MA/TX/VA). Everybody’s super friendly & happy to chat.
While politics doesn’t come up often, when it does everybody’s based, or hints towards. There’s also widespread awareness of the Media’s BS & spins on some recent cases/issues.
The schools here bent the knee. So though I hated to do it– I just couldn’t mask my youngest. He’s now a homeschooler. He’s doing his core courses online, but will be supplementing other stuff. And we’ll be doing lots of field-trips! (where/when they ditch the mask BS).
So most are just living life down here, & sometimes we look for a bit of trouble- but it’s the good kind!
*I’m still on stand-by should we ever decide to clean things up!
If you live in SW Florida (Naples, Ft Meyers, Cape Coral) Most people you meet should be Red. That area is almost as Red as the panhandle.
You just need to get rid of that Rino Rooney.
I work in Ann Arbor which is easily the most Leftist city in Michigan. Debbie Dingell country. Everyone wears masks everywhere. Even in their cars. Some restaurants are still limping along and most retail businesses are closed. The residents get their news from the usual Leftist media sources. Very few Biden signs anywere.
I live in another city just West of Ann Arbor. Very few people wear masks outside of where they are mandated by the Governor. All of the restaurants are in overflow with lines outside most evenings. The businesses are thriving. Parking is at a premium noon and night. This is Trump country. Enough said.
This is a big day here in Colorado! Chairman Jared Polis has decided that, on September 27th, just 6 1/2 months after the 3 week shutdown to flatten the curve he will approve a limited number of fans to see the Broncos play at Mile High Stadium. You have given all Coloradans a blessing indeed, Mr Gubnor!

The commies in the NFL should stay locked down forever.
So, in summary, the democrat run cities are suffering riots, looting, violence and arson while being damaged economically by an overly restrictive lockdown (as the elected officials violate their own rules to eat, coiff, travel, exercise and go to funerals denied to mere Citizens), refused proper policing and restricted from self-defense, dominated by the hate and bitter rage of depressed and perpetually angry losers, denegrating authority and damaging historic monuments.
WHILE…
places that have avoided the New Abnormal are returning to regular economic and social activites, rebuilding wealth and proud to be Americans, happy and joyous in life and liberty.
Hmmm, hard choice in November…
Here on Florida’s Space Coast in Brevard County.
Things seem to be winding down.
Most people wear masks in stores because merchants request it.
Nobody wears masks outside.
Most all business’s open.
New Mandate for “The Age of Covid”
If this is true, it would be about eye level for Fauci. He will only need to walk with his head down, which should be no problem for the littlest Commie since he usually has his head in his ass. Fauci the scientist actually thinks the Chicoms are impressed.
Oh my, this is about right! Gotta laugh to keep from crying.
Blue State of Connecticut the Lieutenant Governor passed a mandate that while people with health issues may avoid wearing a mask in public spaces where a 6 foot distance cannot be maintained. They must have official government papers to prove it otherwise they need to mask up. There is an official process to follow via your doctor and state agencies to obtain your official papers. Apparently, too many people decided to claim a health condition to avoid wearing a mask. It’s very similar to NY in CT. Not quite as strict. We’ve been able to eat out a few times with outdoor dining and even indoors. You wear a mask to enter and make it to a table then you take the mask off at the table. The workers wear a mask continuously, I feel bad for them. Apparently, the state has misled people about ContactCT contact tracing privacy. If you opt-out of contact tracing online you will be called daily by contact tracers. My wife and I both contracted the virus early on as she is a nurse. She had it far worse than me and she said it worse than the flu. For me it like a common cold. She was tested, I was not. We both quarantined till we were fully recovered. There are mandatory quarantines if you travel from certain places but I know people who have driven to and from Florida and they were not harassed but I heard of others who fly who were told to quarantine and contact tracers were hounding them.
On Friday, July 31, 2020 Governor Lamont signed into law House Bill 6004 An Act Concerning Police Accountability. It is now possible for anyone to sue the police in CT for any reason and officers may be personally held accountable. They have lost whatever immunity they had previously. This is remarkably bad and worse than defunding the police… Details: https://ctsenaterepublicans.com/2020/08/7-myths-about-the-ct-police-accountability-bill/
Governor Ned Lamont & Democrats have proposed a five month extension of his emergency powers.
During the primary election 20,000 absentee ballots were not sent out on time due to a third party mail provider screw up. At least they are not pursuing full on vote by mail and are still using absentee ballots. Absentee ballots are normally only counted after in-person ballots and only if the election results are close. I suspect there will be many more absentee ballots in November and it is unclear if they will still be given the same reduced weight compared to an in-person ballot. But given the states number of Democrat leaders they probably could force through some kind of exception on absentee ballots. They have sent out absentee ballot request forms to every registered voter but who knows, maybe every citizen. They added a qualifier on the absentee ballot request form that due to COVID-19 you may request an absentee ballot. The State has put quite a few special ballot drop locations in armored mailboxes designed to be picked up by election officials. Absentee ballots can be dropped in these boxes or mailed. We use paper ballots filling out bubbles which are read by machine scanners multiple times. This seems to be far more reliable than touch screens. At the polling place the ballots are scanned into a machine which only seems to count the number of ballots and keep them secure. The machine is emptied into locked crates and those crates are sealed with official tamper resistant zip-ties. The crates are guarded by election officials. They are then transported to one of the large counting centers. I’ve been sent request forms to request an absentee ballot for the primary and the November election. I’ve declined to request either. During the primary, polling places were open and they should be open again in November. I literally walked 1.5 mile round trip to vote in the primary at the public school close to my home. Wore a mask before entering the building but not on the walk over. They provided hand sanitizer and a marker pen. The two tables for DEM / GOP where considerably distant. 4 election worker Democrats at one table and only one at the GOP table. The Democrats were peeved when they assumed I was going to their table and were talking to me as I completely ignored them and found the GOP table. I saw only two other voters mid-day. My identity was verified and they seemed annoyed that I presented identification although they have always required it in the past. A drivers license was preferred but they would accept a utility bill with a name / address that matched the roll. I even stood 6′ away and pulled down my mask for identification purposes despite not being asked. It is more lax now and if you are missing from the roll you can sign an affidavit and still place a provisional ballot. In 2016 they made you go to town hall to do it but apparently they can do it at the polling places now. You could only vote for POTUS not any local or state positions. That is a bit concerning. Previous years there were 4-5 election workers each with the voter roll books open and each would validate your identity and cross your name off the list as they handed you a paper ballot. I suppose due to the reduced number of voters in a primary they were using far lighter staffing. Next they hand me a ballot in a manilla folder and instruct me to go to the privacy stands, fill out my bubbles with the pen. Drop the pen in the bucket, the ballot in the counting machine and the folder I keep or discard in the trash bin. I assume it will be the same in November except I may need to stand in a very long line come election day. Parking is always insane so I hope the weather is good enough to make the fairly short walk feasible.
I’ve been fortunate that I am able to work from home full time and have been doing so since Feb 28th and 98% of my employers workers are able to do the same. I have not filled my gas tank since Feb 28th and I am at about 1/4 of a tank left. I start the car now and then and run a short errand at least once every two weeks. I exercise and try to diet while at home it’s still a struggle to remain fit. All retailers, shops, restaurants require a mask. But I’ve seen police and road workers not wearing them despite being in close proximity. I see people on the street without masks until they enter a building. I see some morons wearing them while driving alone. Many workers are wearing simple yet comfortable cloth masks that will be completely useless at stopping any pathogen. Heck, my wife the nurse had N95, face shield, safety glasses, gown, gloves and she wasn’t directly treating COVID-19 patients and she still caught the virus. I am considered essential and have been to the office twice but only because I had no choice. The office has been outfitted with signs everywhere, bathroom doors rigged so they no longer latch and a foot grab to open the door without touching it after washing your hands. The security desk can provide a typical paper medical mask (again, worthless) and there are hand sanitizers at all entrances and exits. I can only imagine that every other cubicle will be empty if and when we do re-open. Which is currently looking like January. They already removed about half the chairs in all the conference rooms but those rooms are currently closed and out of service for even video conferencing. The desk side technician contractors have stayed in the office every day and sit 12 feet apart and wear a mask when getting up and going anywhere. They are there to replace laptops perform repairs, etc. they wipe down the laptops with medical sterile cavi wipes (like most gyms do) as well as Lysol wipes and wear gloves and masks while working on a laptop. Laptops are notoriously filthy even pre-pandemic. People eat over the keyboards, sneeze on them and other bodily fluids are possible. We’ve been cleaning laptops and wearing gloves long before COVID-19.
It seems management has come to the realization that work from home is not a bad thing at all and they appear to be far more open to allowing it long term even after the pandemic. They already allowed it on a somewhat limited basis per managers discretion Not everyone is able to cope easily with the transition, those with young children especially. Or social butterflies. But if you have a decent workspace at home and your job is suitable for work from home, it can be quite good. No long commutes. Flexibility on how you manage work and personal time. Meetings have been greatly reduced. Productivity is actually up in many ways due to less distraction, being in a comfort zone with a bathroom and kitchen nearby. You quite easily multi-task and do loads of laundry or dishes and other chores. I’ve been able to mow the lawn and take a shower in the middle of the work day without really interrupting anything work related. I try to stand up every hour, stretch and go check on the dogs, maybe throw a ball for them for a few minutes. I’ve saved an enormous amount by not commuting and eating at home. Definitely cooking more and not eating out much and avoiding too much take-out due to the increased costs and it being unhealthy.
