Initial reports are coming in of multiple explosions at the finish line of the Boston Marathon with multiple deaths confirmed.

Two Dead – At Least 100 wounded  –  Chaotic Mass Casualty event with serious, life-threatening injuries, search for secondary devices ongoing, area has been evacuated:
