Justices Alito and Thomas, legends both, strongly disagreed with this horrible, highly political, ruling. The Supreme Court has really let our Country down! Certain Justices are petrified of these crazed and depraved Democrats and are totally unable to show the courage necessary to save our America.
Their horrible decision on Tariffs will be costing the U.S.A., for many years to come, Trillions and Trillions of Dollars. The Court’s inability and unwillingness to do the right thing for our Country will go down, in a very negative way, in the annals of History.

If a new US Constitution is ever created, we should get rid of the judicial branch because it is long past time to admit that the Founding Fathers’ experiment of 3 branches of government was a failure.

The U.S. Constitution does not say the President has to do whatever the Supreme Court tells him. Trump should say, they have their view, I have mine. And Executive Review always trumps (pun intended) Judicial Review. And because he won the Presidency and they didn’t, he should enforce his Executive Order(s). Period.

You basically need to have actual oversight/accountability for the judiciary. Easiest thing to do would be every few years have a “judicial audit”, state by state, district by district. Analyze court cases where repeat offenders are let off the hook to re-offend and do serious crimes (such as assault, rape, murder), and if there are judges that repeat these decisions to the detriment of law-abiding citizens, have them removed from the bench, at best, and at worst charge them with negligent manslaughter/homicide/whatever. Also analyze instances where they are harsh on people who commit minor or non-serious crimes (lawfare), or are clearly in violation of the Constitution and remove them from the bench.
Also go after bad lawyers/prosecutors. The defense attorney in the Clancy Trial and the prosecutor in the Rittenhouse Trial are prime examples of needing to go after malicious bad-faith attorneys as their own can’t or won’t police each other. Simply doing something like this would make it a lot harder for judges/lawyers to go on power trips and the removal is immediate.
CONgress has that oversight authority.
the sad reality is that you can pass all of the laws and executive orders you want. If states ignore them and federal law enforcement refuses to do anything about it, what have you accomplished? That’s where we are today. I recall mentioning a year ago the FBI and DOJ won’t touch election fraud. People here in the echo-chamber howled like ally cats. Well, here we are. We have enough election laws on the books today to prevent a very large percentage of the election fraud taking place, but if the FBI and DOJ refuse to go after that fraud, it will continue on and it has. There is a way to expose cheating and nullify elections. Who allegedly voted is public record. A random statistical survey can determine what percentage of ballots were not cast by the named voter. It is especially helpful to survey the latest mail in ballots when the cheaters know how many they need. The survey asks named voters if indeed they voted, and how. The results of the survey define that the crime was committed and the extent of the fraud. When it is sufficient to change the outcome, the courts must invalidate the results and order a new election. Whether it can be determined who done it isn’t necessary to expose that criminal activity occurred.
If the courts do not cooperate, the House or Senate can still refuse to seat the cheaters.

However, even prior to the establishment of Federalist Society, Republican presidents sure have awful luck when appointing Supreme Court justices. For example, Eisenhower pretty much picked the worst Supreme Court justices in history: Earl Warren and William J. Brennan Jr. who destroyed America with disastrous rulings like Reynolds vs Sims, a landmark 1964 U.S. Supreme Court case ruling that state legislative districts across both chambers must be roughly equal in population.

I must admit I’m somewhat disheartened at some of the comments here…..if you are waiting for the judiciary to save you, or have decided that voting in the midterms is an effort in futility, then you get what you deserve. Trump is in the process of a global reset, and all people can think about is gas prices, Epstein, the deficit, etc. I would have thought that some of the people following the CTH might have a bit more cognizance in what is actually going on.
I figure about a month and a half of “freedom” then after the mid terms increasing tyranny.
The weaklings know that a “very bad ‘’ decision against the conservative will not result in the loons beating their doors down. But a decision against the communists will surely result in bodily harm. What an embarrassment