Here’s the latest dispatch from Killer Cuomo’s Covid Compliant People’s Republic of NY.
It wasn’t enough that he slaughtered over 6000 innocent elderly patients in their beds, without the comfort of friends or families. Now, because of his feud with the worst mayor in the USA, DelAssholio, Cuomo has decided to kill NY City’s restaurant industry that is the heart of the former metropolis.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8710947/Cuomo-says-wont-allow-NYC-reopen-indoor-dining.html
Hey Feather!: Come on Old one, Seneca, can’t you keep up with the “Youth”?
Cuomo did NOT kill 6,000!
{Sorry, fingers were possessed by evil spirit of biden}
The Bidenettes would call you out as a “LIAR!!!”
The Truth?
Cuomo KILLED “at least11,000”.
Thank you for the reminder though ;-}
https://www.lifenews.com/2020/08/11/andrew-cuomo-caught-undercounting-nursing-home-deaths-his-order-killed-at-least-11000/
deeperinfo- thanks very much for that. i didn’t want to exaggerate and I knew it was at least 6,000.
Sad to say that regardless of how many he killed, nothing is going to happen to him.
Sadly,
Like the old joke about owing the bank too much money so they can’t foreclose: if he only killed 10 or 11, manslaughter at least; kill 10 or 11 THOUSAND and he drags too many other people down with him for them to prosecute.
It’s not HIS problem: it THEIR problems.
If they understood survival they would find a way to prevent the drowning man from killing the rescuer.
They don’t so they will double down. Then again maybe they don’t want to involuntary commit suicide…
Certainly the State of New Abnormal would never prosecute.
Civil suits are going to be what dogs him. I heat a determined daughter has a bone in her mouth and won’t let go.
Maybe time to drop off thousands of coffins at his home or office?
deeper- Love the idea about the coffins! You make some excellent points.
Thank you Seneca the Elder.
Back at ya!
The Cuomo family has always looked like a crime syndicate to me. DeBlasio has always been dumpster trash and I can’t believe he ever won an election.
I used to always want to visit New York and watch a couple of Broadway shows and dine at a couple of the great restaurants, and maybe even take in a game at Yankee Stadium. But here lately, I think not.
Pokey- you are better off to keep whatever illusions you have about the formerly great city of New York.
Even before the Chi Com Corona it was looking rather shabby with nearly every building in Manhattan covered with scaffolding that serves as a shelter for bums, druggies and ne’er do wells.
You would be better off to watch the old movies that had the City as a background when the place had some class.
Today it is a broken shell of its former glory, run by the lowest bottom feeders like DelASsholio and his savage goons.
The Northern border of LA county…Smoke from the east, smoke from the west…masks everywhere, mandated indoors, rules, rules, rules from the SJW LA county Director of Public Health…no relaxed rules until “equity” in infection rates for POC and the ultrarich in Malibu/BH/WestHills, and the Southbay/Palos Verdes peninsula(guessing never)…at least this corner of LA county is probably 52/48 Conservative…Gerymandered district between the “throuple gurl” who lost her seat, taken by Rep Mike Garcia (R) and the Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy
The office buildings in NYC are mostly empty and many companies are finding work at home is highly effective. Not to mention that workers can literally work anywhere. One of the reasons to have a presence in NYC or Boston or other large cities is to find and attract talent. If people do not wish to be in NYC that will change. The high cost of NYC office space and the miserable commute along with unsafe streets and boroughs along with the death of the vibrant entertainment and food the city had to offer might be enough to seriously hurt the city on a level not seen since the fall of Detroit. If things do not turn around quickly, NYC may simply begin to crumble.
PS: Area went 60/40 Hillary last election…but that was the first year of Ballot Harvesting! Harvesting got “Katie the throupler” and 3 Orange County seats in last time…people seem less interested in the Chaos this time…perhaps 2 of those 3 turn back R- Issa and Steele and Kim have a chance…that would be net 4 new House seats…with Mike Garcia (expected to win).
Maine has had 138 Covid deaths and 250 opioid deaths since this started
This says it all
Dr Harvey Risch and another doc were just on Ingraham Angle on Fox and ended focusing on vitamin D3 as a critical adjunct to hydroxychloroquine.
Said many people are deficient on vitamin D and bringing them up to sufficient level gets them “in a range where HCQ and (some other, I forget) can work their magic”
Sunshine, D-fortified milk, see how much is in your multi-vitamin, there are separate D3 supplements, have your blood tested and see what your doctor thinks of your results
… the treatment / prophylactic protocols highlight vitamins C and D as well

These articles also indicate that tracing was not used to develop the ‘Super Spreader’ numbers (even stipulating the assumptions made in that process). Notice also the “number of COVID deaths” in SD still reported at 173 for SoDak. Given the recent CDC revision of US COVID deaths from 153,504 downward to 9210 ( https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid_weekly/index.htm?fbclid=IwAR2-muRM3tB3uBdbTrmKwH1NdaBx6PpZo2kxotNwkUXlnbZXCwSRP2OmqsI ) the equivalent revision for SoDak should indicate eleven (11) rather than 173.

ALWAYS clarify your assumptions. This critical flaw is not the journalists’ fault, but squarely in the corner of Dr. Fauci, et al.
Do the math: Anybody who can’t smell the politics here is trying too hard, not to notice.
South East Wyoming – schools back in session. Life is mostly pre-covid normal in our rural community. Only the cities are co-operating with the pretense of covid-19 still being a health threat. We will vote in person. I will be wiorking the election-poll at town hall – approximately 215 people. MAGA and God’s blessings 🙂
I was at a construction site for one of my projects here is Camden New jersey today.
No masks on the job site. Not on the site or in the job site trailer. They are focused on Hard hats, eye protection, high vis vests, and work boots.
Then spoke with couple of Union Plumbers. As an architect representing my firm, I try to stay clear of politics on the job site, but somehow the conversation went political. And then theses guys just went off. Told me Obumner was a muslim, 1619 project is BS and bad, Pedophile Clinton, Said it must be an electoral landslide to counter the mail fraud voting, etc…. went on for 20 minutes.
WOW!
I am behind our President 100% and theses guys make me seem calm and bipartisan. They said there are many others is their Union that feel the same way.
Did I mention these are UNION Plumbers in New Jersey?

Don’t believe the polls.
This is Lee, Stonewall, Longstreet and Stuart’s Civil War battlefields against Hooker, Burnside and Grant territory in Virginia.
Nothing much has changed for us.
We still shop the same stores even if we use the senior hour. Store aisles are well filled, though several stores appear to have used the panic to dump brands they do not favor…
That appears to be centered more around brand corporate ownership than customer demand.
Some grocery items are still limited in quantity; e.g. fresh chicken.
I do find myself wondering whether it’s certain brands changing to ‘zero antibiotic free run’ chicken raising (Perdue) than to actual COVID19 reductions in chicken harvest or processing.
Eggs are still abundant, though we sometimes purchase large instead of extra-large or jumbo.
We’ve preferred to purchase greens, vegetables, fruits and berries from farm stands for years; i.e. the farm stands operated by farmers, not the shills who purchase poorly kept vegetables at commercial outlets.
We rarely eat out, generally preferring to “pick up” dinners on a very infrequent basis.
Part of that is because I do the cooking, easily preparing better foods than local or distant restaurants.
Our thirty pounds of beans is down to approximately 25 pounds of dried beans and that is since February.
My 25 pounds of rice is almost gone. That is after a full year of usage. I’ll need to stop by the local Asian market to refill rice and my supplies of frozen potstickers, buns, noodles, ramen and especially coconut milk.
We’re in a state where the democrat nutjob governor has mandated full-time masks… Unfortunately, he is despotic enough to have citizens arrested if they appear in stores sans masks. If not the customer, then the business owner.
Meanwhile, my order of porters, stouts and wines were easily ordered online and just as easily picked up. I picked up several months worth of bourbon, tequila and brandy back in March at the state run liquor store; before the full-time mask use became de rigueur.
My neighborhood is small and we regularly meet while out walking. A little distance is maintained, but we always pet each other’s dogs.
My orchids are healthy, our indoor fig trees productive as were our outdoor figs (Mediterraneum versus freeze tolerant), pears are ripening now and I should check the paw-paw tree any day now.
Afterwards, it occured to me that I should mention how totally screwed up Virginia’s Department of Motor Vehicles is.
I received notice in August that my driver’s license needs to be renewed.
What was supposed to be an easy online renewal now requires in person renewal.
Only Virginia’s DMV is forced to schedule one-on-one DMV appointments, far far in advance.
As August renewal notice turned into an in person meeting in November.
Many people will now have legally expired licenses for identification on 2020 election day?
Of course, the ‘governor’ has extended the period expired licenses can be used for…
Meaning, “expired licenses” that were expired intentionally can be used for voter identification…
Looks like the governor is trying to aid and abet illegal voting especially by those who vote twice or by people who have moved election jurisdictions.
