I seem to recall that Rutte seemed to have had a good meeting with Pres Trump not that long ago.
I could be wrong, but I get the “feeling” that Rutte does not have a terminal case of TDS, and as such, manages to see reality most of the time.
Or at least enough of it to know that his wee flacid tallywacker is lying on a rock with a large stone dangling above it with two strands of rope keeping it from falling, all while looking at Trump with his Caterpillar crane/lift nearby ready to grab the large stone.
If he’s a true soldier and true to the soldiers he oversees and man that truly understands the lives that he directly impacts, then he would easily be stating the truth about Russia and the lack of its aggression towards Europe. A true soldier will avoid war and human destruction when death and destruction is easily avoided. He should abhor war.
